The store itself was pretty good but the staff made it stand out and Tiffany made it shine. She went above and beyond what most people in retail would do. Thank you for the help and Ill be back for sure.

I had came in around holloween time me and my cousin came in looking for holloween outfits but throughout our time in the store they treated us like we couldnt afford the items. Then they lied and said they didnt have our shoe size but showed them to another customer. The employees are very rude and unprofessional and at this rate your store will be closed.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Employees are rude and the selection is overpriced. We went in planning to spend up to $1000 and left spending less than $30 because I refuse to do business with peasants who treat me like a thief. Pro tip, when your guests are wearing shoes that cost more than your rent, be nice to them.

I went in for the first time today around 12:45pm I was greeted by a nice gentleman outside. Inside the store was a whole other story. I felt disrespected when a employee came up and practically snatched a product out of my hand as I was looking at it. She was very rude and treated me as if I was going to run out of the store with it. I informed her the product was open already and me and my partner were just curious and shopping around. She still had a awful attitude and stormed away with the product in her hand. At that point my partner and I felt so uncomfortable and disrespected that we left without spending any of our money. I won’t give it a second chance based on this terrible experience and I hope management or the owners take the feedback that we give seriously.

Awesome store Logan and Yvonne both where awesome helped me out and had an awesome conversation with them awesome products iv been here multiple times very friendly and awesome people and store 10 out of 10 recommend.

My boyfriend & I came to the store looking for something to play with. Tiffany and Logan were very personable and helpful. They were quite familiar with the products we were interested in. Sometimes its hard to talk to strangers about your sex life but we felt very comfortable with these two...maybe too comfortable. So thank you Tiffany & Logan for making our visit to your store such a good, fun experience. Oh & we are so pleased with what we went home with!!

Amazingly fun and helpful staff. That being said it has been a long time coming (almost a week) since I’ve promised to post my review since our visit. The staff here are super sweet and openly welcoming suggesting some of their best products in hoping to better suit your needs. I would personally like to thank both Jenna and Nyjah for helping us that night. I’m pretty sure everyone in our party had a good time that night and the few days to follow . The workers were very friendly, greeted me and my husband as soon as we entered the store. And were very knowledgeable . I had plenty of questions. Althea and Hillary were amazing and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back again soon!

Visited this shop today for the first time and spent $354 on products, I was very pleased with the cashier helping me, until another employee came and started helping us too, she was not in a good mood and was rude and unfriendly. I was talking to her with a smile and laughing and she was rude. I did not have my id for the purchase so i had to go home and get it. When I returned she was the only one there and she seemed to be in a better mood. So I told her, I did not appreciate her rudeness earlier.Her response was, I am not required to smile to customers. She also refused to give me her name. If a manager is reading this, it was May 9, around 1:30 pm and she was hispanic.Very nice store, would have had a great experience if it wasnt for that very unhappy and rude cashier.

Decent selection, store was very clean in a logical and spacious layout. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the short girl who knows her stuff.

I went to this store a couple days ago and I had no clue what to get but I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with something nice. Alethea and Krystal helped me pick out a couple of things and they were very nice the whole time. Prices were good not really expensive, and they had a lot to choose from. This store is bigger than other stores out here in the HD and they’re also open late.

Jenna was amazing! She explained everything thourghly and let me try some stuff! So amazing I love coming here, have brought many people here and they love her too!

The first time I came into this store I wasn’t carded and I went in with my boyfriend and I had an employee follow me around because she thought I was stealing. Very insulting.Second time, I was carded at the door with my friend and when I was trying stuff on with her, about the second set of clothes, my friend was kicked out by an employee who stood there Ordering my friend to leave the dressing room right then. When I asked why she blatantly ignored me. I don’t go to stores to be harassed and ordered about. I had to go out and force a respectful response. Again, I was accused of stealing.Another thing, if a woman wants to have her SLEEPING child in the store I don’t think that’s any of your business. I don’t care about the nature of your store, its not that explicit so calm down.Great stuff and great layout, stop allowing your employees to harass your customers. If it’s your policy, change it because it’s stupid and it singles people out. I don’t really have to tell you how bad that is for business in a sex shop do I?

It failed in all departments it prommised to help. First time a product from you guys failed me. Same maker of my regular OH BABY! Pill and same price $14 but it was nowhere near the quality. I wouldnt recomend it to anyone. Stick with the OH BABY! Maybe even the RHINO. But dont go with the Eruption 35000 mg. But anyways 5 STAR establishment and 10 STAR STAFF. thank you guys.

So rude. Weird girl who looks like a kid carded me and my husband. We are in our 30s, my husbands hair is salty grey and we couldnt come in because I left my ID in the car. It was 20 degrees and I wasnt going to go back. We were planning to spend a lot of money that night. Never going back. The weird girl was rude, looked at my husbands ID just for the cameras. He asked her what year he was born and she replied, Your old enough. You still need to go get your ID She had no idea. She was RUDE and is costing this business a lot of money

The experience was not so good.As soon as my partner and I walked into the store there was no greeting from any of the 2 employees. The main thing that should be improved is the customer service. My partner and I were not approached at all while looking at the merchandise. My partner and I thought the employee that asked for our ids was very rude in the way she asked for them. The employees kept staring at us and we felt rushed. Ashley the employee who charged us and carded us for the things we bought was very serious and seemed very stuck up. I think she needs to get laid js.

Just left this store and was highly offended tgat the two employees working followed myself and my pregnant friend arpund thinking we were stealing. Mind you i have a $1500 chanel purse on,my shoulder and hundreds of dollars worth of jewelry on. If thats a policy you guys need to change it.
