Wish they had a better black friday sale on womens clothes good customer service

It was amazing as usual! Good service and a TON OF THINGS every golfer, hacker or beginner would ever want for 3 bags. Lmao. If youre dreaming make it worth your time. This store is the Wal-Mart of golf but the damn prices are never rolling back on those prices. Take the money you want to spend and thats it. Your money disappears in this place!

Dissapointed! Ordered a driver was told to check status of order in two weeks. Called yesterday, Cody told me he would check and call me back. No call back, so I called back today. The lady told me my driver was auto returned, and that I can go back and reorder the club. She also told me that the club was going to take three to four weeks anyways, two weeks have gone by already. Just poor handling on this. No email or anything about the cancelation of the order. Curious to hear what the managers has to say. Keep you posted.UPDATE. Manager Matt has made good on everything, im expecting my driver any day now.

Great the staff was very helpful! And they had what I wanted in the back not on the floor so they went to the back and found it for me! Im very happy!

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Theyre going out of business; all sales are final. Signage and advertising says EVERYTHING MUST GO! 30-50% OFF -- This is false...Most items are 20% off; we couldnt find one item that was 50% off!!! Im confident theyve marked up many items so that people THINK theyre getting a deal...BUYER BEWARE!!! In addition, my husband found a leftie demo wedge that was marked down, but when we took it to the checkout, it scanned as $35 more than what the label clearly said. A manager (I think his name is Jordan--No name tag) was called over by our cashier (Cody) and the manager said it was human error and he took the club from my hands. I was upset, to say the least!!...Mostly by his cocky attitude...But kept the situation low key. Lastly, its not clearly posted...(except a small sign at the very last cash register before you walk out the door; register wasnt being used)...they will not honor ANY discounts cards or coupons!!! I almost flipped over that; walked away first though!!! So much for customer service after all our familys loyal years to Golfsmith...Bye,Bye Golfsmith!!!

Great Place For Anything if You Are a Golfer. Even Used Clubs Lessons & Fitting.

The staff is rude and customer service has really gone downhill since they let go of the manager Trevor. Dont even think about trading in your clubs here, unless you are prepared to receive some bad attitude from the staff. I know of 12 year old kids with better manners than these kids!

@YvetteI dont know what kind of prices you think your going to get but I got 3 footjoy golf shirts for 22.00 each which is an amazing price. It is also Clearly Marked Through out the Store that its closing and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Dont be mad at the store because your a moron and didnt see the many clearly Marked signs Not to mention Its a Going out of business sale which should be commonsense your sale is final.

This Golf Galaxy store location never recovered from the mess Golf Smith left. I was surprised to see many of the same Golf Smith staff now working for Golf Galaxy. Staff attitude is spoty and so are hitting bays. Bathroom was out of soap (dont use the same golf club an employee used). Putting green only has one flag/ball retriever device for 5 holes. Of course everything is full retail with a return policy eclipsed by Roger Dunn. Well, I guess this part of the Galaxy is a bit 3rd world. Good luck.

I went to the Brea store and was assisted by the assistant manager Keith who exemplified what customer service is. Keith spent some time with me on the simulator trying to fit me for the right driver, three wood and hybrid, I ended up purchasing two out of the three but I definitely will return to purchase the driver. Always a good experience visiting the golf galaxy in Brea.

Great store great people to help you in upland store bought my first set of clubs there in 25 years whent out to the irvine store with son in law he bought his first set of clubs there the guy sucked there all he Cared about is his commission that showed if whent back would ho back to that guy ☆☆☆☆

Worse customer Service ever....Employees are there just to walk around, they dont have an idea of how to sell nor customer service.
