It’s not a bad place to bowl just expensive but if you go competitively it’s worth it very good lanes with the right amount of oil. If you go for fun be sure to bring a good amount of money but other than that it’ll be fun they do have a cosmic bowling.

Very nice place to bowl!!! Its clean, modern and seems like a legit place to have a good time. A lot of bowling places are old and funky, but not this one. You pay a little more but for me its worth it. They have a nice bar, restaurant with good eats and plenty of tables. I will be coming back soon!!

Friendly staff and typical bowling environment. Arcade is currently being renovated so it is closed. Decent bowling alley food and drinks. We went on a league night and all but two of the lanes were being used by them. We managed to get a lane in a decent amount of time.

Its fun for the whole family. Clean place and friendly customer service. Food and drinks are good. I paid 10 bucks for a vodka and cran. Not too shabby. Furniture needs to be updated especially the restroom.

This place is very expensive 8.00 per game per person plus 5.00 shoe rental before you know it I spent 50.00 for me and my daughter. It was a nice place but you think with the extra money they make they can atleast put more lights outside the building.it looks rundown from the outside okay inside .They should let you pay for whatever games you are going to play but they make you put a credit card down. Oh well wont visit this place again.

Been going here for roughly 4 years, it’s one of the cleanest and nicest bowling alleys I’ve ever been too and I go out of my way to go here now days.

Great atmosphere, and the hostess for parties is phenomenal! I threw my daughter a very last minute birthday party here and despite having league finishing up on one end, they were extremely attentive to our group, anything the kids (and adults), wanted was prioritized. I definitely recommend this place for parties, but if possible book your reservation at least 2 days ahead that way you can get the discounts on price that I couldnt.

Birthday party for my granddaughter. Kate, and especially Jeremy were awesome! Very helpful, attentive, polite, all with a good sense of humor. I highly recommend. Also, the bowling alley is very clean and well appointed.

Weve had many bowling parties for our soccer teams, and they hosted the best! The kids bumpers never failed, the balls always returned, and we had a very attentive staff member helping us with shoes, pizza and drinks. It was great!

Its bowling, the atmosphere is always fun, the crowd is pretty young . Drinks on point, service could be faster but short staffing is a managers fault...according to some employees Ive asked. Sunday nights are the best days to go if you like a less crowded scene.

Only ONE line to check in to bowl, to order food and drinks. Took over 30 minutes for my pizza and wings. This place used to run so smooth. I dont get why they would use ONE line to order food and for the bar. POOR management

We had an awesome time. The staff is hard working and friendly. We went to a promotion where kis bowl free. They enjoyed it tremendously. We ordered pizza and chicken wings. Everything was delicious.

I hosted my sons party here. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. Our hostess, Ashley, was amazing! Brought over to meet the manager and really wowed my experience overall. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending the place to friends and family. This type of service deserves 5 stars. Very content with my sons birthday event & he had a blast!

The manager Dyane is very rude. We got to the bowling alley @5 wanted to order the specials they had before 6 and she didn’t allow us because she didn’t have the grill working so we asked if we could pay for it and if not will get something else for that price and she said no.

Had a blast! The cosmic bowling is worth the price. The snack bar sampler was really good. Wished it stayed open later. Pretty clean environment. If we had a problem with a pin getting stuck or putting up the bumpers the staff was really friendly and fast. Will go again. Also I liked that they had free iced water at the snack bar. Refreshing!

Good place a little pricey . Need more employees lack of help . Only 2 person working counter and bar and food section . Clean bowling alley only left early cause lack of service cause longer waiting time.

Great specials for bowling on Sundays and Mondays. Friendly atmosphere. The specials save you more than half of the regular cost. They seem to have some type of deal to offer each day. Call ahead for the days specials. The staff seemed to be helpful. The food/bar to lane service was extremely slow and lacked personality. And I did see one customer complaining to the front desk about something. I think the bowling alley was understaffed that day . But our family had a great time and saved a lot of money

Fun place out here. Great deals on the shoes and bowling. The Cosmic bowling is also a must and I believe it’s after dark. They also have snacks like nachos and chips.

New lane server, and he was great! Super attentive, VERY fun and positive!!! Most of the staff is super friendly, even at their busiest. Only complaint I have is the female snack bar worker, she always seems to be in a bad mood. Other than that, this place is fantastic!

There are not a lot of Bowling Houses left in the area so you get what you get. I have bowled here off and on for several years and the staff at the counter don’t seem to be too worried about how apathetic they are to league bowlers. The pro shop is great though. Always helpful and knowledgeable.

Our Grandkids live the video games and bowling with bumpers fun clean for the whole family. Bowling is expensive look for coupons.

So we have been bowling here for a few seasons and the customer service has really never been good but tonight just put the icing on the cake for the poor customer service at this place. Our league is at the bar to watch game 2 of the world series and they refuse to turn the volume on so we can hear the game, on top of that they turn on music to really ruin the game. We are the only people in the bar area and asked multiple times and were told “the GM says we cannot turn off the radio.” Well whoever the GM is needs to learn to take care of the customer. We will he discussing moving our league to a place that cares for their customers. And if you want to discuss it with us we Bowl on Wednesday’s just come and ask about the dodger game around lane 20 and you will find us. We are halfway through our season so you have a little time. I’m sure we won’t hear from you....

They are not very knowledgeable or considerate of the league bowlers. Takes a long time to get help at the snack bar.

Bad service food

About 2 weeks ago i asked about having a birthday party here. I was told to give my info and someone would contact me. Taylor was who i spoke with and she gave me info over the phone then emailed me with the same info. I called Taylor back and informed her that the info she sent me was for west covina and not upland, eventhough when i asked about thenparty i was at the upland location. The card i filled out also stated upland. Apparently that made a huge difference in price and service. We would be getting less amd paying more. I decided not to purchase a party from them so i just paid for bowling and the food as a regular customer for my party. A week before i asked the desk when cosmic would be happening for that Saturday. She stated all day and i shouldnt have any issues with getting 2 lanes. Went in today to have the party and there was 1 lane available . I was told that there was a tournament going to happen at 1pm and that they would start showing up at 12. Inwas there at 11:55. So half the lanes were for tournament. We got the one lane and waited for the people next to us to finish. 1:30 rolls around and no ine is there for a tournament, no cosmic is going on, and they started giving lanes to open bowl people. Next was the food. We had to order at the fromt desk then go to the snack bar to pick up our food. There were 3 people working. Not enough for a Saturday afternoon. It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. Then the lemonade was out so that toom even longer. We ordered 5 pizzas totall, one came completely burnt on the bottom and ine came with jalapenos. We didnt order burnt or jalapeno pizza. We had also ordered a cookie that wasnt given to us till the very end. There were gnats flying all over and even ended up in a beer glass. When we asked for new glasses we were greated with a huff and a puff from the snack bar lady. We were charged for ranch dipping sauce eventhough we ordered chicken tenders. There service was extremely slow, food took forever and the customer service was terrible. I was given wrong info from the very beginning. Never again. Ive been bowling in a league for 20 years. Never have i seen anything like this. A complete mess and lack of consideration. 300.00 later and im left with a bad taste. Not that they give a damn but please take your business elsewhere.

Clean, well-run, and lanes in excellent condition, plus screens that work. No ball return issues. Snack bar convenient, w/ free soda refills. Complete opposite of the dumpy alley closest to our home (Chaparral).

Fun night with the family. The service is great there. The bad part is the bowling balls were pretty destroyed and chipped. The worst balls Ive seen. I actually cut my finger on one of the balls during our game. They are pretty packed and pretty clean facilities.

There was one person working the bar the restaurant and the front desk it was 11:30 on Tuesday we were told the Fun Zone didnt open until 12. Also there was no grill food only Pizza I was lucky enough to get the last pretzel. We were told thats the late-night menu. The bartender did not know the difference between tonic water and soda water. I went there with my six year old grandson for lunch and to play in The Fun Zone we were very disappointed.

Bad experience, staff not courteous, lane kept going out of service and they didnt even comp me for it. Ended up moving to a different lane and the same issue was going on with second lane. At no point Did they reset the game for us they continued the game. Such a big hassle. No customer service @ all. Oh yea chicken wings where horrible!

They have made significant improvements over the last few years. This is not a bad bowling alley.
