My kids love being at Chuck E. Cheese; its their favorite place. I have been twice this month ever since the pandemic started. I have been in the place over 2 hours each time and i have not seen not even one staff sanitizing the area/games. The first time there were two staff only. As we walked in another family was leaving. My family was the only family there. Both staff members were playing basketball and in the arcade. The second time, there were three staff members and not one sanitized nor clean the areas or games. There were about 10 people in and out. With that being said, i wonder is this place is safe for kids during covid.I will think about it twice about taking my kids now & i think every parent should. For a parent, a childs health should be a priority and so far i do not see Chucky E. Cheese enforcing covid19 procedures.

My babygirl absolutely loved her whole party!!! From singing with Chuck E., eating great pizza, having an awesome birthday celebration led by our amazing host, and going in the ticket blaster with mommy! We all had a blast! Our host Edna was phenomenal, she helped me set up, walked me through the party plan, was constantly checking up on us, and took care of food, cake, ice cream and all! She also took care of the clean up, and made the whole party totally stress free I highly recommend a Chuck E. Cheese party for your next birthday celebration!

The area isnt that bad. Today wasnt busy with crazy bdays but it was a nice calm day with random kids like always that dont know how to act right. Yet my kid had fun.

I encountered a very rude young Caucasian woman with long fake nails when I was here. I was so disgusted by her attitude, that I asked for a manager. She rudely replied “I am the manager”. This location clearly will hire just about anyone. Not to mention, she wasn’t wearing her mask. We’ll never recover from COVID with people like her. I don’t recommend this place at all. I’d rather travel to the Naperville or Darien location to be treated with respect!

Visited this location today, what can I say...Little to NO mask wearing by the customers, a couple of hand sanitizing stations but not enough throughout and the carpet stinks, the place smells it’s the most disgusting visit I’ve ever had .Sorry to say I won’t be back here till Covid is done, I just hope they remain in business with these Easy going rules as if you are at all concerned about catching Covid this is NOT the place for you or your family .

Hey You Guys Open? Im Going There on December 5th

There was one employee, forgot her name by now. But she was amazing. The rest at this location acted like they were good to help or talk to anyone. Pizza was good. Salad bar was fresh. One bad thing is you need to watch your tickets. I had some sitting next to me, literally within fingers reach. One a jackpot for my son and as we were pulling off our winnings out stack of probably 300+ tickets were stolen.

This chuck e chesse has to really start disinfecting there machines..workers have to stop wodering around and clean them. Every machine i clean wit my wipes came out super dirty.why is it open and not clean dissapointment this it a kids play place..

Love chucky cheese its fun an chucky comes out and does a dance with all the kids and you can buy by time so if you have few people you can rack up those ticket for an awesome surprise.

A lot of changes since the last time we visited. Only like 5-6 games use tokens still the rest is all game card. I recommend to get the combo to get a good price on the play card(s) always get the time instead of the by tokens on the card. There is no more FREE kids PLAYGROUND. Only rides and games. NO more birthday crowns. But we still had a great time there even with all the changes. Chuck E. Needs to interact more with the kids. For example this was my youngest first time at chuck E. cheese and all he wanted was a hug and a high five. Chuck E. Just walked past him and kind of ignored him and other kids. Other kids wanted a picture and couldnt.

This place is disgusting. There are REAL mice running around in the kitchen. I know this because i used to work there. The work conditions are terrible and they over work the teenage workers for minimum wage.

This location is a lot more spacious than the other locations weve been to. The food was great and the party, while I was a guest, was not rushed like the other Chuck E Cheese parties Ive been to before. There were plenty of games and zero ball pits (I dont let my child play in ball pits due to the cesspool of germs they carry) which made me very happy!

Ok place. Like a lot of the reviewers said, fairly clean and all games are arcade style. They went away from the ball pits and the mazes. Pretty much a money pit. Good place to burn an hour with your kids.

Friendly staff and whoever wore the mouse suit did a fantastic job 8/14/19 after 8pm. You guys rock!!!

Walked in an was greeted with Our systems are down, you are not able to purchase credits to the Play Pass to play the game, You also cannot pay with a credit card for any purchases... So I cant play the games AND I cant purchase food?Why then are you open???Had enough cash for a meal purchase for the kids. Had about $20 in my Play Pass. System not working.Overall, Manager was nice and apologetic (Two stars for that) but my experience today was horrible.

Good pizza place

Had a great experience with the Birthday reservation, the staff was very professional, and accommodating. Food was the norm pizza and wings and it tasted fresh. Great customer service everyone was treated with respect and felt very welcoming and comfortable. Thank you Edna, she was our server for the party. Awesome service.

Chuck E. Cheese, or Charles Con Queso if we are being sly from the kids is an old hang-out for us. This location is able to handle a lot of people at one time. They are friendly and prompt with service to the games, the food, and the prizes. Keep up the good work.

Braved the parties and chaos for my childrens affairs. Now its music to the ear for my grand children affairs. GO CHUCK E. CHEESE. Ps. He takes a break on the west side of the stage. Knock on the door and make his night the best.

I had been going through that place and entered into it in order to know more about it. It is the place for the small kids for their fun.

I will elaborate more from my computer later but I would strongly suggest NOT visiting this establishment. Ive been waiting for almost an hour at The latest machine not working for a manager because the other employees cant resolve the issue. My son is upset because he cant play anything really because I dont want to miss the manager finally coming.

Outside of some of the visitors at this location it was a great experience for all. The staff did a great job and the food was good. Way better than having a kids birthday party at home!

Lines are forever long, kids cutting others with parents encouraging it. Kids liked the games for the most part. Getting a3 not a2 star due to staff recommending points and being spot on about which will last longer for little one.

Good place to take the kids. They have a blast and dont notice anything us adults do.They do have some money saving deals from time to time. Definitely could use some more games, coupons, and better food.

I was happy with my nieces birthday party. The waitress assigned to her was awesome and on top of everything. Store was clean, bathrooms were clean, a couple of games were down, I just wish chuckee had all the playground equipment still.

All the games were not working, the ticket counters were not working, I was billed incorrectly, and the food took longer than normal and ur was cold!

Clean area with a staff as proffesional as can be for a Chuck E. Cheese. No armed guards either because the people here do know how to act here. Games are in working order. Birthday parties have 2 hr unlimited games which is cool. Prizes are a little pricey and you dont much tickets from most games. Some do have decent jackpots.

Waited in line for hosting my own party because greeter told me to. Found out from a staff member that I could have just walked to the back of the room and checked in. When food came out, fruit punch was watered down and not drinkable. I pointed out to the host and she stated that the syrup ran out. Really? Very disorganized staff who arent good at communicating either. Only 2 stars because my kids liked the games. Everything else was worth zero stars!

Better than I remember. Good enough for little ones to run around and play. The staff was attentive and nice.

Still a classic place to take the children. I like this location in particular because of the layout and entertainment options for toddler-aged children. I strongly recommend downloading the Chuck E. Cheeses app and registering prior to your next visit. Ths app will help you earn points toward free pizza and provides coupons and deals that may not be available at the actual restaurant.

The cards ran out to fast and they didnt give me the right amount of tickets when I won it said 200 tickets it gave me 120

This store has gone way down with their service. They only have 1 person available for 3 registers when the lines are super long. They seem to not want to take payments. The manager was no help either. Not a good experience. I would not recommend this place.

One of the games ran out of tickets and I had asked one of the staff for some help and she asked on her mic for someone to assist me. I asked again 10 min later and still no one came. I know its just tickets, but its the fact that Im paying for these games and that the staff pretty much said f off we have better things to do that to provide good customer service.

The lunch salad bar is basically just pizza. The pizza is good and the game prices are good. But if u want a salad wait till after 3 or ur just wasting your money

Terrible, only go once in a while and dont bother to eat there, 2 starts because my 6yr old likes it and even though its a dump, it brings some parents and their kids to spend time together.

I like the place and games. Some of them are upgraded too. Also the staff is caring and personable. The other days I locked y car and the keys inside. Chuck E. Cheese employee helped and tried some tips to help, but unfortunately they all turned out. Also helped me and called the police officer that came later and unlock the door. Those guys kept an eye on my son and was very helpful.

Went during lunch buffet on a weekday, it was clean and staff members had excellent customer service. Nice place to take toddlers. Peace
