Since I live less 1/2 mile away, I come here often. Its quiet, has a great view and plenty of space for just about anything. Beautiful view in the summer!

Very populated paved trail. Well maintained but a lot of people from the surrounding apartment buildings. Nice to be outside but its not a place id say you can get away from people at.

Wonderful walking around the lake and enjoying the wildlife...

Perfect place for family. Cricket is played here. I watch the games weekends. All ages kids playing area is another attraction. Walking trail around nearby lake is perfect for waling

My 101 year old mum enjoyed seeing the animals so much and the kids loved the soft play. It was amazing! Nice cafe too with healthy lunch options for the kids.

The beauty of this park is in how everyone come together to either walk around it, or run or any other activity as kids enjoy the playgrounds and other enjoy the exercise equipment and the cover picnic tables. But please do what is possible to leave the areas you enjoy better then you found them!

Landscaped park spread over a large area with 2 lakes. On premise free parking. Well maintained.

A good place to experience nature and its not far away from the residential area. Theres parking space and a path to walk around the lake with scenic views. I went close to sunset and the views were just great.

Condominium complex of 49 buildings with each having 5, 2bdrm with 1.1 bath and 1, 1 bdrm with 1.1 bath per building or a total of 294 units. New roofs in 2019-2020, outdoor pool. Parking on-site for legal registered and lic. Auto (no commercial vehicles).Working to improve the complex in a managed budgeted improvement. We have the majority of our residents complying as the location is close to everything and is continuing to be sought after.

A very nice park for all age groups. It has beautiful walking trails. Kids area is available too. Ample parking space available. Cricket ground is available and can be rented. Shelters are available which can be booked for parties.

I was playing Pokemon go and also walking around and I keep tripping on the cracks. But its really nice and fun.

This park has a zip line!! Permanent Bocce ball court, horseshoes, baggo....bring your own balls, horseshoes and bags. Park has ice rinks, basketball, cricket and lots of equipment for kids. Pond is stocked with game fish. Bluegill, bass and pike. Lots of walkways and bridges. Great place to go

Its a very lovely public area. Perfect for walks and pictures. It really is a very picturesque area, especially for prom photos. Parking is available and restrooms are in the park. There are lots of animals in the area, but no feeding. There is also a docking area and a deck for fishing (only catch and release though). Plenty of space for picnics and barbeques. Oh, and a basketball court!

One of my favorite places to go for a walk. Fresh air, lakes, nice view. Everything gives you a positive feeling. Recently all bushes and dead trees have been cut off and it looks a little empty but I think theres a reason to do this and I hope well have more beautiful, lovely trees to come back.Thank you

This park is incredibly well kept and offers a number of different routes around the lake thanks to the bridges and maintained walkways. Year round, there is always a beautiful view to be had here.

The fishing was shockingly good. Great place to take kids for panfishing. The shelter had clean bathrooms and a vending machine. We will definitely be back!

Century Park in Vernon Hills, Illinois is absolutely beautiful. It consists of two man made lakes Big Bear and Little Bear Lake. Two mile walking trailPavilions, picnic areas, benches, canoeing, fishing pier. A wonderful place to sit and read a book and relax.

We love the trails for biking and the play areas for kids.

Beautiful park hidden among businesses and a mall. Nice walking trails. Year round events. Closes late at around 10-10:30 compared to other places that close at dawn. Has a decent sledding hill too.

Century Park is a very nice place to go to with your family and friends or just yourself, it has a place to go and be under a tree to sit down and eat. The park has a lots of parking places for anyone to use as some are even under trees and that is really good in the heat of summer months. Theres indoor bathrooms thats open to use when the park is open as its so nice to have indoor plumbing to use anytime of the year.

A lovely spacious park well maintained with benches to sit and relax as the lake and trees sway in the breeze. I go there to fish and enjoy the day.
