We are pleased withith Freedom Boat Club overall. The Accounting Department needs attention however. Poor in that regard.

Company is totally 100% professional. Staff is universally excellent. To me this is the biggest and best part of the experience. The service you are buying is a great value. The company is 100% committed to safety in its normal operations and during covid-19. Theres a reason why this company its successful.

Great customer service from Jerry and the dock masters! You guys are so nice. Great facility, the boat was clean and ran like a champ. We had fun and got lots of sharks teeth. A beautiful day!

Currently no fish cleaning stations open, also absolutely no help for loading and unloading boats. Ive been contacted several times for membership which Im interested. I see no reason for shutting down cleaning stations, you send people out in boats together why cant they clean theyre fish together or perhaps limit two persons per station. Way to much money for membership for what you get. Believe me I also respect Covid-19 restrictions but Freedom Boat Club in my opinion is using this as a way to limit their costs.

Amazing dock staff. Even though they arent able to assist with boarding our stuff, they are still very helpful with the check in and check out process.

A terrible club. Dont waste your money. They are mostly booked and have to wait weeks to go out. Their gas gas s are suspect. Go to another club

I love Freedom Boat Club! You can pull up anytime and just get your boat and go enjoy the day. Once you get back from your time on the water you dont have to worry about cleaning the boat. You dont have to worry about docking it or making sure that everything is okay with it or gassing it up. Its a wonderful convenience and I am very grateful for the Freedom Boat Club.

If you love boating, but not maintenance, insurance, cleaning, trailering, or slip fees, this is the way to go.Just walk on, fish, ski, tube, or whatever, then just walk off.Great people, great boats, always there to help you enjoy the water.

The staff is really nice I was worried about being able to take out votes but theres plenty of boats available although sometimes it requires a notice and you cant keep them out overnight so its 4 Day sales only but theres absolutely no maintenance whatsoever required everything is constantly repaired and the boats are brand-new even the ones that are one or two years old look brand new

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Freedom Boat Club while we were in Austin a few weeks ago. The staff was super helpful, extremely kind and courteous. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Being from out of town (Florida), they knew we didnt know the local waters or the surroundings, so they made sure we had current maps, and let us know which restaurants were the best ones for lunch! The boat was the biggest and nicest pontoon boat weve ever seen.We truly had a wonderful time, thanks to the staff at Freedom Boat Club at Lake Travis!

Steering needs adjusted. You need to turn the wheel several spins to control motor movement. Also depth finder wasnt working properly. Other than mentioned, it was a great day of fishing.

There is no reason to go through the hassle of owning a boat. Freedom has a great selection and great locations. Pontoons and run abouts when the family is in town and bay boats and offshore boats when its time to fish. Staff is great.

Brand new to Florida. Moved from Vegas a week ago. Staff is super nice and knowledgeable. They make your experience exceptional. Look forward to meeting the other staff at their many locations.

This place is awesome. They own the boats and as a member i get unlimited use of them. All 1500 boats in 130 locations nationwide.

Thinking about joining Freedom Boat Club?? Just make sure you live by one of the better locations. The location in Venice at Marine Max, is absolutely THE WORST locations they have. Worse than Miami I do believe, and that is saying a lot. We have had so many problems with this location, being charged for things that we did not lose, being overcharged for fuel and the list goes on. Englewood is a great location (not sure about the one at Skips, we have not been there), Marina Jack in Sarasota is good and the one they list as Bradenton, which is really Palmetto, is good too. IF you can get a boat, which is hard to do in the spring and fall months. But avoid the Venice locations at all cost. And for the Venice location and Corporate office alone I am giving this company a rating of 1 star.
