Very well maintained property with lot and mobile home rentals also has apartments very clean area just OUTSIDE the city .

Been here two years, absolutely love it. Its a quite, working class neighborhood. The landlord is a sweet and reasonable woman.

I had to move away from here because my air conditioner went out, and the owner refused to replace it. It was summer hot and humid weather at the time.

They are run down even though they look good on the outside the trailers or are run on inside and they have a very high price on them plus the manager doesnt like you then you dont get to rent there thats what I heard Ive never applied with one time I did reply I got refused for the apartments p I believe that neighborhood is going downhill and used to be a better neighborhood I believe that the trailer park itself may be the cause of that sorry but thats the truth

Great place to be at peaceful and quiet.

Best considering not much to work with but lil expensive
