I went here to purchase my 22 handgun and 9mm handgun. The staff are all friendly and very informative and helpful. Their stock isnt the best right now due to the pandemic but you can order online. Definitely my go to gun store

I just went back to Turners Outdoorsman they didnt have much of anything . There ammo and guns were almost empty. This was very disappointing . I would recommend that you call first so you wont waste your time.

I made a purchase. I was told someone would call me when item got in. After several weeks I called 12 times trying to get someone to answer the phone to see if item came in. Went to pick up told I had to wait 10 days. 13 days later still waiting. Again no call when item arrives even though they said they would. Dont come until you get call. Again no one answers the phone. This will be my last purchase from them

Good selection of different firearms, target and many other accessories. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. If they dont have it they can definitely order it for you.

Went there with my son to purchase a firearm and the Hispanic man who answers the door was extremely arrogant and immediately was rude,and racially profiling my son. The tall large man treated my son like a criminal. However treated the caucasian people behind us with respect. Once in the store he watch us like we were going to steal something. I will never go there again. We went to patriot Armory in apple valley and the fully Caucasian staff was amazing, respectful, knowledgeable, pleasant, and kind.

I am very disapointed in the service my son recieved trying to purchess his very first firearm. All he has gotten is a stomache and run around and not only not get his firearm but they are refusing to return his deposit and no explanation given I am very upset and will take them to court if deposit is not returned.

And I am aware of the current state of how many people are supposed to be in a vacanity but how the associate went about telling my fiance and I only one person can come in at the time after returning from talking to an associate is odd to me. Its summer in it is always hot in this place when I walk inI dont know if it is because its summer or if its because this place need a new air conditioning system but anywho lets get to the actual place out of hand and their services there and because of the high need for guns right now in 2020 its not much of a wait to take the 30 question test but after that is when it slows down depending on the day and the time that you gonow guaranteed it will be filled with at least one sworn in off-duty officer but they got to buy guns to right..... if the gun you want is not in store then go purchase it from the store 30% down because mandatory its got to be on a 10-day wait anyways.

I called guns and ammo to get information the gentleman I spoke to told me he had to go because he was busy. My husband is disabled and cant walk without crutches I was calling ahead to make sure they had what we were looking for. We Were turned away. We were good customers of this store. Not anymore.

Roy Garcia took an online firearms purchase that initially started off very stressful for me and turned it around to a very positive purchase. The diligent and professional manner he exhibited while tending to his Management responsibilities throughout the processing of my purchase, exceeded well above my expectations. In addition Christopher C.also exhibited a high level of Customer Service skill as he took charge of finalizing my firearms purchase and made certain that he touched all the bases to avoid any delays of processing ownership of my firearm over to me. I really enjoyed listenning to Christophers firearms experience and opinions about being being a proud firearms owner and made sure I was completely 100 % satisfied when I walked out doors of the Victorville Turners Outdoorsman. I strongly advise not going here to buy a gun. They have some of the worst customer service Ive ever seen. Along with ridiculously long wait times. I waited almost three hours to talk with a salesperson. After I got the counter I was told I had to take a test to be able to buy a firearm. I took the test and then had to wait another 30 minutes before they reviewed the test. When I told them I was done with the test they continued calling other people in line before reviewing my test. Finally after reviewing my test the gun I wanted wasnt in stock. I was told they buy a lot of guns and it shouldnt be very to get it into the store. After waiting a month I went to the store to find out what was going on when I got there I was told they have my gun and assigned me a serial number. I waited in line again to complete my paperwork so I could get my gun. After completing the paperwork I asked to see my gun then I was told its still in the warehouse not at the store. And I still have to wait for it to come in from the Warehouse before they can start the background check. They had the same gun in the store but they would not switch and let me buy the gun that was in the store they told me I had to wait for mine to come from the Warehouse. This store has bad management and customer service. After waiting a full month to get the gun and the store not calling me or any following up they should have changed the paperwork and assigned me the gun they had in inventory.

Great store. Staff is knowledgeable in all areas. Store is busy so grab a number right away. Staff works quickly to work for/with you and answer any questions you may have...After a recent purchase I had an issue with operation of the firearm (light strike). It was handled quickly and effortlessly. The firearm was sent and returned in a quick manner and all appears well now.

Place is kind of hit and miss. Some of the people there are kind of helpful. But a lot of the employees act like they do t have time to talk to you. I get the feeling my presence is an inconvenience to them. Just not. Very friendly place. As far as items goes its relatively well stocked. They have a good soft plastics section and a pretty good fierarms section. Wouldnt mind having a larger rod and reel selection but over all not bad. Id keep going if the people were more friendly.

Turners has some great deals but when you just want to grab a few boxes of ammo you shouldnt have to wait 30 to 40 mins.

The Victorville location is the worst I have ever been too. Bad customer service. They treat you like you do not know what your talking about. I have been a Turners customer for over 20 years since they were in Chino not Chino Hills. I was there a few weeks ago wanted to order an Od Glock 23 I was told by the Manager he couldnt order it any more. So I asked about the PD trade in G23 he flat out said they did not have any. Today I look at the closeout list what is on there both guns I wanted. He could have transferred it from another store. Turners has done that before for me. If you want a good experience at Turners make the effort and go to Rancho or Chino Hills they both have great CS.

So glad I read the lower star reviews. No, I will not be ripped off and lie too, or sold overpriced firearms. And yes the wait is very long. They act like they dont want to help you, which is fine. But, remember, they need us to stay in business. Will not be going there.

Purchased a firearm from this location. My experience with the staff was positive. I was greeted when I walked in the door, and quickly greeted at the gun counter. As everyone was polite especially Guy and Christopher. There was one exception; a female wearing glasses behind the gun counter, Im glad I did not deal with her as she just seemed obnoxious.One thing to note: I was told my residential gas utility bill wouldnt be accepted as proof of address yet it has been what Ive used for all of my previous firearms purchases. And I still used it in this case. So I dont understand why the employee stated that.Pricing is fair for the most part. As with every business your not going to agree with their pricing on everything. I also wanted a long gun they had on the shelf but I know I can get that same long gun online shipped to my FFL for much less. Again, just a matter if shopping around.In my case the pistol I purchased was decently priced. Transaction was pleasant and timely. I will continue to purchase from this location as they continue to provide a good customer service experience.

Im not really an outdoors kind of guy but when I walked in here, it was a welcoming experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and I decided to pick up archery as a result. No regrets.

Will never purchase a firearm from Turners (Victorville) again . They have no idea what they’re doing. Purchased a firearm on Friday and paid for my background check, but the pistol that I’ve purchased were out of stock. They said that it will arrive on Monday which it did but they insisted on me to pay for the background check again. Why would I pay twice for a background check, after showing the gun dealer my receipt that I already paid. If you can make the drive, shop at Turners (Rancho) or look for a mom and pop shop gun dealer that will treat you right.

Tricia helped me choose my first gun and helped me feel confident with passing my test. They are happy to chat about the guns and dont rush you. Very informative. Willing to order whatever they dont have.

They tell me they need my most recent property tax bill sent to me by the assessor to prove my place of residence along with a current power bill. If I am unable to provide this they were they will penalize Me by charging me $172 non-refundable on the purchase of my firearm which I already paid for. Smaller dealerships do not do this and I dont know of anyone else that does this is not required by law which is Extreme Hassle and rip off. They have definitely lost a long-time customer and I will spread the word about their extreme inconvenience for anyone trying to purchase a firearm. I recommend anyone purchasing a firearm go to a small dealership and not to Turners chain.

Went in yesterday. What a mistake. At least four or five people in line while one man behind counter having a dissertation with someone talking about someone elses rifle. Same four or five people in line when two of the counter people disappear into the back room leaving only two people at the counter. One of them begins to handle gun transfer leaving only one person for those in line and he seems more interested in having a conversation with someone who has left the counter than helping those in line. Just say thank you and next! Talk about feeling ignored. I got upset and left. Takes along time to get ammo help from what I saw too. Thank goodness they sell guns reasonably there. The only reason I can see to go in there.

My first time buying a firearm was here. Dealt with Juan. Made me never want to come back. Luckily gave them a 2nd chance with my 3rd firearm picked up a shotgun from Guy. He is really respectful, cheerful, and was able to price match my purchase. If I ever go back I will only be dealing with him and I advise you to do the same.

I have bought quite a few firearms from many different stores. So far my experience at the Turners in victorville I have had better customer service than any other. The employees are very knowledgable about the forearms in the store and helped me pick the perfect fit for me. Just walked out of there with a Glock 19 to add to the collection. I would gladly recomend this store to all of my friends and family and will continue to shop at this location.

I had a terrible experience at Turners today. Over the years Ive purchased 3 handguns and 2 shotguns at the Victorville location, and today i picked up my 4th handgun. I got there at 1pm, and I didnt leave until 2:45. I spent nearly 2 hours waiting.These people are very knowledgable about their products, thats why I go there, unfortunately they also seem unconcerned, about the number of customers waiting for help. I didnt count, but there were at least 10 to 12 people standing for hours, waiting for help. Thats another thing, if your going to make your customers wait for such extended periods of time, why not provide them with a seating area? Or does that make too much sense?What realy upset me though, was that there were more employees doing other things than helping customers. Example, there was an employee with a clipboard taking inventory of the shotguns, and another on the computer at the end of the display counter, 2 more on the other end telling each other jokes.The number i pulled when I walked in was 51, the number that was displayed was 45. That means it took them 2 hours to service 6 people, and some left because it took too long, so less than 6. Which is a completely unreasonable amount of time for someone to wait, especially in the presence of there employees laughter and a condisending work ethic. Like we need them, and they dont need us. I was very disappointed today.I would like to see them designate a seperate counter, or work station, dedicated just for pick ups. Staffed with a generous amount of employees.

No price tags on anything. Asked how much something was and she said $20, went to pay for it and it was $30. Overpriced shotgun shells. Same shells I get anywhere else is $3 more per box. Good way to go out of business Turners.

Nice clean store with a large selection of items. If you need anything behind the gun counter make sure you grab a number because you will only be attended to if you grab one and still its a guns counter and they love to talk about guns. Some of the staff have basic knowledge about guns and others know more than most people Ive met.

Used to be an awesome place to shop. The customer service is horrible now. Hire more people or actually have them work. Salesmen too busy talking to friends to help. Waited 35 min without being called on. People who came in after me were helped first. If youre going to have customer ticket #s you should actually use them. Officially lost my business
