Kids Club was really fun, my 4 year old had a great time! They have 7 slides and goes up to four levels.lots of activities and classes.Cons. The pool was empty when we arrived, HOWEVER,dont bring your swimsuits cause your not getting in. If you want your kids to swim your going to have to pay 71 dollars and another 25 dollar FEE. I was extremely disappointed. Your child can only swim if she/he joines a class. No free play. :-( . Same thing with the huge Gymnastics room ( also empty) I was afraid to ask how much that costs. They do have drinks and pizza & chips you can order. Overall my kiddo had a good time, but it was so sad to see her staring at the pool with her sad face.
This is a great spot for TONS of fun and activities! My husband found this place whilst looking for indoor activities for kids. Our daughter loves it! Adults are free! And they also have drop off care. They even pick kids up from school if they are in the aftercare programs. They have tons of different classes, camps, and activities. The snack bar is inexpensive as well as the price to get in for your kiddos! You really cant go wrong here! We definitely will be coming back!
This place is perfect for rainy or super sunny days. I bring the little 2 yr old and 4 yr old kids that I nanny. For them it is $17.87 to be play all day. Keep your socks on while on the jungle play structure. This structure is great for all ages. I even have fun playing with the kiddos. I am not sure how much it costs to swim. Kids Club offers swim classes, gymnastic classes, and day camps. There is also a over priced snack bar here. Outside food is not allowed.4 stars were given because the ball area with many fans are very loud. The kids complain about the noise.
We hosted a private party for our sons 6th birthday. Andrew was amazing with helping us plan. Dawn was the manager working on the day of our party and she and her staff out did themselves with amazing customer service and took care of all of our needs. The Jedi training was one of the highlights of the evening: the kids really enjoyed training and then fighting Darth Vader himself. I highly recommend having your private party here, I know I’ll be a repeat customer... thank you kids club!!! Best birthday party ever️
Fun for kids, only for kids really, somewhat unsanitary, but thats the price you pay for a kids play place.
We had my 3yo birthday party at Kids Club and had a blast! The play structure is awesome and fun for all ages (the number of dads in the cannon ball room was impressive!) and skill levels. And our private party was run like a well oiled machine. Our party host had everything set up in record time and helped me set up our decorations too. He was respectful and thoughtful and friendly with kids and parents alike. I 100% recommend having parties here.
The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They have fun with the kids. We will continue to hold birthday parties here since not having that many children running off that much energy in my house is priceless!
The best birthday ever! We had a birthday party for our 7 year old and we are so pleased with all Kids Club had to offer. They took care of everything, and I was able to just sit back and relax. We got the room for an hour and Alex was perfect. He had lots of ideas on how to distribute food and ideas on how to run the whole party. It helped all the kids parents have a little break too, while he ran everything. We tried to clean at the end of the hour while kids ran back to the jungle, but he insisted he had all the clean up. He was amazing. And then he even sent me home with a present list-with the friends names and the gifts they gave my daughter. Oh the details! Thank you Kids Club! We will be back.
We started bringing our daughter to swim at Kids Club when she was 18 months old in preparation for a vacation involving a pool. Shes developed an early appreciation for putting her face in the water, blowing bubbles & having water poured over her head while holding her breath. Now, at age 3, she still LOVES the water! She looks forward to seeing her teacher every week. One of my favorite aspects of this program is that her teacher, Rachelle, has tested what she is capable of but also encourages her to stretch & grow & learn more each week. Our daughter is genuinely excited to swim each week! Thank you Kids Club for making swim so fun for our little girl!
We have been taking our kids to Kids Club swim lessons for nearly 6 years. A great place that offers lots of different activities and the play area is also a favorite of my kids. The pool is very warm - a huge plus - and the instructors are extremely skilled, professional, and most importantly patient with kids of all learning styles. Thank you for being a great place for my boys to learn such an important life skill.
They did an excellent job of handling my daughters birthday! they decorated the room and set out the food and gift bags and handled all the mundane stuff so i could play with her and have fun. once everything was ready they even came to have me look at the room to make sure it was how i wanted it before calling in the kids. Great job!
We have been going to Kids Club for the past 6 years. We have mostly done swimming but also gymnastics, Summer Camp and Friday Fun Night. We have been very happy with Kids Club and my daughter always enjoys going. The staff is great, especially Andrew! He is always helpful and friendly and we appreciate how great he is with kids and parents. I was very happy with the swim program. I like the small groups and that the kids are moved up based on ability even if they are young and anytime we had a question or concern, Brooke was always very responsive.
An amazing place to take your children of all ages. Living in the PNW is difficult in the rainy winter months and this facility is a relief for parents needing a place for their children to burn off a little energy. My son takes gym classes there and absolutely adores the class and the coach even more. We are planning on swimming lessons next. I highly recommend!!
This place has been amazing for my kids and they have never failed to work with my kids’ schedules and special needs over the last 5 years we’ve had swim lessons here. They have great programs and I highly recommend them. The food is not very good and over-priced, but I don’t expect too much in these kinds of places.
We recently hosted a birthday party here for one of our kids, and it was a great experience. It was nice to have some physical activities that were a bunch of fun for the kids, and the cost was reasonable compared to other common party locations. Our kiddo is already asking to go back for the next birthday.
We had a great time celebrating our sons 5th Birthday! We selected The Jungle adventure. My son LOVES playing in The Jungle. A great play structure that never gets old. The kids had an hour of play - followed by an hour in the party room. The staff was great! Our host handled everything. From getting the room ready, cutting and passing out cake and drinks, wrote down a gift list so I am able to write thank-you cards. It was wonderful!
My two children have been going to kids club for years. They have been taking swim classes for over 5 years now and continue to love ever second of it. We have birthday parties there, play there in the jungle, and they are currently in the after school program. Not only are the activities and facilities safe, clean, and fun but the staff is amazing. Every single person working at kids club is friendly, professional, and will go out of their way to ensure a great experience for your family no matter the activity.
Every staff member is so friendly. We have 3 different classes we go to and each teacher learns the kids names on day one. The kids really enjoy their classes and love their teachers. We have been happy with every experience we have had here so far. We go 5 times a week for over 3 months now and haven’t had a bad experience yet.
Great fun and clean place for kiddos... Loud and full of life. Great choice of snacks and good prices! Kids always enjoy coming here with a big variety of things to keep them busy and entertained!
The Jump ‘n Gym birthday party was great! The staff was exceptional at working with the kids, encouraging them to encourage each other, and were positive overall. I never worried about their safety and they had a blast!
The staff is amazing and works hard to ensure my kids are safe and supported. The after school program keeps my son busy and engaged and positively interacting with his peers.Four out of five stars is due to the parking situation. Parking has been a lot better than in years past, but Kids Club needs to paint a red curb in their loop. It has become a very challenging turn to make with cars parked illegally.
Weve been bringing our son Jack here since he was 5 years old to play. We quickly started taking advantage of Friday Fun Nights (1st and 3rd Fridays). For about $25, the kid gets supervised care and pizza til 10pm. I call this time winning. :) We started swim lessons in June of 2018 and he has really shined during his weekly lessons. His confidence has increased 10-fold and he can safely swim (get in and out of the pool, swim to the side, some basic strokes). He recently moved up to Level 4 and we are really excited to see his improvement. I recommend the gym, freetime, and swim lessons. If the martial arts and gymnastics are as well organized, Im sure they are great too!
Amazing staff!! This is the second year our 6 yr old daughter has attended summer camps and we have taken her here often throughout the school year. They really have everything to offer here, but what we love the most about Kids Club is the staff. They have done a great job when it comes to hiring the right people. Turnover is low and everyone on the staff we have met, and we know just about everyone now, have come across as professional and very enjoyable to be around. Our daughter is treated well here. Andrew is a great example of this. He inspires his employees and everyone who enters Kids Club with his personality and attitude. That feeling is then echoed throughout the day and later reflected in our child when we pick her up. A++
Kids Club has been a great place for my children to grow and play. They love all the staff members, who go out of their way to say hello to them every time we go. My children have made good friends there and have had great experiences learning to swim, dance, do gymnastics and be a kid. Plus the hours for pick up from their after school care and camps are later than most so it works well with our work schedules. We love this place.
We love kids club and fitness! We have a 2 year old and an infant. The jungle gym is huge, but safely padded and has one exit only. Cafeteria style seating with an on-site cafe Which is awesome!! Classes for all ages! Staff is super friendly and helpful
My daughter takes swim lessons here, and comes every once in a while to play. I am very impressed with the atmosphere and the employees. The swim classes are kept small, generally 2-3 kids per teacher. The teachers and all the staff are awesome. We had a difficult scheduling situation, trying to get three kids at different swim levels from two different families into classes at the same time. They spent 20 minutes understanding our situation, and created a new class as an interim solution for us, then called us right away when our preferred class time became available. Throughout the process, theyve remembered and kept in mind our particular situation, and been amazingly accommodating.
Our girls love their classes & coaches! Flexible class times, coaches help teaches kids basics then helps them advance in their skills, overall a great place if you are looking for gymnastics, ballet, swim, and many more classes.
My kids and I enjoy coming here. We have tried ballet, held bd parties, but we consistently enjoy swimming lessons. Love the staff here! I would recommend visiting here for fun and learning.
We enjoy taking our son for parties, classes, and play dates. The staff are always friendly and provide great customer service. Kids Club classes are an excellent educational option. And their refund and/or make-up policies for the classes are fair. It would be nice if they could update any out of order play features quicker. But besides that, we love having Kids Club nearby for family fun and classes!
Great after school and swimming programs. Both my kids love the swimming and are making improvements each lesson. The staff is always nice and caring.
We love kids club! We have done the tumbling/gymnastics program, swim program, birthday party there, and just signed up for pre-school. MY daughter is always so excited going there, the staff are always smiling and I love that! I have run into a couple little things I was unhappy about and the staff were very attentive and willing to problem solve so we were happy. My daughter has Rochelle as a swim instructor and we think she is so well balanced in her teaching and really pays attention to the childs needs and what areas they need to improve and or work on. She has a way with children, even when they put her to the test and try something funny, Rochelle responds with appropriate reinforcements and acts accordingly based on what the issue is. The children respect her and love her and react in a positive light and excel when they are with her. Having the right teacher is key. We went through a couple after losing Teacher Mike which was also amazing. We had 2 or 3 other teachers before and our daughter actually went backwards. So she went from being advanced with Mike to then going backwards as two of the teachers were teaching our daughter different breathing Technics so she got very confused for a while and when we found Rochelle, she quickly got our daughter back on the right track! She is highly recommended!MB
My kids loved doing swimming lessons at Kids Club! They got great instruction and are really good swimmers now. One of them also does gymnastics and loves her teacher, Ms. Kelsie.
We love this place. I take my 17 month old for swimming lessons and gym class and he enjoys his time there. The play area is fantastic! We love that it’s super close to our house in Felida. We keep coming back!
Our daughter has loved being in the dance class with Miss Abby!!! Such a great place for families!
We love swim at kids club. The teachers are knowlegable and very patient. We have seen progress in his skills, but also his social skills. If you have 3 classes you can get in the jungle for free on class days. This saves us money. The jungle is hours of entertainment. The staff is friendly and accommodating and knows the kids by names. Sammy loves going to kids club.
We really enjoy kids club! In the last two years my four year old has been using the jungle (fully indoor play gym with slides and tubes, etc), attending swim classes and regularly goes to their bimonthly “parents night out.” They have a great small class size for swim class with very patient, friendly, well trained instructors. We are very happy with the parents night out too as the kids get to use nearly all the facilities for up to four hours on two Fridays, twice a month, while we can have a date night or get some errands done. (Plus, It’s adforable and you don’t have to clean your house after hah!). They also have some fun themed birthday options and plan everything out. We have enjoyed attending her friends’ birthdays here!
Ive had my kids in swimming in the past & currently in gymnastics . Theyre very organized with the checking in process to leveling up in classes to have both of my kids in classes at the same time. Its affordable & I really enjoy hearing from the instructors to see how they did in each class. I highly recommend the kids club!
Such a fun place for my toddler, and a huge variety of things for bigger kids, too! The instructors of the classes are so nice. Miss Michelle in the tumble Tots class is a wonderful, kind instructor .:)
I love this facility! The staff is great, especially the front desk, Courtney and Deb! All the teachers and instructors are great with my very hyper, not the best listener, kiddo! Thanks for all you do Kids Club!
We had a great party for our 7 yr old at kids club. The girl who was our party host was great. She had the kids pizza on the plates fast and never let their cups of juice get empty. She also made a gift list so that we can write thanks you’s. Best place to have a party.
Kids Club is an awesome place for adults and children to spend time together in a safe environment made for fun, learning and social interaction. It offers reasonable prices for lessons in a variety of interests and skills from swimming to gymnastics and more. Everytime we have been there we have been welcomed with warm smiles and enthusiasm and enjoyed our experience. Its just a happy fun time for everyone who loves watching children have fun!! Highly recommend this large indoor play area and so much more!!
Staff is excellent, knows each kid and parent. After school programs are excellent and very safe. The swim staff is incredible, my son has made leaps and bounds in the pool with them.
Have been to both kids club and dizzy castle and would say dizzy castle is better for less cost, and has better hours to be able to take young children before nap time.
Our kids have been doing swimming lessons here for several months and love the facility and teachers. Highly recommended.
Had my grandaughter in this program she was a Dancing Daisy just a wonderful instructor and experience all together. We had to withdraw for summer do to scheduling but we will back in fall. Great place great people great experience!
My little ones love it here! So much fun for them
My 4 year old son and I come here all the time, several times a week in fact. Its a nice place to play, there are several slides, a huge maze to climb around in and an area where you can feed balls into different tubes and machines. The staff here is super friendly. Its a great place for a kid to learn to socialize, since there are kids of all ages. They have a preschool here as well, so theres a good mix of sometimes many and other times few kids in the play structure. The onlydownsides I can think of is that one of the machines in the ball area is very loud and can take some getting used to for some kids. You can do birthdays, gym, dance, swim and martial arts classes here as well.
My kids have been coming here for years and love it. We have enjoyed the preschool program, swim lessons, gymnastics, camps, and Friday fun nights! I highly recommend!
We have had our daughter’s birthday party here twice and the staff has always been great and the kids have a blast!
The instructors are so nice and there are so many options to choose from!
This place is really nice for kids, large play area to crawl around in, and they offer lots of different activities like dance, gymnastics, Teakwondo, and swimming.Keep in mind this is a kids play area, its popular, so can get loud and crowded, but the kids love it.Everyone we have met working here had been so nice, and the do a great job with birthday parties.
Trying a new place can be overwhelming but the staff here has been very helpful. They took the time to think about options and solutions instead of just saying no. Looking forward to classes with my kids!
Great time, a troop of kids between several families and they all had a blast!
The play area is fun. However make sure you come later in the day when there are many kiddos, because as one of the first therewith only a few other kids, my 3 year was judged and because my child went down the slide wrong I was given those looks by parent and staff. However, later when many kids were there. They were all doing wrong types of things and not one was repremended. You would think they were younger than my child, but NOPE they were all older. My child is 3 almost 4. I used to love the kids club, but I wont be back! Ooh and the best part was a guy with a very load saws-all, cutting through metal in the play area, it was partitioned off,but not very well and was so load!!! And my child does NOT like load noises and neither do I!!! Completely inappropriate and should have been scheduled on another day! Or early, before they open, Or close the play area for a few hours in AM. BUT no I spent $8 for my kid to be scared! I would have been nice for them to have told me when I paid that they were under construction!!!!!!
This place is absolutely amazing. Clean, great staff, affordable and my 4 yr old had the time of his life. Definetly coming back and also looking into the swim lessons, Gymnastics and Karate classes as my son grows.
We have been going to kids club for years! I wish I could say it has been worth it! We have done swimming, preschool, gymnastics, and jungle! I have had more problems than I can count, and have paid a lot of money to be treated like crap! The instructors cannot stand their jobs and rarely smile at the children! They are not friendly, and either is the front desk staff! The manager does not call you back when their is an issue, and they have zero customer service skills! After years of dealing with this place, we will finally be finishing up our paid sessions and never returning! I give 1 star only because my kids love the place!
HAHA! so fun but last time i came there i found a grassfead ad on the backbone of my fried who came to the club on saturday! this guy was probs dead for a weeks before i came into reality but when he did it felt like he was dead on the cold plates of the fun toobsbtw this is my phorto of my frends last bana plate before he sliped into the bob house
My friends son attends swim classes here the classes are great. One night a few weeks back, I came along with her to watch and I realized they were letting a girl take trash out ALONE in the DARK while there where THREE other males at the front desk not even bothering to help or go with her. I was parked by the garbage that evening and from what I could see there is no cameras outside of the building and the garbage is on the other side of the building in the complete DARK, were know one would be able to see her if something had happened to her. This shows me that the respect for the employees well being is pretty much nil. This to me is completely unexcitable and kids club needs to take better care of there employees!
My daughter loves the Tumble Tots and Aquanauts classes, but some of their front desk people are really rude and unhelpful giving consistently horrible customer service over and over again...During another experience, (after I called ahead to coordinate inviting my sister and her son to my daughter’s class), the awful immature and extremely rude young girl at the front desk didn’t know what to do, another veteran employee apologized, let us in to class and said we could fill out forms afterwards. Then the young girl stormed in to class and yelled at my sister for going in to class. I was extremely embarrased, especially for what we pay every month to be in the this club; I expected the management to do a better job training employees and promoting a long term membership to potential new customers instead of making them feel so uncomfortable.
Kids Club is great! They offer a lot of classes and activities. We have taken swimmming lessons for years and just started gymnastics. 98% of the teachers and coaches are fabulous!
My 3 and a half year old attends preschool and has gymnastics here and very satisfied with this place! My daughter always talks about her teachers and they are really great with making her feel special!
My 2 year old had a blast. Very happy with the cost to get in and that it was good all day, meaning we could leave and get food or take a nap and return if we wanted. The food prices and qualiry there were acceptable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Will definately return soon.
I went there for preschool, I dont remember much, but I did like it. Im a sophomore now so I cant say much about it because I havent been there in a while
Took my 2.5 year old there this morning. I was so upset when we left. They have this room full of ball machines which includes some toy guns on the upper levels where kids can go and shoot balls down below to the kids in the ball room. There are multiple large machines that kids can put balls in to get them to the upper levels. Well there is also this one, completely pointless machine in which the kids put in balls and push this button and it uses a high powered burst of air to simply throw the balls into the air. Well this machine in particular is exceptionally loud. And there is no limit as to how often a kid can push the button. And when I mean loud, I mean you can hear it throughout the building loud.My kid loves balls. Of course he was drawn to that room to play. Well when the older kids pushed the button, he fell to the floor, shaking and in tears. It took us quite a while to calm him, and when we had finally distracted him enough to get him to play in another section, it took just moments to ruin that as well with another burst of sound. This happened repeatedly for the duration of our stay (which lasted all of 25 minutes). I understand that the kids are just having fun, but it seems to me that a machine that is so devastatingly loud (loud enough to injury ears if done repeatedly Im sure) should be on some sort of a timer, so that regardless of how many times a kid pushes the button, it will only go off every 10 minutes, or something of the sort. I even had kids coming up to me in the play area telling me how scary that sound was. It was honestly sad.I wanted to leave with a happy, tired child. Instead I had to carry out my screaming, terrified child. I was heartbroken, but also extremely pissed off. What could have and should have been a fun family experience turned into something so scary for my son. I am upset I wasted money, time, and my sons good mood on this disappointing facility. I will not be returning.
My daughter does swimming lessons there (she is 2). She loves it and the teachers. She also loves the jungle play area... the slides and video floor are a favorite. Reccommend it to local families.
Ive gone in many times and had a good experience. My son recently lost his new $500 eye glasses in the play area. Curtis was so helpful and professional. Curtis searched every inch of that place until he found them. Curtis is the man give him two raises !
My daughter has so much fun at swimming class. Teachers a fun and confident. Money well spent.
All three of my kids come here for swim lessons and love it!! We have been coming here for years. Always clean and friendly!
My kid loves it here. Just slightly overpriced
This place is great to take your kids when they need to be entertained, but it gets really crowded, really fast. I wish they would supply more seating for parents or large parties. We had our sons birthday party here, and like most places, it felt very rushed (like hurry up and blow your candles out kid, we have 8 more parties booked in this room). The price you pay to not plan your kids party isnt really worth it. I would suggest you only use this place for a play day.
My son takes swimming lessons here. I chose this place because of the small class sizes. The teachers are very good and patient with the kids.
I dont even know where to begin:The party was for my daughters six birthday. I arranged the party over the phone with someone who seemed to be competent. However, when I arrived, a half hour early, I was informed that I would not be able to go set up for the party, as originally indicated over the phone. The manager was accommodating and placed us in a room upstairs, but the room looked like a tacky classroom and there was no birthday decor (it also looked as if it hadnt been cleaned.) My guests were arriving in about 20 minutes and my goal was to have the room set up prior to their arrival. The next problem is that when my guests were escorted to the party room, they took four other children (who were not included) up to our PRIVATE room. How? ZERO idea. The children were escorted back out of our room but it was horribly unorganized. The last straw was the orders placed over the phone. I originally was given the option to have pizza, cake and goody bags. The wrong pizza was placed over the phone and we left without our goody bags. When I complained to someone I thought was the manager, I was interrupted by a man who was NOT a manager and he indicated that WE had made the errors (instead of offering a solution or discount.) Also, while I was upstairs straightening out whos apart of our party and whos not, a separate pizza order was placed on the bill without my permission. The kids had a blast, that is why I gave the Kids Club a one star. However, the party room was disgusting and the staff were less than helpful when I expressed my frustration. At one point during my venting about how mad I was, the manager had the nerve to say well the kids are happy arent they? My response was, well the kids arent paying the bill.Never will I return here for parties - not worth a PENNY.
My kids have been taking classes there for over a year and Ive been repeatedly impressed with their staff. They all have made an effort to get to know our names and our family. The classes are always challenging and motivating. They are great about communicating with us about when our kids are ready to move up.
Well designed for kids with lots of padding. I would like to see workers watching the kids full time since there is such a differences in ages with older kids sometimes running over the younger ones. Yes I do watch my Grandchild but Im not as flexible as I used to be.
The manager will not call you back no matter how many times you ask. We were new members and signed up for 3 class between my 2 kids, a week later those classes were offered for 50% off the first month. We dont qualify because we are no longer new.Their make up class policy is an open swim only offered on Sat or a pass to the Jungle so basically when your kid is sick just go ahead and burn $12.50.The first couple of gymnastics class had The kids take not one but 2 water breaks, it was like herding cats. Kids that dont break a sweat dont require water during a forty min period. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because my kids like it. They have a monopoly here and know it.
A lot of different kinds of classes and fun if you have children that are bored and they can go to the jungle to play witch is entertainment ️️
Had my kids party a month ago and everyone had fun even the adults. Had a wonderful host, and we are looking forward to have our sons 3rd birthday celebration here next year.
We had to leave because there was a gun thing that shoots all the balls in the air, extremely loud! My children cried the whole time and there wasnt any earplugs available. I hope they can do something about the noise soon! Everything else I would say is 5 stars!
Do not set up auto pay for classes, I got charged an extra month and wont be using there services even thought I cancelled on Dec 7th and then again the 22nd. Andrew the front desk manager doesnt care to listen to people only I over talk the customer and state policy that I know already and canceled on the 7th at my daughters class. The classes were wonderful just wish the billing department had it together.
We took our 7 yr old daughter and 5 yr old son there to learn to swim after school was out. My daughter took off like a fish and went through all 5 levels in just 2 weeks time, but my son struggled with fear for some reason? After 5 weeks he was still stuck in level 1 because he refused to back float, even crying and grabbing his instructor Hunter over and over week after week. Hunter never once got frustrated as I clearly was as his father. Each week he just kept pressing him an inch farther in the process with the most patient and positive attitude Ive ever seen. We are now the proud parents of a graduated swimmer and one almost done and swimming on his own all over the pool!! Would never of happened without Hunter. THANK YOU!
Had Emeries 5th birthday party for the kids today at Kids Club. What a great time and the kids seemed to enjoy it alot
Love kids club!! My son has had so much fun with swim lessons and tumbling! Great way to gain social skills, fine motor skills, listening and taking turns!!
The new video game floor is awesome. It really gets the kids moving more than the rest of the items in the jungle.
I just had the worst experience and I didnt even get the chance to walk through the door. I called today to inquire about swim lessons for my 2 children. I did my homework and read through the schedule online before even calling. I knew which level they would be in and I had selected several times that I was hoping had available spots. From the moment I started talking to Chanel, it was apparent that she was annoyed to be answering my questions. She could NOT get me off the phone quickly enough. I asked about a few times and she confirmed that there were no openings. She offered me a few other times and when I attempted to ask questions all she wanted to do was email me their schedule. **I should note all the while she was talking over me, and not listening. Generally you wait until someone stops talking before talking over them. This girl was severely lacking in manners.I explained to her that I had already read the online schedule but I wanted to know what classes had OPEN AVAILABILITY. She stated in the most sarcastic tone well thats what I am going to seeeennndddd yoooouuuuu. I was not impressed.I did not want an email. Beyond the schedule I had other questions to ask her. If I had wanted to communicate via email I would have emailed the address on the Contact Us section of the website- the same section I went to in order to obtain the phone number. The call lasted 3 minutes (and I was on hold for at least 1.5 minutes of that).I will absolutely be calling management, though sadly it seems like customer service isnt valued these days so I doubt they care or will do anything about it. But I will make my unhappiness heard by calling and leaving reviews wherever possible.Kids Club Management- Id love to be able to change this review. Please pay attention and give me a reason to do so.
Booked a birthday party 2 months in advance for a 2 year old and friends. We take lessons at Kids Club plus play there many times a year in the jungle. We ordered extra pizzas, fruit tray(asking for double melon and no grapes) and lemonade. Upon arrival we were told they were out of lemonade so we choose apple juice instead. Upon entering party room, we were informed they were out of apple juice as well and only had Pepsi products for a 2 year olds party or iced tea and there were grapes on the fruit tray even though when we checked in, they said wed have double melon.. After a argument about this, the management went out to buy lemonade and apple juice and the host dumped the grapes only to return with whipped cream in the middle of the tray, no double melon. Meanwhile the host was running in and out so we served the kids their food(host job) and they had no drinks after playing for an hour. We continued to need to assist the host(he served cupcakes one at a time to over 30 people). We told Kids Club ahead of time how many people were coming yet there was not seating for that number so some were forced to stand to eat(adults). We booked with the host and the deluxe package so the host could serve and we could enjoy. That did not happen. The two year olds knew no difference but the adults did. It was poorly orchestrated start to finish. When checking in we tried to pay in full but they prefer payment after which means the host talks to you in the play area in front of all of your guests regarding the cost. Completely rude. I nicely said well come up and take care of it and he insisted on us giving him our card. We went up to take care of the bill and not one person asked how it was. There is a complete disconnect between the front desk and employees. I will never have a party here again. They were not kids friendly at all and completely incompetent.
Poor classes. Cant seem to keep an instructor for more then 3 weeks. My son has shown no progress in gymnastics in the past year there. Finally got wise and went somewhere else.
I took my three sons to Kids Club for swimming lessons for several months. They were all three terrified of swimming without floating devices. It was nice that the club assigned just one teacher to my three children, so essentially we got our own private lesson each day. However, the teacher was likely a college student with very little enthusiasm. It was obvious that these teachers had more important things to do with their time and unfortunately this attitude had a negative effect on my childrens experience. After sticking it out for several months, I decided that the lessons were not benefiting us. While the club has a friendly, exciting atmosphere the staff just isnt trained well enough. If youre looking for a swimming lessons facility, I would recommend looking elsewhere first.
Fun place for the kids. Although its a little noisey to sit and have a conversation while the kids play, they have an open seating area so you can keep an eye on the little ones. Dont recomend forking out the dough to have a birthday party there though as you get a little room and feeling like they are just trying to get you in and out. Fun place to play, but keep just for a play time.
Fantastic place to bring the kids for social interaction and go all out play!
Well we have been taking our kids to classes every week and we would spend so much money a month on that and on top of it we have 4 kids and 2 of them were in classes and every week we have to pay 8 dollars times 4 thats about 300 a month we would spend. than when we said something about it our kids arent aloud to go anymore because we complain too much. well if i do say so myself thats a poor way to do business.
The employees running the parties are wonderful I didnt have to do a thing.
If you enjoy paying $140 a month to get treated like crap in a building infested with ants this is the place for you
Weve been taking two of our children here for over a year. Our kids do Tae Kwon Do and swimming lessons. Overall, were very pleased with the progress and fun our kids are having. The swim instructors have been fantastic and very enthusiastic about the progress our children are making. Tae Kwon Do has been a bit challenging at times, only because they often put 10 kids in the class which doesnt suit younger children. However, Ryan is fantastic. He does a great job with the kids and keeping those that are a little more rambunctious in order. My biggest issue is the limited parking and limited seating for parents to watch swimming lessons. Id love to be able to watch my children swim but the seating is so limited and by the time I get back out to the viewing area theyre all taken up.The facility seems very clean. I think the security could be a little better because it could be easy for kids to slip out the front door but overall its a very fun place and they have a wide-variety of activities for kids.
I would love to give more stars, but one experience in particular sort of ruined it for me. my kids have been doing swimming lessons here off and on for over a year, and they love it. the instructors were wonderful with both of my kids, and my kids didnt mind having to switch days/times every time they moved up a level. This summer we went on 2 week vacation and I forgot to give notice to cancel, so I accepted paying for an unused month. When we returned mid july, I called to cancel for the following month because we were going to be gone again.Initially, the lady said that was fine and we wouldnt be charged for august and I received email confirmation. We then got charged $112 for august, so I called again and was told that even though I had given notice before the 15th (I did it on the 12th) the autopay system or whatever processed on the 14th so I didnt give them enough notice. At first, the woman was slightly annoyed and sarcastic, so I got off the phone and called back. I talked to a nice man and told him what happened, and he said he would talk to management. When he called back, the most he could offer me was a month credit for lessons, which I have not yet used.I like this facility because my kids have great experiences here. For the most part, I have had good experiences as well. My issue is that it seems that sometimes they fail to recognize that each customers satisfaction is important and deserves attention. my situation did not warrant a sarcastic phone call and a store credit, but it seemed that only 1 person cared about the circumstances, and unfortunately, he didnt have authority to make any decisions about that.
Our first visit to Kids Club was to ask about Martial Arts (all the different classes seemed so inviting). After signing Jacob up for Tae Kwon Do, he wanted to play in the Jungle Playground. Three hours later, he reappeared happy and tired. Kids Club is a clean and bright place to be. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The children all seem happy in their play and full of concentration in their classes. This includes the Tae Kwon Do classes.Master Ryan Watson has been a perfect addition as instructor for Tae Kwon Do. I see how both boys and girls, no matter their age, like and appreciate him. Jacob says Master Watson is the best instructor ever. Master Watsons knowledge of Tae Kwon Do and his skill, passion, and patients, as well as his desire for all his students to achieve their full potential is evident in every aspect of his teaching.Jacob, as student, and I, as observer, give Kids Club Fun & Fitness (and Master Watson!) five stars.
Great for kids from toddlers to early teens..
