The owner is updating the park, which is nice, but many of the trailers are old and in disrepair. The current owner does not live on or near the property and any complaints fall on deaf ears. There are many cats roaming despite rules that pets be leashed. I have lived here for 20 years. Water used to be included in the lot rent but it isnt now. I have been overcharged for water and the money was never refunded.

Nice place. Owner and maintenance man are nice, friendly, and very helpful. Reasonable lot rent, decent sized lots, clean, and well maintained. Lots of trees and shade.

Okay place to live kind of on the expensive side for a trailer the landlord is hard to work with at times

Needs sidewalks, better roads and lighting .

Peaceful but they are not good with taking care of the homes
