I looked for a small magnet closure for a jewelry box. They had none. Other than that, the store is clean and the staff is friendly.

I dont normally shop here, but went in with a friend. I ended up finding the best sales! I ended up going back several days later for more Xmas items. 60% off baskets. And they give an extra 10% off for teachers! I got 3 beautiful baskets for $21.07.

Its ridulous that they make ppl follow a maze like cattle especially when the damn store is empty.

Lady very rude I have got there before anyone but she decided to attend all white customers even if they did come after me I did call first and I was placed and a hold with put even communication of it. She ignored me wile she continue to help the others and left me for last. I lost 15 minutes and all she had to do was give me a simple bag that has been sitting there since I arrived. Never will i accept another order from this place. We deliver food not at supplies. Essential remember? Ill risk my life to feed another human being not deliver for them so they can finger pain wile I risk my life. Do not recomend at all for anyoje.

Fast service with a smile

They have a good selection of a broad craft options. Knitting yarn and tools, artists sketching and painting supplies. I buy quite a bit of this stuff here. If you sign up as a member for free, you get coupons as well. They do have a nice selection of sewing tools and supplies, but they do not sell fabric at my location in Millville, you have to purchase that online. I have recently started getting some of my journaling supplies from here as well. The staff is friendly and helpful!

Clean store, friendly service

I used to love Michaels but they have gotten crazy expensive. Still, they have good sales. Got harassed by a group of young black men here once a couple of years ago so dont really use this site too often.

Jocelyn was very friendly and helpful, she notified me ofcurrent sales and treated me like family!

I like Michaels. Their prices are better than other stores. I only go there if I want something specific or Ill spend more than I want. The staff arent always friendly though.

Love the store but the customer service could be ALOT better, because of the poor customer service i can only give them a 3 star. I did customer service for 12 years for Acme Markets an our store only stayed open because of GREAT customer service...our customer said our prices where very high compared to other stores but because we where so nice they rather shop with us GREAT customer service is key!

Always enjoyed Michaels. Been going since i was a kid always havr fun creative stuff.

I went in for only one thing. A sale item that was listed with its location in the app. It was right where it was supposed to be, so I was in and out of there in only a few minutes. The store was a bit crowded with merchandise again, but I guess thats going to be an issue from time to time. I prefer to have room to actually move my cart around without having to backup if I see another person coming toward me.

Michaels is a craft store with a large variety of items for all different projects. The store is clean. The employees are nice enough. Ive really never had any issues. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because AC Moore which is a few mintues down the road has a much larger selection. They usually carry whatever you cant find at Michaels.

Overall employees (that Ive encountered) are not very pleasant. When you need to ask a question they almost seemed annoyed to have to talk to you. Prices are kinda high on most things but you can usually find a coupon to help with that.

We just purchased assorted fall flowers, now at 40% off. A large selection in store at the present time. Also Halloween decorations in abundance.

Everyone at the Vineland NJ Michaels are so helpful. I can usually find everything Im looking for but if I have a question there is always a friendly person to help. Today I found some really soft yarn for a baby blanket.
