From our 1st phone call Ace & Jack Casino of Valley Stream were the most professional and attentive of all the casino table businesses I spoke with. Kate and Cynthia in the office were the best. They walked me through the best ways to raise money for our scholarship fundraiser. The dealers were very attentive instructors, making sure all of our guests had a wonderful time. Even those who had never gambled a day in their lives. Raphael was alot of fun. Very animated, but professional. They were on time and the tables were beautiful. The hardest to impress member of our group, was absolutely elated with the entire night. Highly recommended. Truly excellent casino party! I coordinated a fundraiser party for my company to support a local charity and we had Ace & Jack come in with casino tables as the fundraising activity and it was a big success - all of the guests commented afterwards on how nice all of the dealers were and what fun party it was. I would love to do another event with them! Highly recommend.

This is our second year with Ace & Jack and that is because they did an amazing job! From getting the contract issued to finishing the party everything was great! The staff is very friendly and professional and the dealers ALWAYS make sure everyone has a blast! The dealers and Company are fantastic. They showed up early, were all set up by the time the guest arrived. All the dealers showed tremendous patience teaching the guests the games, and making sure we all enjoyed ourselves. I recommend Ace& Jacks completely.

I own a casino company here in the Washington, D.C. area and had a client that wanted me to do an event in NYC. We did an event for this same client back in 2010, in NYC as well. So, when my client called me to do another event for her in November 2014, I quickly called Kate at Ace & Jack to have her provide me with their professional croupiers, again. As was the case in 2010, the staff was great at this last event (Nov. 2014)! All showed up on time, which is very important. All were professionally attired and all the guests had a great time due to the professionalism of the staff and the knowledge that the staff had about their respective games. Its always nice when staff can teach novices the game and also make sure the guests have a good time, too.

The dealers were polite, professional, and entertaining. Our event went smoothly, and all in attendance enjoyed themselves. The only drawback was our interaction with the management regarding payment arrangements. It was our first time using this company, yet they did not value that we are a large corporate operation with a stellar reputation, and excellent record with regard to paying our bills. We were hassled over the balance, even though they received a 50% deposit, and had a check in hand for the remaining amount. They were hesitant because we booked the event close to the date, and they feared our check may not be honored.

Ace and Jack has been my go to for the yearly poker tournaments I run (over 10 years as my preferred vendor for Casino Nights). Highly professional and they always go above and beyond to make the nights a huge success.

I hired Ace and Jack to do my company holiday party of about 150 guests. They are the most professional and organized company that you will find in the tri-state area if you are looking to have a casino themed party. My co-workers are still talking about what a good time they had a month after the event. Also, ask them to provide a DJ as well along with the table games. My name is Mike MacGowan and I am the Past-President of the Manhattan Resident Managers Club, Inc. and we been having a fundraiser for the past 8-years and we have been using Ace & Jack Casino and we couldnt be happier.Every year they show up and put on a show for us, we dont have to instruct them on anything. This past years event we raised the most money for our two charities, St Jude Research Hospital and Ronald McDonald House New York.We cant wait until next February so we can our next event.
