This resort is absolutely beautiful! The room was comfortable and quiet with convenient access to both the pool and the beach. Everything around the resort seemed very clean and well maintained. The staff is beyond kind and courteous, they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and the pool/beach attendants are very knowledgeable about sea life and are happy to share that knowledge. We had a great stay and hope to return!
We were so happy we found this place! It’s wonderful all around. It’s a resort and spa with a boutique hotel size. The decor is incredible with little touches that other places don’t pay attention to. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had an ocean front king room, which I’d recommend. All top amenities in the room that you’d expect of a high end resort. We also had dinner at their restaurant, Waves. Excellent food and exceptional service. ! We highly recommend their Cuban fare. We had the roasted pork and paired it with the avocado salad. Absolutely delicious. If you’re heading Vero Beach— I highly recommend this resort and their restaurant.

This was the best hotel stay for my family. They went above and beyond in every way. We were greeted with free valet parking and a glass of champagne. They gave us a free upgrade in our hotel room. It overlooked the ocean. The food service and drinks were amazing. I love their pool area and spa. Very chill and relaxing.
Had an oceanfront view. The view was wonderful, staff was very friendly. The room was large and very clean only downside no microwave in the room and a very small refrigerator. The beach and pool staff also very friendly. Location is also very good because its close to lots of restaurants but you dont need to leave the property because they do serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Had a great time.

Me and my husband got married here November 14th and it was the best decision! The resort is gorgeous! Ashlie was absolutely amazing. The service was amazing and so was the food. Our guests said the filet was the best filet they have ever had and didn’t even need to cut it. The venue was beautiful and so was our ocean front room. Which was left with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne when we arrived to our room. It was definitely a dream come true and we can’t wait to come back.
Christina and the rest of the staff made our stay memorable and pleasant. My mother birthday wouldn’t have been as good with out everyone’s kindness at Costa d’Este Beach Resort. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful resort, excellent location. We were unfortunately unable to play in the ocean bc of the waves and wind but enjoyed the pool. Happy hour 4-6. Lots of parking, complimentary valet.
Someones dog went in the pool Sunday morning so mgmt closed the pool for 6 hours... I had to coax my 3 yr old out of the pool. It really bummed him out. Surf was too rough for the beach. We packed up and left. We met some really nice people there and wish we could have stayed.
You had to clean your own room during your stay COVID reasons so that was very unpleasant. Food was the best that it has ever been!!! I have stayed here at least 10 times and the food went from good to bad to amazing!! Overall its a nice place, rooms have no place to sit except a regular chair or the bed they need small couches.
The receiving staff were wonderful and helpful. I felt really covid safe with the protocols in place. The room was great and so was room service. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. The pool was refreshing, and the hot tub jets just right! Its my 3rd visit there.
My husband and I loved our stay at Costa dEste. Although we did run into the occasional employee wearing their face mask down, I also witnessed many cleaning practices in place such as wiping down the main entrance door handle, the rental bicycles being cleaned, hand santizing stations around and more. I would reccomend staying here, it was truly affordable luxury. p.s. we are past the two week mark+, so we were safe from COVID on our trip!
The Coronavirus outbreak had us stuck at home for most of the summer. My wife and I we decided a long weekend away would be a pleasant change of pace. The short 90 minute drive from North Palm Beach County led us to this beautiful resort on the ocean. The room was very clean and the balcony view was great. Hotel staff wore masks and took extra precautions for Covid. We felt very comfortable. The Wave restaurant was good and we could walk to other restaurants and shopping. We will visit again.
We just had a wonderful 2 days at this little beachfront boutique resort in Vero Beach. The location is fantastic and directly on the beach with easy walking distance to local shops and restaurants. The vibe is sort of 1960s Miami but feels a little run down, slightly shabby. We had an ocean view suite that was quite large with 2 bathrooms and very a generously sized balcony. But furniture was a little run down again. The accommodations included a huge bedroom, and a living room with little table. I slept on the sofa bed which had a really a terrible mattress that was so saggy and lumpy, I got no sleep. But the restaurants and service were absolutely fantastic. Our waiter at dinner was David and he couldnt do enough to make us feel special and welcome. The food was truly 5 stars! I loved my large dish of paella! It was authentic and delicious! My sister and her daughter both ordered different cuts of steak from the Steak Night menu and raved about the flavors and presentation on sizzling lava stones with delicious chimichurri!We finished with a dish of wonderful churros served with 2 dipping sauces. We also had a wonderful breakfast with another great waiter named Dru. 2 of us had orange French toast on Cuban bread that was excellent and a side of chicken/apple sausage. My sister loved the Breakfast Club sandwich on chiabatta bread. We spent a delightful day by the infinity pool with a nice tropical ambianceand enjoyed watermelon spritzers and raspberry mojitos while we relaxed. The 2nd day was spent just steps away on Costa dEstes beautiful beach under umbrellas oncomfy lounges. The beach was very clean and uncrowded and felt covid safe. We will definitely plan another trip to this great little gem of a resort hotel!
The venue was located perfectly on the beach with many quaint shops near by. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a gentleman in Valet who was extremely nice and helpful. Thats where the customer service ended for the weekend. My wife and I arrived to the desk to check in and were given attitude by the young man behind the counter. We ask about out check in at 2 and he immediately replied with attitude No, its at 4. My wife pulled up the email that said 2 oclock on it and he didnt care to listen. With out even looking up and acknowledging us at all he replied again. Youre wrong its 4 oclock. So we decided since we cant access our room and our luggage is now just in limbo somewhere, I guess we have no choice but to go to the restaurant.We decided to have a seat at the bar and try and make the best of our now two hour wait to get into our room. The bar tender was friendly, but more interested in everything else in the world than actually serving drinks and food. Needless to say, I do not recommend dinning here at all.When they called us to say our room was ready several hours later, we were given keys. We walked down a hallway that had food trays laying outside the rooms of everywhere. Almost as if everyone ordered breakfast in bed and no one in the hotel cared to clean up the trays. I counted 6 trays in the first hallway alone.We finally got to our room that was far from cleaned, and definitely not sanitized for the standards of a pandemic that is currently happening. If masks are required, I would imagine some type of cleanliness would be as well. We waited in the room in discuss for about 40 minutes for our bags to arrive. I actually greeted the valet in the elevator about 30 minutes into the wait to ask of a ETA for our luggage so we could maybe relax, before we went to our dinner reservations. Yet again he was very polite, apologized and assured me he would bring them right up. He explained no one at the desk informed him we even had gotten our room yet.I tried to make the best of everything, but the disappointments with this facility continued on. It seems like it was nice at one time, but that time has come and gone. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the time and agrivation.
Honestly it was the biggest disappoinment. I expected so much more from this place! Housekeeping supervisor Carmen and Shaneka were very rude to me anytime I asked for anything. The Houseman evel and jose were very quick to shove me off for a simple question! So I guess this Hotel is wonderful as long as youre Spanish. So I will never come back to this property ever Again!
Things we loved - view was excellent, room was nice, linens were luxurious, staff was friendly, bikes were funThings we were disappointed about - restaurant was overrated as both meals we had were acceptable but overpriced for the quality. Also, hugely disappointed that the hot tub was out of service during our entire stay! This was a very important feature for our mini getaway (and the weather wasn’t very good so this was one of the only things we could do). Staff didn’t even offer anything for the inconvenience Lastly, we couldn’t book massages as they were unavailable due to COVID but we were able to book offsite at another venue so it worked out.I would stay here again but would want to check on amenity availability.
I’m a resident of Vero Beach; my husband and I got married last week, but couldn’t have family fly in, or go on a honeymoon thanks to the current pandemic. However, my awesome boss gifted us our stay here and we had the BEST time!I work across the street; staying at Costa felt like we weren’t even in town (in the best way possible)!Our room faced North-East towards the ocean; our room was clean, bed was super comfortable, and room service was fantastic. We had breakfast in our room, lunch on the beach, and dinner at The Wave — all delicious! We appreciate all the hospitality from Monica, Angie, and Logan, plus the valet guys!Thank you for making our weekend so wonderful — we are proud to have an exceptional hotel in our town, and will continue to frequent for stay-cations and yummy food!

My family and I (husband, kids 12 and 14) stayed here the first day they re-opened from COVID-19. We had an amazing time! The hotel is great, staff is super friendly and helpful. Beautiful place, right on the beach. Brought our pooch and he had an amazing time too. They are very dog friendly. Will definitely be going back.
Me and my pregnant wife decided to go to this resort for our anniversary so we reserved an ocean front room for $1200 dollars for a few days. We drove from Coral Springs, FL to Vero Beach, FL very excited but after we arrived that excitement quickly faded. When we pulled up and the valet guy was very nice and so was the lady at the front desk but that would be the last time anyone at the resort would treat us with any respect MAYBE BECAUSE WERE THE ONLY BLACK PEOPLE AT COSTA THIS WEEKEND. Anytime we were walking in the hallways the staff wouldnt speak to us but we would see the same staff member who walked right by us say hi to a White guest there at the resort. We decided to go to the outside bar for drinks and the waitress walked pass us about 7 times as we were sitting at a table, SHE clearly saw that we needed service. We finally stopped her and she acted as if we was bothering her so we ask her were there any specials going on and her response was LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU GUYS FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU WANT, I HAVE OTHERS TABLES TO HANDLE. She walked away and served the other tables which we were the only black peoples at the hotel it seemed that weekend. Finally another waitress came and took our order 25 minutes later. We decided to use our room credit at the beach by renting the beach chairs and tents but as we sat down on the beach one minute later it started to rain really bad. My wife quickly ran off the beach as I went to the beach resort worker and told him we are going to cancel the beach rental. He said ok and just rudely walked away. My wife kept stressing the fact that he wasnt going to remove our name off the rental list and they will still charge us so I went back to this guy again and ask did you remove our name off your clip board because we only had the rental for less then one minute because of the rain and he ensured me that he had removed it but later that night my wife check the charges on the Tv in our room just to see the beach rental charges on our bill. The lady at the front desk removed the charge for us but seemed very unwilling to do so as If I was lying. The resort isnt doing room service everyday due to Covid19 so we called for towels at 11 am but the towels never came so I had to walk from floor to floor looking for the room service person so I can get my own towels. On another day my wife was walking down the hallway at 12 noon and tripped over the trays that left out in front of everyone doors who had breakfast that morning. It really upset me because at this point we had spend clearly over $2000 dollars on the room and eating food at the resort to be treated the way we were being treated and for my pregnant wife safety to be jeopardizes in the hall walk way. We feel that we were treated this way because the color of our skin which really hurt me because my wife for the first time in her life had to experience discrimination. Yes we are black but we didnt deserve to be treated that way. We are the nicest couple and we help everyone who we can. We also believe that All Lifes Matter but I guess here at Costa White Lifes Only Matter based on the different treatment we receive from the staff.
The staff at the Costa is beyond exceptional. Monica, Sara, Anjie, Paul, Jackie, Carmen, Luis, Cory, Matt,Zach, Even, Alex, Hector, Amanda, and Carol Anne know exactly how to deliver the best possible customer experience. If you are in Vero Beach, and you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to stay here, you will not be disappointed. Arguably the best hotel I have ever stayed in around the globe.

Came to the Spa. Valet parking is available. The atmosphere is relaxing. There are different packages to choose from, not just massages. The front desk staff are knowledgeable and will make your experience as enjoyable as possible. They have massages that start at the knee and below. I had that because I dont like full body messages. It included a scalp and arm massage. They explain everything being done as they do it. Very calming.
We stayed for our anniversary this year, and it is hands down one of the best places to stay in Vero... They offer a Romance in Vero package that includes a rose petal turndown service with chocolate covered strawberries that was a nice finish to our evening.The gentleman, Chris that runs the beach cabanas was extremely accommodating. He went out of his way a day in advance to make sure we had a private cabana for the days we were going to be there, because he was going to be out of town.We will definitely stay here again. 5 stars!
A small and very comfortable beach resort. The rooms are very nice and each one has a balcony. We happened to have a view of the beach and the pool from our room. They have bicycles you can check out for the day and ride around town.
Like other reviews stated, nice hotel, beautiful pools and very friendly and helpful staff. Negative side: very small refrigerators, no microwave and restaurant and bar have extreme prices.... $6 beers and $45 steaks. WARNING: just off shore under the surf there is a wall. We all banged our legs. There should be beach signs warning swimmers.
The valet guys were polite and accommodating. Upon check in I was greeted by Mason. I explained to him that we were early but wanted to check the status of the room. He rudely corrected me twice telling me check in was at four when clearly my itinerary said 2 (I requested early check in.) However he wouldnt let me explain it before cutting me off both times. Wonton chips were stale, fries were cold. When we finally got a call telling us our room was ready I stood there for 3 or so minutes without any acknowledgement even though there were two people at the desk. The room didnt seem very clean/ inviting. There were stains on the wall. Our bartender later that night was also unfriendly. When I called the next day to request more towels it took 15+ minutes to receive them. And then when I checked out (again by Mason) no one cared to ask how my stay was or even thanked us for staying there! I was simply slid my receipt. For a room thats over $300 a night I expect customer service to at least be friendly and a little more attentive to details. I was highly dissatisfied with my stay here and I definitely will not be back.
Always love this hotel. Was taken back a bit by so many large dogs. One was on deck unleashed and jumped in the hottub.Maybe should have stricter rules. Saw person arrive with 2 big dogs. A bit much .
I am a vero beach local and visit quite frequently. I Love love love Costa d’Este! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. From eating a meal, to lounging in the pool or renting a cabana on the beach, my experience has always been a pleasure. Very clean and upscale. The property is absolutely gorgeous, especially at night. I highly recommend for your next vacation or staycation.
Stunning oceanfront, boutique hotel in a perfect location of historic downtown Vero Beach. It has an art-deco Miami vibe that is sleek and very romantic. The staff were all friendly and seemed to have a family-like, happy-to-be-there attitude. This hotel has everything you could ask for in a romantic getaway... gorgeous blue water views, an amazing beach with loungers and umbrellas (loungers are included with the resort fee, umbrellas are $15/day). The pool bar staff come down to the beach to take drink orders, so you can enjoy cocktail service without leaving your beach lounger. The pool is beautiful and modern, and the bar has great drinks and food. The on-site Wave restaurant is wonderful, especially the Estefan Kitchen part of the menu offering upscale Cuban cuisine. Costa d’Este’s location couldn’t be better. There are many quaint restaurants and shops right off the front steps of the hotel. 50 yards up the beach from the hotel is Mulligan’s- a sports bar beachfront restaurant with oceanfront, outside seating and delicious seafood. I seriously cannot find a single thing to complain about with our recent stay. We plan on returning annually!
Great beachfront location with a terrific staff. We stayed in room 216 a ocean-front king with a balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The room was nice with a lovely balcony and an updated bathroom. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great stay and would definitely choose this hotel over the Kimpton down the street.
The rooms are so comfortable and with that gorgeous view the stay was, well, worth it all! Such kind sweet people working there make it an above average enjoyable experience! The food was presented beautifully and tasted just as good. My handsome son is one of the bartenders. Yes, I’m biased, but he is pretty special and really cares about his customers!!! Go, enjoy yourself, and meet my son!
Very nice, Pet friendly luxury hotel resort; super friendly staff and very helpful ... We parked our AIRSTREAM Interstate within their self park parking lot without any issues. Hotel sits directly on the beach and nestled within all little downtown shops and restaurants.
The valet parking guys were super nice and helpful, the front desk lady was so nice and helped us a lot when checking in and checking out. The manicure and pedicure lady at the spa was very rude and aggressive seemed like she was holding some sort of grudge she just seemed very miserable and wasn’t nice at all. The Jamaican massage lady was so nice and held good conversation the massage was also fantastic and she was super super friendly. The waiters and waitresses and the pool bar are all so nice and friendly very good service and excellent food. The waiter of Latin race I think he was Cuban was so rude and disrespectful when we were ordering our breakfast and when we would ask questions about the menu he saw us dressed in pool clothes with our hair all messy but then when we went for dinner he saw us dressed nice and treated us way better when he saw us dressed nice. I recommend booking with Expedia and getting breakfast included saves you ton of money.
They need to work on accompanying guests more. If you don’t have enough seating at the pool, make sitting at the beach more appealing.I’ll give you one main way to do that - Don’t take away umbrellas from people at the beach or charge them some silly little fee.Your employee sat me at seats with umbrellas and then removed the umbrellas to put in an empty spot on the beach. They had dozens of unused umbrellas.$15 cost you a 1 star review... was it worth it?
The best spot in Vero Beach! Beautiful views, luxurious spa and phenomenal plates! The pool bar is also a great hit, especially with live music!

I want to thank Costa’ Este Resort & Spa coordinator Ashlie Tibbetts for helping me coordinate my 50th Anniversary Party everything went beautifully, the waitress Jackie was outstanding and couldn’t please us enough. The rest of the staff were very helpful and very friendly. I must say the food was absolutely delicious especially the paella.We all had an awesome time.The next day breakfast was so delicious.We all stay 3 days and we will definitely be back to this beautiful resort.Thank you again for making our celebration special.

Pretty expensive place, but one of the nicest places in Vero Beach right on the water great rooms great mojitos. Great bartenders You can walk to the Ocean Grill my favorite place. Or one of them. The Cuban food is Okay, Im Cuban so Im very picky. I dont think you can get Cuban bread in this area. Not real Cuban bread like Tampa. Or Miami Which is what Im used to. But its a luxury hotel and if you want luxury in this area. Youre going to get it there. But be willing to spend some bucks. I just spent my birthday there and another. Weekend In January as well, and it was great, but I definitely was not paying the bill. One of the times we did the romance in Vero package. Thats a good deal. You can check that out. Thats what I did for my birthday. They were amazing.

Highly recommended. Hotel makea a great first impression as you drive up. Big waterfall flowing over the front entrance. Check in involved complimentary champagne. All staff was masked up and staying safe. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our room was a suite. King bed and full bath in one room with a pull out couch and full bath in other room. Very nicely furnished. We had a very wide balcony overlooking beach. Great sunrise viewing. The wave restaraunt was pretty good also. Better than most hotel restaraunts. Worth it! We will return.
Whole place was great. Very private and boutique. The only thing I was not fond of was the on site restaurant. Wasnt bad, I just wanted better.
We booked this hotel for a last minute trip in September. It was a wonderful experience! My husband and I felt so relaxed. The room was clean and the view was beautiful! We loved the pool side service. My husband was obsessed with the frozen grapes lol! The holtel did t have tons to offer but we were happy with the simplicity. We will come back!

Location was amazing very central to everything! Walking distance from food, shopping, the beach, you name it! Customer service was outstanding as well. Really cool rooms and they offer loads of spa type packages for the room and in the spa!
I loved the room and the staff. The room was gorgeous and the view of the beach made it better. Its spacious. The shower had two different types of shower heads. Its so beautiful. Various lights. The only thing I wish there were plugs near bed, but I think thats designed so you can relax and not be on your phone. The grouper was amazing. The food is delicious. The pool is an infinite pool so you cant see the edges sometimes lol. The hot tub is of course scorching and great.
Came here for my honeymoon, relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff. We had an incredible view of the ocean. The food is also very good, I suggest going to the The Wave restaurant at least once during your stay.

I have stayed at costa d’Este for years to celebrate our anniversary, however I am extremely disappointed with my most recent stay. I am a pediatrician PA working in the midst of the Covid chaos and was hoping for a relaxing staycation. I was told this hotel has a “hero’s rate” but upon booking I was told that rate was not available for my stay. Being that I love this hotel, I booked anyways with the full rate. My frustration began upon check in when the couple in front of me was offered an upgraded room (my exact room) for $129, however they declined. When I asked the staff what rate that was she said it was the hero rate. I asked if I could be booked under that rate since there are apparently rooms available and she flat out lied and said there are no more rooms for the hero rate available! Not wanting to make a scene I asked if they can do anything else for me, since I am in medicine, and she said no. I am so disappointed in this hotel. They clearly are only offering a “hero rate” to look good and say they’ve helped the community, when in fact, they are not. I will no longer be staying at this hotel.
If you get a nice room and avoid other people by focusing on the view from the room plus the expansive beach to roam, its everything you need for a relaxing getaway. For covid, the service team was very active and responsive to texting to move trash and replenish towels without room service entering the room.
Had a reservation for a week but ended up having to leave because of the red tide (couldnt go outside without coughing). The staff working at the pool were wearing face masks. They were kind enough to give us a full refund in order for us to get another hotel at a different beach without the red tide. We hope to come back!
My boyfriend took me to this resort for my birthday, we live in South Florida and I just wanted a quiet get away. Upon arriving we were greeted with complimentary champagne. Our room was spacious, stylish, comfortable and very clean! I’m very picky with hotels but I loved my stay here. The beach was a few steps away from the pool. And the service was extremely attentive and friendly! Definitely better than what we have experienced in Miami. We finished our night eating a delicious dinner at their restaurant while listening to live piano music. It was a romantic and relaxing weekend for us and we definitely would love to return again soon!!
My husband and I were recently married here and we had the most beautiful experience. In fact we are still here enjoying a few days after the wedding before heading back home. The staff has been wonderful. Food is fabulous, pool os great, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. If you ever want to get married here or have any sort of event we highly recommend Costa dEste. Ashlie Tibbetts, is the girl in charge of the event planning and coordinating and you will love her, she is amazing. She is sweet, thoughtful, caring, and patient, no doubt you will be in wonderful hands. Thank you Ashlie and to the entire staff for a weekend we will cherish forever.
Super nice place, clean & friendly staff. The only reason it gets a four instead of a five star Is because the neighboring property, which we will not mention by name since it is a competitive hotel. They have more lounge area more things to do at the resort it self. Here even though everything is super well kept and modern. If youre not in the restaurant the pool or the beach there is really nowhere to hang out have a drink or relax. Whereas other places the same price. Give you options like lounges, lobbies also the umbrellas for the beach & beach chairs are included. Here at costa they are not included it is an additional $30 for the big tent /canopy. And $15 and for a normal umbrella.We come to this area often and weve seen the other hotels offer a bit more for the price.Again this place is modern and well taken care of. By all means its a good hotel. But the neighboring hotel offers more for the same money. As well as free wine tasting during their happy hour, FREE.
Hands down the best place to go! My husband and I loved being there and the staff was awesome. Clean rooms. Mason was very nice at check in. We couldn’t Of asked for a better time.

Stephanie, Amy and Amal went above and beyond to make sure our orders always came out the way we wanted. location is great, all who work here are best, views are amaizing, pools are clean, defiantly recommended, and will stay at Costa when we are back in Vero beach.
Hotel is really pretty with great beach access. Staff was courteous and they were all wearing masks. Otherwise, very few guests were wearing masks in common areas, even indoors. I also had a few issues which will make me think twice about staying here again. The beach can only be accessed through a single gate that you need to walk through the pool area to access. It’s really hard to social distance when you have a lot of people on the pool area and groups of people at tables immediately next to the gate are hovering over the gate entrance. We also were interested in renting an umbrella or cabana but they were really close together, so we decided against it. The room itself was tidy enough, but we noticed some things that made us glad we brought our own cleaning supplies. For example, after wiping down the white plastic light switches in the bathroom, our Clorox wipes had weird orange/ brown stains on them. We also brought our dog and there weren’t a lot of places to walk him (potty-wise). I understand we are not all on the same page about social distancing, but having to navigate through crowds to check in, get to our room, get to the beach, etc made me anxious and I didn’t get to enjoy our trip as much as I’d like. I am glad that we upgraded to the beachside cabana king so we had somewhat of a private space to be outside. I would really appreciate it if the management of the hotel took note of opportunities to streamline some processes so people like me can stay comfortably and continue to boost our local tourism economy, not just folkx on the other side of the mask-wearing spectrum. Maybe things like digital check in? Spacing out tables and chairs? Looking at you, Gloria Estefan.
Beautiful location and rooms! The staff is super nice and helpful. We only were able to stay for 1 night but we definitely want to go back.
The resort and beachfront are beautiful!!The entire staff couldnt have been more professional and pleasant.My familys favorite employee was Logan. She was a gem!!!! With her very gracious and awesome personality, Logan went way, way beyond our expectations, making sure our family always had everything we needed and happy. She is definitely a keeper, Thank you, Logan!
The hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff is very, very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The rooms are very contemporary and beautiful. The bedding is very comfortable; the mattress is on the firm side, and the pillows are very fluffy and soft. The room is also very clean (walls, ceilings, bathrooms, and floors). The floor is all tile. The hotel is dog-friendly, which I love, since we were able to bring both of our pugs. The hotel is right on the beach. The restaurant was also great! The food was exceptional. We had the hanger steak and the fillet mignon and both were cooked perfectly. The server (David) was very polite, attentive, knowledgeable and made some great suggestions!
This place is amazing and definitely feels like a resort. I was really impressed with the facility and would go back in a instant if Im in the area.The rooms are great, it does look a lot better than the average hotel room and has that resort feel to it. Simply put, your getting what you pay for. The bathrooms are very nice as well.The pool and beach are gorgeous, its one of those places youll have to take plenty of photos day and night. Its all around beautiful here.The city of Vero Beach is a hidden gem, I loved it there and want to return one day. This is a must visit if youre in the area. They did an excellent job with this property!
Even the hotel is small, it was a good experience be there specially because the staff attention was excellent, in the pool, Beach and restaurant. Special mention to Britney in the pool, she was very attentive to all needs of the guests and never stop working making all guests feel great, 5 stars to her, in the restaurant Special mention to David very attentive and explained very clear the best options for the customers making a great experience in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is excellent, almost never my wife and me choose to eat in the hotels’s restaurants because most of the time they are super expensive and the food not good, not in this restaurant, the food is not extremely expensive and the quality and variety of the food excellent. The only bad things was the beds not comfortable, we rent a room with 2 queens bed, but in the reality we got 2 full bed and not confortable, the clean staff some of them don’t say good morning to anybody even they and we used mask everytime and even they do the rooms every 4 day for the new Coronavirus policy. For the rest everything good.
Even though a lot was shut down because virus I still had a really good time staff was great and very accommodating. Food was amazing and so were the drinks. And the best part by far was the amazing ocean views
Amazing hotel if you get the ocean cabana room with a few steps to the beach. The only issue is the fact that the little backyard that is attached to the room is not very private to sit on. Anybody walk walk over. We had other guests come over which was very strange. The other rooms are not as great. I got ocean view once where I could only see the ocean if I really stretched my neck. Most of the view was the parking lot. Also, there is a guy behind the counter is is extremely rude. I almost called the manager last time I was there.

Such a wonderful place! Staff is amazing, LOVED the food especially and Chef Armando made our most recent anniversary trip the best with an absolutely wonderful dinner! Everything was great and we look forward to going back!

This was an awful place to stay for our honeymoon considering there are roaches & they made it back to my home through my luggage!!! Too costly to have to deal w roaches.. don’t recommend nor will I be back.
This is a delayed but well deserved review. My family and I were in the middle of moving during the initial COVID lockdown. The staff at costa de este was beyond accommodating. Each employee was kind, helpful, and friendly. There werent many guests at this time so it was wonderful to experience this amazing resort at such a low capacity. It was a lovely oasis away from the stressful move. Everyone behind the front desk was wonderful. When the resort had to close because of COVID, they worked very hard to ensure we had a place to stay, reaching out to other hotels and even friends just in case we needed a place to stay. The food at the restaurant was also wonderful. It was one of the best experiences Ive had at a resort. My family and I are so thankful for the staffs kindness and will be returning for future stay-cations.
I wasnt staying there but I did have lunch at the tiki bar. It over looked the beach. Food was 5 star and definitely the service!
