HA! What a joke...Lived here for over two years and have become sick of the same reoccurring issues. The biggest issue is the management (if you can even call it management). The young gentlemen that works in the office I have had no issues with, its the inept temporary people that they put there by themselves I have problems with. If you like to show up during their hours of operation, boy are you in for a shock. The posted hours are hardly followed, I have tried to go into the office itself and it has been closed on multiple occasions with no notice. It doesnt matter if it was 10 in the morning or 4 in the afternoon. When trying to reach the ACTUAL property management office they give you no solid answers as to why nobody is there but only to try again the next day.Parking has also always been an issue here. Recently they have tried to combat this by outsourcing parking enforcement to a third party but that has not made too much of a difference, go figure. There continues to be many broken down POS cars that never move. They do not enforce what their definition states is an abandoned vehicle. This is EXACTLY why parking is still such a big issue. Its okay though, there is no actual assigned parking so if you dont have a spot one night, then you are forced to park on the street. Yay.These apartments were great when we first moved in, it was the change in management that made them feel like youre living in a run-down apartment complex that wants to put little to no effort into doing their job. If you like no resolutions to any problems that may arise, or you enjoy long walks to and from your car, then go ahead and move here!

Landlord comes up with new regulations, and will fine renters for first violation via third party. On second violation they will seize property of renter. Treats low income tenants with prejudice punishing them with unreasonable fines and confiscation of of property.

They are almost never open till closing hours, so disappointing not good services, they leave your personal information like your checks on your door and don’t care if that information that is personal go’s out to anyone . So unprofessional incredibly disappointed.

I lived at this place for a year and the only good thing about this place is that the rent is cheap and apartments are decent. However, there is no standards or discipline at this place whatsoever. Kids are constantly leaving their bikes and toys all over the stairs and lawn, dumpy cars take up parking spots for weeks on end, and so many loud and indecent people live here and aren’t disciplined, even after complaining. And to top it all off, the management here is absolutely HORIBLE. No one in the office ever knows anything or are on the same page, they can never answer any questions, they don’t communicate well at all and lose track of everything you give them. Yes, the rent here is cheap but everything else here is a fat headache that is not worth it.

Ive lived here long and I think its great 2 bathrooms 2 rooms 1 big room 1 small and backyard and its big and its just great theres so much things oh and theres a park there and fitness room! Nice place so close to shopping for food and mall

I have been living at 1st Street Apartment,and I love the location, and the apartment, but the newest management is horrible. Their parking sistem is even worse. My family,and I love living here, but we just wish things could get better. It is stressful living at a place with a HORRIBLE management, dog poop everywhere, no rules at all, no parking rules either, it is just a big MESS. I wish I knew where I can go to complain about the lack of organization of those place, because I already tried to complain at the office, and as I said, management is awful.

Its one of the newer-developed apartment complexes in Vancouver, so they look new and appealing. The staff at the office are gone pretty often which is inconvenient when you have a question or are trying to pay rent on time. The maintenance guy is nice. They upkeep on yardwork each week. It is fairly affordable if you rent a 3 bedroom apartment with two other people. There are great people that live here, but there are many people who behave like low-income housing residents (loud fights and routine visits from Metro watch in the area). The parking isnt the best, since there arent any covered spaces, and parking spots fill up quickly each day. Great location in terms of getting onto the highway quickly.

Horrible customer service. Unhappy management, never willing to help and keep the apartments in a good healthy environment. Definitely low income attitude and uneducated staff.

Janelle is an AMAZING Manager!!!! She is great with residents as well as her team!!! She is one of the best Managers Ive ever had the chance to meet!!!!

The Hood with a fresh coat of paint. This place appears to attract the type of individuals typically found in low income housing, while the monthly rent suggests anything but.

My experience living here with my two boys ages 4 years and 20 months has been horriable and I would not recommend this complex to anyone. With young children

Nice place but low income. A lot of promises from the staff but no follow through.

I cant get a hold of anyone by phone, leaving a message they dont call you back...emails, nope. I even stopped by during their business hours today and the whole building was empty. I knocked loudly, and nothing. Waited for 20 mins just in case. Unreliable.
