We went for the Covid19 testing and found the experience very fulfilling. The organization and thoroughness in their program was so reassuring. Their caring attitude and efficiency just topped the cake! Great job!

We usually do their dances there, this time it was a gun show not too big but Dad nice attendance and I bought some ammunition.

Very nice community center. Buildings in excellent condition. Bathrooms kept clean and in good order. Staff friendly and helpful.

220 people attended a Senior Circle meeting/luncheon and it was a great experience. Plenty of room for all the attendees to sit comfortably at the round tables and you could see the speaker speak from any area of the room!

Attended the concert Tuesday evening...nice concert; however, the inside doors did not open until 6:15. The outside temperatures were chilly and once in the lobby there was bickering as to where the end of the line was.In the seating area the air was stale and warm. With over 700 attendees there should have been an air exchange.

The antique show was a high percentage of glass and jewelry dealers. Great show if that is what you are looking for.

Enjoyed the Home Show. Everything was set up well and the building was very presentable.

We were hired to provide our DJ services for a bride and groom at this location. The venue was very neat, clean and the gentlemen working the facility was great. I think his name is Paul. Loading and Unloading for us was a breeze. If youre having an event and looking for a place in the Venice area. I would recommend this venue. Only minor issue I had was that I wanted to visit the facility a couple of weeks in advance on a Saturday because I was driving up from Cape Coral and they are closed on that day but they were extremely accommodating with making sure I had power were I was setup. Thank you.

Venice gun show was awesome.

Attended the vaqg mtg this evening. Although this is only the second mtg I have attended, the facility is a perfect to hold the guild mtgs. The Center is also convenient to my location.

I had my wedding reception here and I am so happy we picked this place. Mike Ross was so kind and helpful with everything. Our guest loved the location. Rusty who also works there was very friendly and helpful the day of the wedding. This is a perfect venue for weddings.

What a beautiful place in the middle of downtown Venice island. Are they ever going to finish the parking? And once they too are they going to landscape it so its beautiful and peaceful and theres actually places to park in the shade???

Wonderful Orchid show today

I cant wait until the construction is done. It feels like its been going on forever. Its okay inside. The sound got a little disorganized. Ill be curious to see what this looks like once its completed. I bet its beautiful. Its just been a long long time for completion and parking is awful.

This place is awesome. We went and seen NXT wrestling there. It was a very good time had by all. Nice place. Bathrooms are very clean and kept well.

This is a very versatile Community Center. It holds an amazing variety of events, everything from choir presentations to author speeches to amazing plays. Just the other night, they even had pro wrestling. The variety is staggering and the building gives you a sense that you are walking into something much bigger than it actually is.

Meh. Has a lot of potential but under managed. Hodgepodge signs posted in entry hall makes it difficult to know whats happening or when. Asked office staff for a printed schedule of events happening in Feb but they dont print any. I was referred to a web site. Seripusly??? Is it too much to ask for a monthly event scheduled?

The community center holds many events.The temperature is always pleasant. The parking lot fills up so arrive early. Enjoy!!!

Womens sertoma club of Venice meets here monthly. The facilities are top notch and the staff is wonderful and accommodating.

Enjoyed a show for our kids while in town on vacation. The staff from the library was very welcoming to us and our kids and they really enjoyed the show.

Place for rock and roll dances once a month. Best enjoyed with a group of friends who will dance together although they have some slow music for couples. The participants are mainly from Venice all some of us Sarasotan people sneak in... The admission is a hefty $17 and they encourage you to buy a ticket through there e-mailSome strange habits. They have no bar or food and ask you to bring your own.people bring food as a group.The dancing is the attraction with two groups playing continuously from 7 to 10. Another strange custom to me as an ex-new Yorker the parking lot is full by 7.

The Corvette club that i belong to, Venice Florida Corvettes, has both its monthly board and general membership meetings here. Ive also attended a few other events here. The facility is clean and bright and the staff is friendly and helpful.
