I just love this old chapel as a site for memorial services, weddings, and other significant life events. As a descendent of the first Anglican bishop consecrated on American Colonial soil and first consecrated bishop of Maryland, Thomas John Claggett (and with no small number of Anglican/Episcopal ministers in the heritage of my past), I deeply appreciate the preservation of this fantastic old church. Although my own ministry is entirely undenominational with the San Bernardino church (48th Street, SB), it is a blessing to know the faith communities which have so diligently served inland communities are so graciously acknowledged and their landmarks preserved.

I had an amazing time helping in the community garden with students from both Pitzer and Pomona colleges! It was a great way to spend a Friday!

This is also called The Fleur De Lis Wedding Chapel, which is owned by the City of Upland. We recently got married there...we loved the vintage historic chapel and the impeccable and personalized service that we received during the 4 month process of planning our wedding. Their staff there was superb! Both the manager Liza and their wedding coordinator Lara have a sweet nature and dont miss a beat as they have many many years of experience planning and coordinating all kinds of weddings. At first we thought the rental fee for the chapel was high but after we saw what was included in the price and then the personalized service that came within the next 4 months...it was worth every cent! Our wedding went so smooth and was absolutely beautiful! Thank you Liza and Lara

Very historic place. And we were advice that photography and video has no restriction at all, at least for wedding events. I can go anywhere in the altar to take pictures and videos. Flash is allowed too. Thumbs up for that.
