Vermilion Country Club

We just left the country club. We were there at 12:50 and there was NO customers. We placed a food order at 1:00 for a dozen wings and a blt with fries. We got our food at 1:45 I cant understand at all why it took 45 minutes to get our food when there was no one else there besides us. And for what we ordered. We had to wait forever as well to get drinks, took about 15 minutes to get 2 cans and a bottle of pop tje first round. Then when we ordered the second round it was another 15-20 minutes of waiting for someone to walk back out to the bar so we could order anything. Then had to continuously flag our bartender down after waiting for her to come back from wherever she kept going. Communication is horrible there. I was a server/bartender for years and would have NEVER given customer service like that. I didnt want to rate at all, but had to just to leave a review. I understand things have been stressful due to covid. But when you literally have no other customers besides a small family of 3 that walked in, we shouldnt have had such a bad experience there at all. Then another couple came in, ordered some food each and theirs was out in under 10 minutes. My boyfriend said it was a burger and some taco thing. How they got their food in under 10 minutes and we had to wait almost an hour for ours is unbelievable.

Great place for lunch..dinner.. shuffleboard..and of course golf. Great drink prices. Family friendly. More country than club. Check them out

Entrance is extremely trashy it looks like a landfill. The manager does not know how to operate the business, the owner has many cash ventures . They cannot keep employees to save their life. All the good ones go. Over priced, inconsistent food, needs real help.

Do yourself a favor and go on Saturday for the prime rib special. You will not be disappointed. Or any day for the best pile of perch around. Don’t forget to bring your clubs for 12 challenging holes of public golf.

I was there yesterday 10-25-2019 it was the first time I was there in about just a little over ten years the last time I was there I seen my dad George Villa and some of his friends play there i remember having a really good time hanging out with friends and being there i thought about all the other times as well i do recommend vermillion country clu its a great place

I always have a blast playing at the clubhouse with my buddy Bear. Great people, great food, and fun patrons!

Ordered breakfast took approximately 40 minutes to receive a very small 3 egg omlet with unmelted cheese fried potatoes were burned. price for this horrible meal was over $20. dont waste your time or money.

Golf course is in nice shape. Cart paths a bit rough. But for the price its a nice golf club. Bar service kind of slow with one girl to handle bar cook food and also handle the golfing fees and carts to play golf.

Ive had a lot of good times here! Not your typical country club! Thats also the heart of its charm. Nice and laid back. Great prices. Good food. Good peeps. Good times. I like the golf course, though Im not a golfer.

Used to be great place to stop for cheap beer.... prices raised ..3.50 bud??? Place needs a makeover bad..... never hot water in bathroom.....

Definitely more country than Club. You do not have to be a member or dress fancy to enjoy the bar and restaurant. This is the place to go to hang out with the locals and play some shuffleboard. They have a good selection of beer and you can always get a good cocktail. I like to go and get breakfast with a bloody mary on Sundays. Good place to go and watch sporting events and they have a prime rib special on Saturday which is worth every penny. Go on a night when Rob Webb is playing and you will enjoy yourself thoroughly. They also have other music acts that come through. Its also fun to go on Valentines Day as they usually have some nice entertainment and a steak dinner for an all-in-one ticket price.

Bartender was slow, she seemed to be drunk or drugged out of her mind. The establishment is filthy it needs to be cleaned. The people in the bar barely looked old enough to drink. Most unprofessional place Ive been to in my life.
