If you’re curious, than you’re ready. Going here and being here helped me find my inner strength-my heart! The property is beautiful with sweeping views all around. There’s a salt water pool and hot tub on property as well and cozy rooms where you can spend your day in total peace, meditating, stretching, reading, just being. I plan on coming back once a year to stay connected and rejuvenate my soul. This place is a serious gem! Thank you to Brenda, Bruce, and Ruth. Forever grateful.

Life changing! I was seriously only there for 3 days and 2 nights over 2 weeks ago and I am still feeling the effects of going to this meditation retreat. If you are feeling inclined to go, please listen to that inclination and consider this review a gentle nudge to do so.I definitely plan to go again and hope to see you there!

This place is a real find. If you crave silence and sense that it would be very supportive for your healing and meditation practice, this is a place where everyone really respects that. I so appreciated how the other guests stayed out of each others space so that each person got the quiet he or she was seeking. I painted, drew, read, walked, swam, meditated, ate quiet healthy meals and slept like a baby. It was a very supported solitude. Brenda, Ruth and Bruce have paid attention to all the little details that made it so lovely. I am so grateful for the experience and cannot wait to return.

If you are looking for solace in a beautiful location, a place to heal or grow or contemplate, this is the spot. The location is gorgeous. Your hosts are a steady, calm and loving presence throughout the retreat and the two daily meditations anchor your days with communal practice that is accessible to all. The kitchen is well outfitted for your cooking needs and the hermitage is extremely cozy, clean and well taken care of. The pool and hot tub offer a bit a luxury. Ive been for three retreats and look forward to my next one.

I really enjoyed my retreat. Exactly what I was looking for: Laid back non religious meditation in silence.

As I review 2015 with gratitude, a high point was my stay with you in March. It was an inspired and much needed time of reflection in the midst of transition. I have recommended the experience to many friends. It helped me clarify my emotions and center myself into what is most important.I was surprised most by the contrast between the deep slowing down and relaxation I felt there and my usual baseline stress, which is really quite calm compared to most people I know and observe. It made me crave that feeling more often and has been the motivation to increase my meditation practice, not as a resolution, but knowing that in stillness is the only place to find that calm, peaceful place. So thank you again for providing that experience. May you continue to help others find peace and may you enjoy all that is most important to you both.

I wanted a weekend away to reflect on some major life changes but I got SO MUCH MORE than that from my time at the Retreat Center. I reconnected with myself and felt nothing but sweet, pure contentment with my life and life in general. Sounds like an overstatement but its NOT. Every last detail, down to the shampoo in the shower, has been carefully crafted for you with love and care. Its really hard to put into words how healing and restorative Silent Stay is.
