I always have a great experience every time I go in.The prices arent the best, but thats because they have quality products, and the staff there is always super non-judgmental and friendly, so you can ask them all your questions.Shout out to Sabrina, you really helped me by taking the time to talk through my issues, and provided great customer service

Buyer beware! So I bought my first ever toy from here...Got home and settled in for some me time with my new toy, only to have my husband yell through the door that it sounded like I started a freakin weed-eater up! Well, judging from the vibration coming from it...I estimated it to have a V-10 500 hp inside! So I give it a go...finished me off in 5 seconds... absolutely NOT the hours of pleasure guaranteed on the package! Annoyed, I give it another go, lower setting...still under a minute! Irritated, I go for three...lowest speed...between the noise of the weed-eater and the vibrating, I was having trouble focusing. Seconds turned into minutes...and the next thing I know, Im so numb that its useless! Then suddenly, the toy stopped! Wouldnt start back up! My husband took off the end cap only to find the batteries had overheated and melted into the cap! So much for a high quality, $80 toy and my hours of fun! Very disappointed in the product....staff however was very helpful, knowledgeable and so I gave them a 3 star.

Ive gottsn two toys within the last 4 months. The first was a wand it last all of 3 times of use. Then i bought a bullet and it last about a hand ful of times in 1 month and its acting as if it isnt charged. It either keeps blinking when i attempt to turn it on or it stays on for a second and shut back off. When j put it on the charger it acta like its charging for about 10 seconds and then stops blinking indicating its fully charged i take it off the charger and still same outcome. The men that work there are rude and try to push the most expensive items on you even though youve explained that it isnt in your budget. They also try to push other items you obviously have no interest in.. Everything they have is way over priced. This place is a major joke and not worth spending your money here. The toys wont last long the contomer service sucks. I wouldnt give any stars but thats not an option.

I had an amazing experience here both times, once yesterday and once today. Went in with no knowledge of what I wanted or needed, asked a lovely woman with colorful hair who worked there for her opinion and help, needless to say she was a sweetheart and totally helped me out especially coming in with no knowledge, all of the woman who work here are awesome and super helpful!:)

Horribly rude staff. your untrained idiots need to check things before letting people leave. brought something back 45 mins after buying it and was told oh well. when my wife wanted to try on an outfit they wanted her id. really ? no one is going to steal your crappy clothes

Spent $70 on a product today they tested it for a second got home and it doesnt work for longer then 30 seconds.. and now I waisted my money cause they wont replace it. Worst shop in all over Vancouver and Portland do not shop here.

So they have voyeur rooms but next to the rooms there are signs saying no peeping. Does that make sense ?

Do not go here, the person I asked for help said she was looking for some keys and hide behind the counter on their cell phone and never helped me . I will go elsewhere for my adult toys.
