I had a client that wants to buy a mobile home there from a private party, but the buyer has to apply with the park for the space rent of $650. But they are very unscrupulous because they dont tell you what their qualification guidelines are!? which they should know or tell you what they are! If not this is Discrimination and Not following Fair Housing anti-discrimination laws!!

I moved to Victorvilla almost 2 years ago and love the park, my neighbors and the friendly manager, Jessica!Costs run a little high largely contributed by high utility bills. I’m hoping to be able to hire an electric contractor to install some solar panels and controllers to take advantage of our wonderful solar availability!Thanks Jessica for contributing to Victorvilla’s being such a great place to live!

Nice, gated community. Homes are good quality, grounds are maintained, staff seems helpful. Home prices are good.

Very nice park. Friendly residents.

Im a housekeeper for a resident here. He loves the activities the park provides, and I rarely ever hear him complain about the management. I notice the property is always neat and tidy. While driving through the park people wave and smile as I drive through. There is not enough of that friendliness these days.

Stopped in for a uard sale and the place is nice and clean ..very nice lil place ....but the bump stop need to be more visable and they sure do need a stop stop light whwn u come out because older peeps need to have that time to get out to do there chores are errands and these yound folks seem to think the own the road ...but remember they were her before us and paved the way for all of us so please have some courtisy dor our older peeps member we will be there one day ...of we oir lucky ..God bless for our pass...luv Big Al...happy memorial day ..

Very clean and neat...has a multi purpose hall with a fully functional kitchen, sitting area with TV and a tennis table and a billiards pool

A place to get what you need and other different things that you cant find any where else!

It will maintain its close to the freeway but you cant really hear the traffic
