St. Mark Catholic Church

My childhood local parish. I grew up going to St Marks, had my CCD classes here and first communion. My father was an usher back in the day. My high school, OHS, has its baccalaureate here. I stop by whenever Im in town and have the occasion to visit. Good vibes, cute 60s suburb sprawl church architecture. I remember as a child walking into the sanctuary it felt so big and vast to me. The benches are still super uncomfortable. Love the little poor boxes by the doors.

Fr. Pat is a caring person and the parishioners are welcoming. The 5:30 Mass has great music.

Friendly, welcoming community. Very good school and preschool.

The whole congregation is wonderful. Helpful and the priest is better than the best. He believes in what he is teaching with gentleness and caring.

My familys parish for 45 years. Dad is buried there.
