Friendly, helpful staff and proper pandemic protection.

Love this place, fanastic and seasonal selection of decorative home items and unique crafts worth while a visit !

Store us nice but only 1 cashier. And there was a lady who was having somekind of issue so we had to wait like 15 min to get checked out. Was awful

Michaels always has a great selection to help with any crafty project. Also great prices! The people are genuinely friendly and helpful

Emily in framing is amazing. I took my items in to be framed and, me being a guy, had no clue what would look nice. I had a general idea but Emilys suggestions were fantastic. She put together the matte and frame that really complimented my pictures. If you go there and need framing ask for Emily. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Store was very messy. Holiday decor was very thin. Wreaths & center pieces were hideous.

Great place for hobby interests.

Love it my favorite all things getting stuff ribbons and glue gun and gems full of bags

Love it!! Crafting.. ribbon.. things for the kids.. its great

Beautiful gift ideas

Its officially my all time favorite craft supply store! Super easy to find everything because its categorized very well, and they supply a large range of prices for the products. The service was also amazing, and the people who worked there were friendly.

It was nice going to Michaels the day after Christmas to get some bargains for next year.

Awesome place. If ur crafty. Or ur a beginner. Love 2 look around of that place

They always have what I need and with a good price once I use a coupon!!

This location is a bit smaller than my usual Michaels in Greensburg, but I love this store. Everyone working this morning was very nice and friendly even helping me track down a hard to find ribbon color.

Great craft store. Many different hobbies covered

Michaels has pretty much everything I need for crafts.

Love this store..so many great crafts!

Pretty decent selection of art supplies!

Terrible experience. Empty cafe . Waited 45 min for 2 eggs for my grandson they never even put the order in. Paid for drinks and left . Terrible

Great for crafts and holiday shopping. Be sure to use your 40% off coupon.

Large selection, friendly helpful staff

They always have something I want. So much nice stuff. I need another trip already.

Love love love this store. Always clean, very friendly staff. To the manager, great job!

The staff is great, the selection is good. However the prices are sometimes very high.

Well organized, helpful staff

Very helpful, but pricey

This store is always clean and has something for everyone. The planners and calendars are the nicest. While the store is smaller than the other Michaels I have been in prior, the Staff make up in stock and neatness. Restrooms are always super clean as the rest of the store is. I would recommend signing up for the rewards as you dont have to carry a card and you just have to give your phone number when you get to the cashier and it just takes a few seconds to sign up for it.

Not my usual shopping store. Im not into flyers and books and stuff. They had about anything you wanted and flowers and decorations but I thought pricing was high

I mean they got crafts stuff and stuff. Its definitely a Michaels.

I can always find what I need, the associates are very nice and helpful, and its clean and organized.

Its just ok. I mean, dont get my wrong, Micheals has a great selection for hobbies and crafts. They even have picture frame services. All of which are great. But, the few times the I visited, there rarely seemed to be enough staff to answer questions, or help find something specific. My vision is very poor and the price tags are tiny. A little extra help would be appreciated.

Being a crafty person I love visiting this store. Its a tad pricey but overall I like the store.

I love this store. It is a bit more expensive than hobby lobby BUT little known fact they will price match Amazon and other competition plus 10%.

Love, Love Love Michaels store, staff are very helpful. Weekly coupons are awesome!

Great crafting bargains!

Wish they had a better yarn selection!

I could spend hours in here!

I love Michaels. I go here often.

Very nice!

Its a lovely store and the sales are wonderful

I can get lost in this store with creative dreams guiding me!

Really love this store

Friendly staff I didnt catch her name but was very friendly and helpful.

The yarn selection at the Morgantown WV store is lacking.

I love Michaels

Always inspired here.

Great service, good selection, and price are ?????.

Great selection and always good sale prices.

The sales at Christmas time are awesome

The manager Bernice treats her employees poorly but they do their best. I love the selection of items but rarely frequent the store anymore because of the managements awful personality.

Always find something

Somethings r less expensive n I like the coupons. However their employees seldom know where items are located. Ive found this to b true in across the states.

Great products, usually over priced. But, I do love their coupons!

I love how much decorations and craft supplies they carry. I always find what I am looking for!

Didnt have what I needed had to go to hobby lobby

A new employee was very confused on how to ring up purchase using my coupons

Sales associate was polite and went out of her way to help me. cashier was not polite. felt very rushed and like it was a pain for her to help me.

Great baking products and coupons online!

Who doesnt LOVE Michaels?! They have great deals! Sign up for the coupons.

Ok

Very nice employees

Good savings, coupons, service but not fully stocked.

Small store, nice selection of items, expensive. They do have coupons often and give teacher discounts. Most of the time, you can only afford holiday items when the sales hit.

Nice clean store.

Great selection of craft supplies with a knowledgeable staff ready to help.

Nice variety of craft supplies, but the store at Glenmark Center in the Morgantown, WV area has a much larger selection.

Nice clean business. Usually very organized.

Had the product that was advertised

We love crafts

Awesome for any craft you can think of

Nice place. Cleaner than the one in Morgantown.

Always a coupon on retail me not!! Dont purchase anything without it!!

Staff is helpful. Store is clean.

Nice selection

Loved it

Useless

Lots of crafts

Theres just about everything one needs for any craft profect.

Not much to say

Too expensive on items

Love this place

Great deals, coupons

Find everything you need for your craft projects

The people who work there have an attitude like a asked one for something and he would not help me
