Suburban Woods MHC

I wasnt there very long but it seemed to be a decent place to live. Everyone seems to mind their own business. Its quiet and I believe its affordable living. What more can one ask for?

The community is not only very run-down but is stuck between a myriad of warehouses and construction projects that take the “woods” out of Suburban. The owners only care about increasing their bottom line as they increase the rent but never fulfill repair orders and invest into the community. The inhabitants can also be very rowdy and noisy and it’s a hassle to sleep during the night. As a good rule of thumb, never buy a mobile home, as you’re merely going to be a captive, paying ever increasing rent at the whims of the owners.

All they wanna do is collect money. They never wanna fix anything. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I’m moving my trailer off of the lot. I’ve had a leak outside for over a year am they haven’t fixed it. Do not rent from them.

Visited a friend. Very clean. People were nice. This isn’t a trailer park. This is a luxury mobile home community

Its everything you would want from a trailer park! Some new trailers some old trailers. But the people...... oh the glorious people. Its cops, Joe dirt, empire, and telmundo all in one! Great people watching. But you always see kids out playing and the people are all friendly and know each other.

This place really needs some work I guess thats why they are very affordable too huh....

Really like the property manager. A lot of new homes!!

Very nice neighborhood i went to go see some friends here and didnt feel the need to hide my car

Trashy trailer park. Horrible curb appeal from the street. High crime area. Have friends that live there. Riddled with crime and violent children. Made my skin crawl just entering the property. Not a safe environment.

AWFUL AND RAN DOWN WOULD NOR RECOMEND TO NOONE

Its a place to live. Every time I live back out here to keep a roof over our heads its always problems. Gangs,shootings,break in, etc. Sad part its the younger generation thats making it horrible. The police officer actually told me and my boyfriend the lady in the front doesnt like for us to call the police out here and has previously put people out because of it. When my lease is over Ill be looking for something better.

If it wasnt required at least 1 star, I wouldnt give it any! We lived there 2 years and I warn anyone to never go there! There are shootings, and vandalism on a weekly basis! The office people are an absolute joke. Nothing is ever done without a fight! We have been gone for 6 weeks now and I have been calling and calling to find out about our security deposit, no one ever answers the phone! Well today she did and tells me that thats up to corporate when we get it. BUT shes the only one who can contact them???? Hmmm my lawyer and I are on stand by to see if we get a call back! They are gonna learn today! Lol we left our place in better shape then when we rented, WE ARE GONNA GET THAT DEPOSIT BACK PERIOD!!!

Ms Arnold,Thank you for your review. The work orders that were placed by the actual lease holder have been completed. If you have new work orders please report via email, text, over the phone, or in person. We also have the option to make an appointment and walk the home with maintenance and address any issues in the home. If we were going to use your water we were going to give you a credit for your full October water bill. As for the festival we had on Saturday was for all the residents and friends. Our fire department, police department, full staff, and local churches attended and it was amazing. Everyone in our community matters! I rate our community 3 stars because I know we can do better, and we will. We just took over 4 months ago and have made great improvements.

First off, the festival was fun. My kids enjoyed it.Second, when I moved in with the old owners my house was not in the best shape either, but they just took over, do you really expect them to fix everything in less then a year, less then 4 months?I have put in work orders and they have been done. We also have to appreciate what they have done. I know Im not ashamed to tell my friends to visit me now. And for the reviews that were put, there is always two parts of the story.

This place is not in control dangerous dogs are always on the loose and the crime in the small neighborhood is pretty much above average. make sure to lock your belongings cause robberies are very common

Warning, warning! . Unless You live in Suburban Woods, dont enter. Residential trailer Community. Frequency is very very low. Might need to carry. Just saying..

Needs allots of work

I have been here for about 3yr. now and i seen a lot but i have not seen it look this good am give it a five star i love it here new management so nice they relly make you fell at home

Only a couple of people that work at this park are awesome. Some of the management is terrible. One in particular. The manager. The lady with thelong Brown hair was nice and courteous. The other one was rude. Will not be moving into this park because of the favortism.

Worst place to live. The people in the office are horrendous, and the owners are just as bad. They dont do their jobs, and nothing gets fixed. Dont live here because of the crime. The park has no security and dont care about your well being.

It is a mixed colors and culture . things are balanced here . it is a great experience .

I have been living here for 3 years now and maintenance was good. But since this new management here, my rent has gone up and my trailer has not even seen a maintenance man. I have holes in my trailer, my toilet has been stopped up with poop for about 4 months now. And my bathroom floor is caving in. And there are many more problems here. I have brought all of my issues to Mrs. Kays attention and nothing had been done. But they are having a festival in the back of my trailer right now and guess whos there, the maintenance guys. Lol. And on top of this the lady was gona take my water without asking!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Its a load of b.s!
