Great overlook of the Mississippi River and bridge. The office was closed when we were there but it looks like there are educational resources. It was worth the stop so we could take a picture by the welcome to Mississippi sign :)

It has a great view of the Mississippi River. It is clean. I’m always disappointed when areas are closed. I understand construction and renovation; bad timing. But one spot I was not allowed to sit down for antique preservation precautions. I was looking for a rest stop not a museum.
