There is a stigma that goes along with mobile home/manufactured home parks. That is not the case with is one. Williamsburg Manor is a true gem. I did all of my research of multiple places before I finally chose Williamsburg Manor. Amy the Property Manager we purchased our home from has been a dream to work with. She’s great. She is kind, helpful, and very informative. The area is nice and everybody seems to keep their property clean. I was very much on the fence about where to move and buy a home but I’m glad I moved forward with Williamsburg Manor. It was by far a great decision. If anybody considers moving here and reads the reviews, don’t let them scare you. They are obviously very negative and spiteful, but just give Amy a call and check the place out. You won’t be let down and glad you did.

I love it here. Its so quite. People are so friendly. Every one watching out for each other. Youll love it here. Very well keeled up more less very clean.

Very nice community. Very well maintained. And added bonus of watching the airport nearby and close to shopping and dining. Highly recommend Williamsburg Manor. Thank you Krystal and Amy for getting my street light fixed so quickly very much appreciated!

Don’t let this one star fool you. I would give this place zero stars and can’t NOT recommend this place to anyone. The experience I have had with this place and management has been the worse experience I have ever had. I was lied to about you everything and had to jump threw more hoops then any place I have ever moved to then I was told you can’t have utilities in your name unless your 25 years old by law. Which is not true I also called multiple apartments complexes and trailer parks to confirm this it’s still 18. We were given 2 move in dates as well as you can never get ahold of anyone over there.i would call and try and speak to management through out this 2-3 week ordeal multiple times a day with zero response and if we did manage to get ahold of someone we were rudely treated. I was given a time to meet management there and I showed up and waited 3 hours for them to return and was told that she was helping maintenance. It was ridiculous. I am now couch hoping because of this. I want my application fee refunded ASAP. Or I will be contacting the FHA. This is just unacceptable. You can’t treat people like this.

Just moved in a month ago. Great, friendly people here. And its very well kept. A nice place.

One of the nicer places Ive lived in Valpo. Close enough to everything but a quiet setting without a lot of traffic. Office staff is always friendly.

TERRIBLE. Please for your own benefit stay away. Rent is not worth what you get and the neighborhood sucks. The maintenance is terrible and the management acts very nice to your face but beware if youre not one of her pill-popping buddies then you will be watched and judged by them. As well as the other HONEST reviews say, i too wish i could give it negative stars. Terrible.

The place has a very homey feel. All the neighbors are welcoming when you move in. Management is quick to take care of tasks at hand.

Waited 25 minutes outside the office to view a unit which I had scheduled an appointment for I get it sometimes things happen but if u took my number down why not call me at the appointment time saying somethings come up and youll be back but no I end up seeing a sign that says out in the community with a costumer wonder how long thats been there and if it ever comes down

Management is very rude, not responsive at all. Plowing in Winters is non-existent, maintenance is rarely around or responsive. People are welcoming but the place just isnt worth it.

Williamsburg Manor is a terrible place, and I would NOT recommend it to anyone. Maintenance doesnt respond to request, hell just the fact that they are paying for good reviews should be enough. People have a hard time minding their own business, and the same people (not naming names) are in cahoots with the park management. If they dont like you, they will lie about you, follow you to see where you go, who youre with, and do everything in their power to get you kicked out. There are two families in perticular that watch and report everything, and one of them has a few trailers all on one street. Dont believe the good reviews that people are being rewarded for, almost everyone who has been here for more then a few months is dying to get out. Again, I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone, and I would give it a negative rating if possible.

Been here for 10 years. all these positive reviews are because the owner sent out an email telling everyone that if they turned in a review they would get a reward. little did they know that it is a $10 walmart gift card. pretty bad when you have to pay the residents to get positive reviews. after they read this im sure ill get even less response for any maintenance requests. if you want the truth please come see me in person........ wish i could give negative stars................. why am i still here you ask... it is part of my pay package, once i retire, i will be out within HOURS!
