Awesome and safe place for birthday parties, or just to let your kids burn off some energy. Me and my son go often and hes always excited to see the owner Jojo, whos great and makes sure all of her customers feel safe when it comes to the equipment and covid 19 prevention. I would definitely recommend this business for fun with the family.

Highly recommended!! From NY to CT, well worth the travel! For all ages. Kids had an amazing time today. Very safe and sanitized throughout the day. Has plenty of bouncy houses inside plus a slip-n- slide outside. Must sanitize hands and take temperature upon arrival.

My kids love it here. Its never too crowded, which allows the kids to jump safely. The price is very reasonable. Its a great spot to go when the kids have been in the house all day or need to get some energy out.

Nice clean place to take the kids. Owner is very nice and host events for kids (check their Facebook page). They sell drinks and snacks, have arcade games, and a play area for younger children. Theres also a nursing room.

Great customer service and really friendly. They even have kids camp here which looks fun. My 3 yr old and my 2 yr old niece love it here. They have so much fun and get a lot of energy out. Great for a hot day or rainy day. We have been here twice and they love it. So much fun and people are so mice.

After a long 3 mo of not going to our favorite place we finally get to go back! What an awesome day! Kids got to bounce inside and then they were able to cool off on the slip n slide!! The coolest thing ever it was a blast!! I have been going here for the past year and it’s always been a time to remember,the staff is amazing and my kids call the owner auntie JO JO !! My family and I just celebrated my two daughters birthday party there and it was beyond amazing . My kids enjoyed their self so much ! And on top of that the owner did their decorations had everyone jaw-dropping

I had my 3 year old birthday party recently and it was perfect. The staff and owner are awesome. They are super nice and helped make my daughter’s birthday party a big hit for her and all guests. The owner went above and beyond to help make all the party arrangements including a superb theme based decoration, cake and cupcakes ordering, party favors and much more. I can’t thank Johanna and the staff enough for how well they did. Love this place and everything here.

Just had a birthday party here for my 5 year old son. It was great. My son had a blast. The price was reasonable and the manager was great to work with. This was the first time for me planning a big birthday party for my son and they were able to answer all my questions and were very helpful in planning the event. I know all the kids had a great time and the party hostess took care of decorating the party room and cleanup. The whole experience was not too stressful and was easier than I thought it would be. I know we had gone here previously one or two years ago for other birthday parties and from what I remember, they made a few new additions to the bouncing area that my son enjoyed a lot including the cliff jumping bounce area. I would definitely recommend them for a kids party.

Fun place to go with my granddaughters who enjoy all the different bounce apparatus. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy watching as the girls climb, jump, roll, slide and tumble. Great way to use up all their energy.

Had my daughters sixth birthday here. The hostess did an amazing job decorating and serving guests. The kids had so much fun. Well worth the price.

We went here for a birthday party. The staff was overly friendly and helpful. There was a designated staff member to help with our group, from keeping an eye on kiddos, to taking food requests and passing it out, and even writing down who gave what presents. This is not a trampoline park which I originally thought, its a bunch of bounce houses. We even went in with our son and he had a blast (so did we). Theres also a Private upstairs party room overlooking the bounce houses

We took my 1.5 y/o and 5 year old there today and they had a blast! Even though the website says kids under 1 are free, they still let me son play for free so for only $14, both kids got to play and have fun. And the manager was onsite greeting everyone and handing out coupons/telling us about the establishment. We were impressed and we’ll definitely be back!

I have gone many times, I have a three year old girl and she loves the place. and the treatment they have given us has been excellent. I highly recommend it.

Took my grandson (first grade) to a classmates birthday party. All the kids had fun! Well organized by the staff.

I took three of my grandkids there this Saturday. When we arrived, I was told it would be for only one hour due to a party coming in at 11. So for one hour they charged me full price for admission, which I was unaware of until I asked my daughter what was the regular price. (I felt $13.95 per child excessive for one hour) I just got off the phone with the “owner” and she said that’s their policy. I would never go back there. I am a business owner and would never rip my customers off. I plan on letting all my patrons know about this place. Having a restaurant, that will be hundreds a week. Good luck to the owner.

Amazing place for kids

Had a great time having a birthday party here for my twins. Plenty of bounce houses and other games to keep the kids entertained. Colby and Gabby (sorry if spelling is off, but I remembered!) did a great job with helping to make it go as smoothly as possible. Would recommend for either just stopping in for the kids to burn off some sugar or to host your kids next birthday party.

Nice place for kids to get energy out. I did notice that one of the jump items (the Cars one) had a torn mesh price where a child could easily get his head stuck when entering. I brought it to the attention of two workers, one turned her back andbthe other one told me to be careful. Sorry, if it is a safety hazard, it needs to be fixed or the item closed or deflated.

I recently took my boys to KidZone. We had a great time! Everything was clean and organized (even the bathrooms). There was so much space for my boys to run around. The staff was very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be going back!

Best place for children birthday parties.

Quick and easy to get to on Rt.83 price for kids is fair and about what all others like this charge. Bounce houses or slides are six in all plus a toddler area near from with small slide, blocks and misc toys. Lots of pay machines like rocket ship, train, wind, air hockey etc... Floors are clean and restrooms too.Are YOU ready to bounce?

Worth going to! Plenty of fun, great prices. Love that they opened their jump to public now not just parties however just call sometimes before you go to make sure they didn’t book up TWO parties. If they have two parties they will probably have open jump still just at noon. Which is still cool. The staff are great. Friendly and understanding. My kids loved it here!

My grandchildren and their friends love this place! It is fun, entertaining, and clean. I also have to mention the manager, Gabby, who was working during our visit last Friday. She is extremely helpful and great with the children. Will definitely be returning soon!

Parties are no longer private and occur during open jump sessions. Cost for the parties is still the same and include 15 minutes less of party room time. I will no longer recommend this place for parties and will absolutely not have my childrens parties here in the future.

Im so glad we went the owner is a lovely lady, the business is very, very, clean which made me happy, reasonably priced, unique bounce houses with other fun amenities, great place for a birthday party, and the customers are the nicest people too.

We booked the cheapest party package here which was $318.00 without tip. It was 1 hour and 45 minutes, 1 hour downstairs and 45 minutes upstairs. They told me to arrive 10 minutes before the party started so we could set up the room...the set up didnt even start until after the party had started and I had to help set up since I knew the layout we had planned (they do set up for you if you choose, but most parents have something specific in mind) they should have had me come a half an hour early to set up, but they want to pack as many parties as they can. It was so rushed. They put my kids name on the sign outside for not even 10 minutes before they switched it to the next kids names for their party. My kids never even got to see their names on the sign and we didnt get a chance for pictures. Our party started at 3, it was 3:15 and the other party was still there jumping. They kept telling me they were transitioning yet exactly at 4 on the dot we were moved upstairs. So my party time-the time I paid for, was not only rushed but it was all mixed with other parties and way too many people to even be able to think. It was hectic to say the least. My party was arriving while other parties were leaving. Total chaos and confusion. We barely got started on the food upstairs when we were being rushed that we had to get everything done because we had to be out of there. There was only one girl hosting our party and we had a very large party. It wasnt her fault of course, but we had to do all the work since one girl would not be able to hand out food and drinks and cake and all for such a large party by herself. It was way too rushed-especially given the amount of money we paid it was not at all worth it. If we had been able to arrive half an hour early and set up and then have the entire hour for just my party downstairs and then a full hour upstairs then maybe it would be more worth it. I missed the entire downstairs play because I had to do set up during my childs party. The other party was still downstairs during the time that my party started, but we were rushed out of there on the dot. Then only 45 minutes upstairs. We barely got the pizza handed out before we were told we had to start cake, barely got the cake handed out before we were told we had to leave. I was not pleased, I feel like it was a lot of money just completely wasted. I missed out on everything because this place is just looking to make a buck and books parties on top of each other leaving no time for set up or anything, all rushed. I gave an extra star just because the girl that hosted our party, Emily was such a sweetheart and overall did a very nice job considering she was by herself working such a large party.

Had my sons birthday party here for 2nd time. This was the first time under Kid zone.I do not recommend and will not be back again.When paying $320 for cheapest package, I expect better service.The host cut the cake sloppy which was served on flimsy cheap paper plates.My guests who brought siblings had to pay to bounce even though we had 7 spots left within the party limit.It was embarrassing for me and my guests. When front desk confronted she blew it off like they wanted to pay and refused to give there money back.Lastly, having the public bouncing during a party is unsafe. I had kids under age 5 who were scared to be trampled on by bigger kids.

Had a birthday party yesterday, 9/17/17 & it was amazing. Staff helped us decorate and load things into our car. I loved the girls who helped us so much with hosting. I have already recommended this place to two other moms for their future birthday parties. We will be back next year for another birthday for sure !

I would like to thanks KidZone, and specially Joanne for organizing the birthday party for my 4 year old son. The party was amazing, there was not even a single glitch in the party. Nice place for a kid birthday party. The play area is not too big but sufficient enough for the kids to run around. There are I think 6 bounce houses and slides. The Party room is spacious and easily accommodate around 25 kids with parents. Over all neat and clean establishment with nothing fancy. I will be considering this place for my kids birthday.

Its might not seem like a lot to do but this place is awesome for kids they have 5 bouncy houses for the kids to jump on. A play area for little kids and games to win prizes, they do not have much to eat but there is many places to eat around where they are located. My kids love this place and the staff everyone is nice and helpful. Great place for parties and not expensive at all. I love this place

Went for a birthday party last weekend. I will never bring my kids there again. Pizza was horrible. Stafff was awful. Felt like we were being rushed. Sinks in party room were out of order, no air conditioning! My daughter got sick from it being so hot in there!

Good bounce house with about 6 different bounce structures. Plenty to keep the kids busy. Upstairs is pretty spacious and great for hosting parties.

I had my sons birthday party recently and it was a worst experience. Even though kids enjoyed, the person who was in charge for us, was so desperate in winding up the things quickly. Everything was so pressured.. She made us to have our dinner quick, quick cake cutting.. Doesnt know how to open the candle box. Literally she teared it.Everything was in so hurry. Even we asked whether there is a next party in the same room. she said no and it will be delayed to her.On the other side, i packed 31 goodie bags (30 plus 1 extra). Total number of kids attended is 25 including the birthday boy. 2 kids with family didnt turn up, 3 kids didnt turn up (2 sick and 1 infant) but their family attended. I handover those three gifts to the family members.Our smart JJ guys counted the goodie bags and charged us extra ($30.00 plus) which is so senseless. I tried to explain that there were only 25 kids but he was not ready to listen. He argued that his boys counted the kids and the total were 28. We hosted the party and we knew who were in and who were not in. At least try to confirm the count with the host in order to avoid such confusions going forward. Try to be professional folks. Kids loves bouncing and please dont make use of it for your business purposes.
