Samantha was great, like I would like to thank your company personnel at the customer services for her excellent support. Samantha took care of all my queries in a jiffy. She also provided timely and helpful advice regarding the brand of sex pills golden root I think, I was purchasing. She let me know all the important information regarding the product including dos and don’t Samantha was extremely attentive and she listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. The lady behind the counter is extremely rude. every time I go there she has a attitude. Tonight she waited into the next customer came in and started talking about me in my face because I was taking to long... my husband gave me $400 to buy a toy damn right I’m going to take my time buying this toy! I’ll just save my money in go somewhere else tomorrow! She can continue unpacking her delivery that no one is going to buy because she doesn’t have time for them!

This place deserves a ZERO star rating but unfortunately I had to give it something in order to give a review. This place has the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. The woman behind the counter had a nasty attitude from the moment we walked in. Their return policy is no where near clearly visible and the cashier didnt even ask if we knew about the police (which is ALWAYS asked at every other store Ive been to). Everything is way over priced and of very poor quality. They have a lack of clothing selection and novelty items as well. If youre looking for friendly staff and wonderful customer service, great quality product at a very good price and a policy that is CLEARLY and IN PLAIN SIGHT and well as verbally told to you go to Pracilla McCalls!!

This place is great. Went in earlier tonight, girl behind the counter was so nice. She helped me pick out my first toy, and didnt make me feel embarassed by it. They have alot of stuff, so she had to explain many of the items. Will be sure to go back if this toy is as good as promised.

Bought a riding crop here and it broke in its third blow. No returns. No exchanges. I spent $105 here for a romantic evening with plans to continue. This is no longer the case.

Very little selection, Clerk hardly knew what she was talking about; was very rude and unprofessional. They had a help wanted at the door, I asked about it but they ignored me entirely.

This place is great! Im so glad theyre back open. They have the best prices around, and so much stuff to choose from. I come here every time i need anything! The sales ladies are so nice and open.
