Expanded party space and better seating are great! Perfect spot for kids under 6/7 to play on their own and easy monitoring from caregivers. Not sure what ages yu kids allows but older than about 6 the scale of equipment might be boring. Warning: only 1 public bathroom. New potty trainers beware.

I held my daughters 3rd birthday birthday party here a couple of weeks ago. I was impressed with the ease of planning the party as this was my first party I planned with a venue. The staff was so helpful and kind. I received a confirmation call a few days before the party. They inquired about food, drinks, decorations. I got a free themed party due to a special they had. On three day of the party, they did the set up. It was amazing!! The staff helped with everything from setting the food out to clean up. They didnt even rush us. All of my my guests had a great time! I would definitely recommend this place.Another perk is that its a clean facility. They constantly cleaned the play area, the party rooms, and such.Money well spent!

Fun place for younger kids! It maybe in a corner of the mall...but it should be front and center! The play area for the little ones is great, and offers plenty of versatility. Also has plenty of space for huge parties. They let you cater your own food, which is a plus in my book. Most places like this charge and arm and a leg for mediocre food. Give it a try for your kids party! They also offer discounts as well

A fun Place to take the kids while in hawthorn mall. Its right next to where sears was. Kids under 1 are free and the older ones are $8 or $9. Make sure to have socks because kids need to take off their shoes and need socks to enter or youll have to buy a pair from them! Parents should stay with their kids while here. Its not a drop and leave kind of place

Good place for kids. 12$ entrance and 11$ any additional kid during the weekend. They have one toilet only which is not really clean but is very friendly in the other hand. Exactly what you need is handy: soap, paper and small step for kids. I do not recommend for kids 5 years and up. I would say that is the perfect place for kids they started walking til 3.5-4 years old. Anyway the policy is 48 inches and below.The staff here is vacuuming the floor constantly which I like, also they enforce wearing socks which I really agree. Also I like that they remind to the parents that no shoes allowed.

Great place. Loved that they had kids 48in or less in the area since i have had my kids run over by older kids in the past. Friendly and reasonably priced for how long you get.

We had my daughters 4th birthday just this past Sunday here, and man......great experience! We had some initial issues with the previous manager, but Caroline, the GM, could not have been better. She made sure all discounts we signed up for were honored. She also made sure all setup would be taken care of, taking complete stress off me and my wife. And the service from the associates at the store made it very enjoyable both for the parents and the kids. We definitely would recommend this place to anyone and am really happy with our experience. So glad this indoor playground is here, hard to browse the mall/shop when my 4-year-old son is constantly on the go.Always a great place to take your young ones during a Chicago area 6 month winter. We find ourselves here pretty much once a week being every Friday my son always mentions playground!.Always friendly staff, place is kept clean & well maintained and theres a room for birthday parties as well. Prices vary during the week compared to the wknd and are even higher at the Woodfield Mall location possibly due to higher rent.If you come here frequently as my son does, take advantage of the pre-paid card which is on sale for as low as $50 from time to time which is good for 10 visits good for both locations.

**Update 3/10/20.Came for $5 (for an hour) Tuesday, like we normally do. Unfortunately I was denied the rate because I dont have $5 cash as a deposit. I have paid in different ways in the past and never have been denied the rate. We purposely come for Tuesdays for this promotion. Good things summers coming so I have alternative options.Perfect for my 2 yr old. She wont enjoy it forever but for now she can run freely and enjoy the play equipment.We only go on Tuesdays or the last hour because its $5. $10 is a little steep for my toddler who will loose interest in less than an hour

I bring my daughter to Hawthorn Mall Yus kids land at 6 pm for Tuesday promotion. The receptionist insisted to ask me to pay cash so that we can enter. Myhusband brought my daughter for Tuesday promotion before and never asked to pay cash. I asked her that I need to speak to the manager or have managers phone number. She was rude and said the manager is not here. I felt like I was mistreated. I was worry about the receptionist would take the money into her own pocket. I do not want to come here any more because this experience.

I absolutely love this place!! Clean, fun and the staff are great! I watched as a young gentleman working continuously vacuumed and wiped everything down. That is so important to the success of a place like this. In the words of my 3 year old, I LOVE THIS FUN PLACE!!!

It’s a good place to let your kids get some playtime in. All the amenities seem to be working fine. Just wished the place was cleaner. For a sock only facility, it could use a good scrub down!

This place is so dirty. The balloons are not clean. Prices are to high. It’s so discussing when you enter the playground. The employees don’t seem to like this place. There’s always in the register or cleaning every hour. They should put more effort. I will not never take my kids again.

Happy to see this place getting upgrades like the Streets location. Although I don’t frequent this place as much as before, it always is a great recommendation for my fiends that live closer to here. Keep it up Management

Im not sure why everyone is raving about this place. I took my son, walked in to the small storefront. Immediately met with semi creepy kids music, right off the bat the place is tidy yes but CLEAN?! NO. Every nook and/or cranny was filled with filth. I am also not comfortable with the young boys (not the manager as owner insists) that work there walking behind the play area mostly out of view on their phones. Thats not allowed at my work (i dont work with kids) yet its happening here. Its totally unacceptable in a childrens area. Never again for us, this place is borderline gross.

Weve been visiting this place for few times since spring 2019. Once the box that was supposed to cover some outlets was turned over inside the play area, and it had about 7 sharp screws coming out. If I did not totice that and my toddler or any other kid would go/climb inside, one can leave home without an eye or with torn wounds We called the girl receptionist, she turned it down, but this was terrible. The little kids play rooms should be super safe. I dissmissed that thing for myself and even not really trusting came back there one more time this Monday, July 15th. My 22 months old son played there for 20 min instead of planned hour, he came down the slide, and had a deep scratch/wound on his leg. Am I supposed to come in advance and explore every inch of the play equipment there?? We coudnt come back to play as his leg was bleeding. The receptionist gave us some strange antibacterial liquid, and a bandaid, but did not help, as my little guy refuses bandaides. I am shoked that they have dangerous sharp things in the play equipmebt for kids. Neither we were offered a refund for our wasted and traumatic visit, nor the receptionist working there was much concerned to what happened. Definitely it was our last time there, do not recommend this place.

Horrible customer service..we came around 6:15 CST on a Tuesday. 06/25/19 and the girl working inside did not let us in. The hours were till 7pm CST. She had her phone in one hand and a broom on the other hand. She was pretending to clean. Our kids were very disappointed. We will not return to this location.

Visited this place for Birthday Party. The place is clean, bright and uses white light as primary and possibly only source of light. The play area is big and neatly designed with enough spacing between. Good to see that this place is not full of inflated stuff. Toys I may call it here are neat and very child friendly. Perfect place for small kids and toddlers. But... Yes there is one. They need to work on party arrangements. The birthday party I attended was at the corner of play area with not enough of space to move around. I suggest to have separate room if possible with enough of room and privacy for private birthday parties.

So far I am very unhappy with the costomer service very unprofessional rude staff I made a complaint with the manager Caroline and everything that she promised to do to rectify the situation she has not. I am seriously thinking of cancelling my party scheduled there! I will update my experience if I do decide to keep my reservation. So far I am very unhappy with this organization. And it appears that they cant find time to update there website. That was the first let down I had when they failed to communicate that the Autism function was cancelled.

The noise from the inflatable equipment is ridiculously loud. My son liked it but we couldnt stay long. I got a headache. We should have gotten our money back.

I ussually like this place a lot and booked it in advance for my sons birthday party, which is January 2018. They were remodeling and assured me that they will open by the end of November. Well, my sons party is about 20 days away from now and they are still closed, no one called me. Thank god i called them (persistantly for a few days in a row) because otherwise I wouldnt have known they were going to cancel my party last minute, and I wouldnt have been able to find another place else to book so close to the date. They simply said they have to reschedule for February, didnt appoligize, offer any concelation or anything of this kind. They didnt even offer to give me my deposit back, thank god i asked for it...
