I brought in two pieces of canvas art to have floating frames done after having a disappointing experience with an online company. Here I knew I was dealing with professionals and getting a wide selection of quality real-wood frames. I was quoted two weeks but the work was finished in five days, and both pieces turned out beautifully! Both gentlemen were so nice & friendly and one brought the finished pieces out to my car. Great work!! I brought down some framed artwork from up north. The backing & mounting needing replacing. I went to Gulf Breeze, got an estimate and agreed. Pick the picture up 5 days later - better than new!! They beautifully mounted the floating art and replaced the glass- better than before I took it in!! Having had much high quality framing done in Europe in the past, I am very particular with the results both aesthetically and from the standpoint of craftsmanship. We will be back! We had a large original oil painting framed and our experience was amazing!We selected a frame that had to be special ordered and we just hoped it would arrive and framed in time for a party we were hosting for out of town friends. The weather delayed the shipping from the manufacturer to the frame shop and on top of that we had several days of rain which complicated the pick up and delivery.Tom kept us updated on the molding’s arrival and managed to pick up, frame, deliver and hang the painting before the party!He was helpful through every step of the process, from the selection to the hanging. The workmanship is excellent and the service from both Tom and Chris was wonderful.

We recently took in an old poster to be framed. It is for a very special granddaughter, who is expecting her first child, and the picture will hang in her new babys room. Tom not only helped us to make a great choice of frame but installed plexiglass for added protection, repaired a ragged edge on the poster, and made us a box for mailing it to OH...all while entertaining us with his unique brand of humor! Brought in 2 large prints to have re-framed. Gulf Breeze had an extensive selection from which to choose. Job was completed in a week. When we brought the prints home we werent sure whether the frame color was the best to go with our furnishings. We called the shop & Tom said he would stop by our house that evening to help us decide. He even went so far as to hang the pictures for us. Last year, Tom initially framed a very small token momento for us, creating a presentation that actually makes it appear valuable and enhances the area it occupies. A week ago we took in a large, odd sized print; he helped us select a frame, glass and a glue down tactic that worked out great. At least until I took it home, stood it up on a bookshelf to get an advance preview and it decided to just jump right off, doing a full turn before impact, smashing the glass in several places, which penetrated the print. Just two days later I picked it up (again) and couldn’t tell a thing. But . . . the part that really shocked me back into a good mood about the whole thing was . . . ahh well . . . maybe I shouldn’t say. However, in Tom’s own words: I owe him! I don’t usually do reviews, especially 5 Star ones, but our experiences at GB warrant this one. Thanks again, Tom!
