Michaels

This store was extremely clean, well stocked and organized. I am disabled and I was offered the use of a wheelchair which enabled me to enjoy my shopping experience even more. I am very grateful that it was available. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us locate the items that we needed. My shopping experience today was a happy one. This is how I love to shop for all of my craft supplies. I will certainly be back to shop at this location. The cashier was extremely friendly and polite. She put a smile on our face even though we were all wearing a mask.

Really nice people and great deals

We went to return something that we originally paid with card for and she asked if we wanted it back on the card or in cash and we said card please after about 10 minutes of conflict with the cashier and the manager we ended up leaving with cash. They aren’t even letting you pay with cash, but are quick to make it the only way you can get your money back for a return. I also went in to get a white shirt to tie dye and because I wear a 2XL they wanted double the price than the XL and below. Just because someone is a bigger person shouldn’t be a reason for a big price difference. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. DONT EVEN ASK FOR HELP OR THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOU ARE STUPID!

Michaels is a very nice craft store. They have most everything you need to do almost any craft. The only problem I have with my store in Valdosta GA is that they do not have a very big oil paint section. Other than that the store is clean, bathrooms passable and the employees are nice.

They have a large jewelry making section. I can find everything I need and the staff is always happy to help

They had the spray paint I needed in the right color. They have a great selection of arts and crafts. Theres always great sales going on, and their website usually has a 20% off coupon.

Its orderly and has a good bit of variety, a bit understocked when we went in but I enjoyed my shop there.

Organized and clean. Sales staff helpful.

Always a pleasant experience. The staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable

Michaels is my go to place for beads. Always have a great selection and good price.

Great experience. Pleasant shopping and clean restrooms.

Great store need 1 in Tifton,Ga.

Quite, hard to find help, but I love the store.

The only employees in there were the cashier and the man in the back in the framing area. Wanted to make a water fountain for my patio but couldnt find anyone to help me. No good, in my book!!!

The prices are good; items needed in stock; friendly cashier!

Great deals friendly employees. Mostly theyre always smiling

Very nice place to shop. Have so.e of everything crafting.

Salesman delayed his lunchtime to provide professional and very courteous assistance which was TRULY APPRECIATED!!!

Always a fun store to go too. I tend to pick up materials for my leather and sewing hobbies. Also great for Christmas and birthday gift shopping.

I LOVE MICHAELS. The store itself is decent a little smaller than I am used to but still a nice store. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 5 is EVERYTIME I have been in over the past few weeks every single worker I have came in contact with has been rude and acts as if that is the last place they want to be. Customer service is HUGE and so far this store has NONE.

I can browse the store for hours. The staff is very helpful.

Clean store hreat customer service.

Good place to find arts and crafts

Great store for art supplies and anything craft related

Michaels is like Hobby Lobby Jr. as far as what the store has available. Since its almost Christmas they have a door buster sale thats pretty awesome, offering a 30% or 50% on many items. Did some Christmas shopping and scored pretty good on the amount and quality of items purchased. Staff seemed nice enough, maybe under staffed for the season and maybe underpaid as well. There were only 2 employees present and the enthusiasm for customer service seemed as though it was waning. Not disrespectful at all but also not happy either. Maybe overworked? Probably a management issue. I returned 2 cars from the parking lot; one from when I arrived and the one I used to cart my purchased back to my vehicle. Neither return was acknowledged, nor was I greeted or asked if I needed assistance. Again, not rude or disregarded just not enough people there for this time of year! I would definitely go back but I wouldnt expect the warmth you would typically receive at Chic-Fil-A or the assistance you would receive at Publix.

Love getting my arts and crafts stuff from Michaels. Good range of products.

Love it. Find all you need for craft and deco.

My husband and I love this store

When it comes to crafts this is a great place. Your imagination is the only thing to hold you back.

Great place to go craft hunting. They have everything under the sun. The store is neatly organized. But if you cant find what you need theres always a helpful associate to assist you. I prefer Michaels 100% over Hobby Lobby.

Went in looking for Easter color mash. They was the only ones in town that had any. They was high on their price but the good thing is they always have a coupon 40%

Great atmosphere, some times shelves get a little empty. Other than that Great Store as well as employees.

Great place to shop for the season loved it.

Not a welcoming place..very old and small..

I would like for Michaels to carry a better selection of the 5d Diamond Art. I am always having to order from Wish and Amazon.

Great prices for greater material quality.

Wish that this store was bigger given the amount of people it serves. The staff here is always friendly and is more than happy to help me with any returns or price matching that comes up.

Nice helpful people

Great store for all your crafting needs. One of the smaller stores Ive visited. But it carries a great deal of products. Store itself was clean and well organized. The staff were friendly. They took the time to help me find a few items I was not able to find myself. They did have a line at checkout but the line moved quickly and the staff worked together to cash everyone out as quickly as possible.

They have everything you need for decorating your home for any occasion or for doing your own crafts...

Great prices and even though moving stock around still easy to shop

My favorite place to go, the prices are low and the products are great. Great customer service. Shout out to Stephanie⚘

Love the staff. They are very friendly and helpful.

Great place to shop. Great Christmas sale!

They really good place to buy gifts or buy something for yourself just to have something to do.

Amazing prices and discounts daily. We always receive coupons that we get to use along with discount items. Great selection and my children always find things they love inside. Staff is friendly and helpful always.

Michaels is a good store for arts and crafts. I really enjoyed shopping there.

Have to go when I am near one

Prices are amazing and staff is nice and very helpful.

I love their variety of vinyl htv and and adhesive. And that they carry already cut 12x12 sheets of oracal 651. Usually on sale also but not today.

If you are into crafts, you need to go to michaels. They more than likely have it. You could spend all day because of all the stuff here and all the ideas you can get from here.

You can always find something here! Craft supplies are abundant and staff was very helpful.

Well stocked every time I have ever visited. Employees are helpful and cheerful. Overall this is a great Michaels location and a solid craft store. I also love that they accept coupons including competitors coupons.

My granddaughter s love to go into Michaels has the art supplies, party decorations, school supplies, school projects. Supply, and flower arrangements. Freindly staff.

Good selection

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Store was clean.

Great prices for crafts I love.

Great clean store! They always have coupons available and I love their decor.

I am an avid shopper youre always greeted with a hello and all the employees that Ive ever had any interactions with her super helpful.

Great finds for my natural beverages!

Good service

Nice place really pricey though

Did an excellent job framing my sons college Diploma

Always a great selection and service.

If you are looking for craft supplies, this is a good place to go. The prices seem a tad high on some things, others seem like good bargains. Do not bring your rambunctious kids here, as they will most likely break something. The isles tend to be a bit tiny and breakables are for some reason at little kid level. The staff seems courteous and willing to help. Overall, good place to shop.

Very good place for hobby enthusiast. Not so great for having plexiglass installed in shadow box..waaay overpriced. First stop for seasonal decorations

I cant help but love this store... love the discounts and coupons

Its ok. They have a better selection of professional pens and watercolor brush pens, copic and sharpies than hobby lobby could ever dream. But the rest of their selection is minimal (yarn- eehh, fabric is so-so..)

The parking lot is spacious, clearly marked with wide spaces. The store and entrance to the parking lot are hard to notice from the road, but easy to enter. The interior of the store was clean and extremely well lit. The aisles were well stocked, clearly labeled, and sensibly arranged. The staff were friendly, engaging, and helpful. An incredibly wide variety of crafts are stocked, from cooking and candle making to yarn crafts, painting, scrap booking, and beyond.

Its basically a craft thrift store. Prefect place to find gifts, too. Never go without a coupon! I recieve a coupon almost every day and they are usually 50% off. Sometimes 70%.

I really enjoyed shopping yay Michaels, great varieties to choose from, great prices and friendly employees.

They have lots of variety to choose from but I think the prices are kinda high. Staff never approached me

This Micheals was unlike any I shopped in before. The floor plan was very odd, the place seemed very disorganized, more like a super discount barging place without the barging prices.

A crafters happy place!

GREATLY HELPFUL, GREAT DEALS ON CHRISTMAS VILLAGEES. I ENJOY SHOPPING THERE. P.S. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND GOD BLESS EACH 1 OF YOU IN FINDING JESUS N CHRISTMAS

So many wonderful things in this store! ALWAYS stocked, have never walked out empty handed

Would like to see more fine art supplies, but its a good craft store and dyi supplier.

Love coming here around halloween

Excellent customer service unlike some crafting stores this one focuses more on crafting than home decor check online and they have some really good coupons

Very expensive

The cashier didnt even care . Greeted us as we walked, but never looked up . Selection is slim . Cashier didnt look up when checking me out and told me to just put my purchase in my purse.

The items are a little pricey, but the employees have great attitudes. The store is usually clean. The store was a little scattered during this visit. It might be due to the Christmas items that were being combined to make space for the new seasonal items.

Always clean and the staff is helpful.

I always come here to get my beads or other craft supplies. Its a great place to go if you need something for hobbies. The staff is really nice also and everything is organized so I can find it well.

Out of stock on many items

Good selection

Stood in line for 10 minutes watching three employees talk, left my buggy full of stuff in the line and rode less than half a mile down the road to hobby lobby. Wont be back!

Upon entering the store there were no greetings. I was there about 15 min seen at least 5 employees that past me by. Then finally a young lady (employee) on a scooter helped me out. She is the only reason for 5 stars

Great store....lots of seasonal decor and great selection of beads. Friendly staff.

Always has the best stuff

Polite staff/Good phone service/variety/classes

Michaels has so many items that you can just so many decoration for everything from candles to everything you need to do a small make over love Michaels

We couldnt find what was on sale that we saw on the website. Still, the cashier was very helpful. We found something on clearance at a great price.

They have a great sale on Christmas items and they have a coupon in the newspaper for extra 25%off. Great black friday deals on some items.

Despite the fact the employees look unhappy working there, I just go and find by myself what I need, because nobody ask you if they can help you. I love Michaels store and I just wish employees be more friendly.

Live the Halloween stuff. Just a few of the things I bought

Great place

Ive been shopping here for years its a nice place but Ive notice that their prices are getting higher each time, not only that but Ive alwa th notice that just before putting an item one sale the price becomes a lot higher so by the time you purchase it on sale you still end up paying the same regular sale price.... to shady for me....

It Michaels what can I say. Crafts for everyone.

Very nice customer service and my order was ready for pick up.
