Had my daughters 6th birthday here. Just had a cesarean 10 days ago and honestly didnt have to worry about anything. They handled absolutely everything. Loved it and will definitely be doing this again.

Look, if you have been to any trampoline park in a large city, you know that this is a fairly underwhelming place to play. The equipment is limited, they charge an hourly rate, and the ceiling insulation is literally falling down. That said, my kids and I absolutely love this place! For the one hour we are there, we are constantly full throttle. We never run out of things to do (yes, Im the dad who likes to do things WITH my kids, not just sit back and watch). Its a humble place, but it gets the job done overall. You will have fun here if you check it out!

I came to celebrate my sons 13th birthday. We had so much fun and will absolutely return!! Party host was such a treat, set up and tear down was taken care of, party host played and interacted with kids, water bottles were provided for everyone, adult drinks were available too!! This is a must for any kids birthday... even a great time for adults to have fun!!

Trying to use there in house waiver signing process. Which is only on tablets that dont work. I had to go to there website on my phone in order to sign the waiver for my son. It is great that they want to eliminate the paper process but should make sure that it is in working condition with proper maintenance on the system to keep it working. I would prefer not to have to use my personal data on my phone to sign there waiver. May be my opinion but it is what it was.

My grandson had fun. 3 or 4 boys were there that acted like the own the place. They hung out a lot with the people working there. They started getting rude with my grandson. I was not happy about that. Something should be done about that.

Our Grandparents live in Twin Falls and we were looking for a place that all the grandkids would love at all ages. Jumptime was FANTASTIC! The girl that was working was so on top of everything. We now have a new favorite place to have fun at when we are in town.

This place is horrible! They have a section for smaller children but the staff does not keep out bigger children making it impossible for smaller children to enjoy the experience! Wish there was a 0 rating.

Great trampoline place!

One of the few entertainment destinations in Twin Falls. Jump time provides a physical activity at an affordable price for children. I’m sure adults partake as well but not this adult. I would for sure break a hip. All joking aside, my kids really do love hanging out here and they get good exercise at the same time. Highly recommend for keeping the kids busy during the summer. I am glad there is a location in my town.

Their birthday packages are great, from set up to clean up they do it all! They provide pizza, a drink and a BOGO hour coupon for each child to return another time. Their hours are also great for weekend events!

Great fun for the kids but it does feel a bit spendy. Food and snacks are over priced and you arent allowed to bring your own. They also charge by the hour so it can add up quick if you stay too long.

Great staff. Probably best deal around here for birthday party.

It was an overall fun experience, their food was quite good. The only thing I would recommend is having music going all the time instead of only sometimes and having fry sauce for the food.

This was a great place. I had the opportunity of taking my young children, ages 2 and 4, and we had a blast. It was even fun as an adult, and I felt the staff was very accommodating and kind. It was worth the price, and anyone who goes there Im sure is going to have a good time.

Its a great place for young folks to be and have fun while getting a work out. We miss the rock climbing experience!

We had a very fun time but the counter lady was too serious and not happy. We were also on the counter side to order what we wanted and she saw us but she did not attend us. She was just sitting down and looked away. we had to walk to her so we can order what we wanted. She just gave me a bad vibe and I felt unwelcomed

Jump time is a great place for a birthday party. they always have a great staff on hand. and plenty of fun stuff for the kids. a little spendy but the provide everything. pizza cupcakes and waters and all the plates. The kids love this place they always have a blast here. so i would always recomend this place. And they they have couches for the parents so they can sit and watch.

Fries were great, just more music, and some more sauces, more arcade games would be nice to, also 2 of the bouncy houses were not inflated completely

I have no idea WHY there has to be loud music blaring. It doesnt enhance the experience and its noisy enough with kids playing.

Pretty cheap, I spent $24 for me and my two kids for an hour, its even cheaper if you go during the week.

We have always loved this place for indoor fun. Today I took my kids to JumpTime (Twin Falls) and I could not believe how disgustingly dirty the place was. I realize these venues are not the most hygienic in general but there was popcorn and food all over the floor. The garbage cans in the main area and the bathroom were overflowing . The carpets were littered in debri. I don’t even want to know what was lurking in and on the actual play area. Most of the games and machines were broken and one of the inflatables was out of commission. I was really disappointed when I paid $20 for my kids to play for an hour in a dump. We will most likely be taking our business elsewhere. I found it ironic that they had signs all over the place stating that they now re quite sock for hygiene reasons. I didn’t realize it was because they stopped cleaning!

My family had an amazing time!! Its website does not do it justice. There are many areas/apparatus for all ages. The staff (a young gal) was super friendly and welcoming for our first visit. If live out of town (as do we), totally worth the drive and your family is guaranteed a great time!! fyi, there are plenty of tables and chairs (even sofas) to work while kids play.

Always fun place to go when in Twin. Hours of fun for kids and grown ups! They have inflatable sets for kids 2 and up, two large jump areas, hoops, Dodge ball,and two foam pits. Warning, during the winter it is hard to hear the wear house, so dress warm!!

Yesterday, we celebrated my daughters 10th birthday here. They provided water, cupcake (I added some berries on top) and pizza . They were good and the staff was prompt and helpful. We did a Wednesday 4-6pm party to avoid the crowd on the weekends, there were 29 kids. It was a blast. My son wants to do it too on his bday next year.

Its always clean, has friendly and helpful staff. Birthday parties are reasonable and great for groups. Glad to see the staff actually interact and jump with the kids.

JumpTime is a wonderful place to take children for birthday parties, or just to play. It is best to remember that trampolines can be dangerous, so maybe not the best choice for tiny tots. Its better to remember that once in the air it is very hard to control your trajectory.

Awesome place for an energy draining good time! We had a birthday there for our 4 year old and everybody got to jump and enjoyed it. Beware of the foam pits though. Theyll suck you in! :)

Overall, my experience here was pretty good. They have lots of fun things to do. A bit of their equipment was in need of repair and it would have been nice to see a bit more cleaning up happening. I did like the dodge balls and basketball hoops a lot. The inflatables are fun too. I dont know if it is possible to clean the foam in the foam pit but it smelled like quite a few sweaty kids (myself included) had played around in it. It was pretty fun. I would go again.

Got some hyper kids or wanting to have a fun time this would be the place to go they do birthday parties and the trampolines will keep you and your kids busy thats if your jumping in too all ages are welcome there they haveany thing to do and I go there often no better place to go when you need to burn some energy or just to have fun

Even though my children love coming here, I absolutely abhor the idea because the staff have absolutely no clue about the concept of customer service. They may as well have zombies manning the front desk and even that would be an upgrade in personality and courtesy. I also think the prices are a little out of whack especially since you would expect that they would reinvest some of that money into new attractions. However, they seem to prefer to spend the hard earned money we spend here on duct tape repairs and pocket the rest. For goodness sake, they don’t even provide complimentary Wi-Fi which is pretty much customary for any business establishment of this nature. So if you are a parent and into sadomasochistic type treatment, please feel free to bring your child/children to Jump Time. I also just learned that Jump Time may have just removed its water fountain and so if you are grossed out at the prospect of drinking water from their bathrooms, get ready to be financially extorted again. As the great Ron Burgundy would have said after reading this review, “Stay classy, Jump Time, stay classy.”

My grandkids love going.

This is one of my kids favorite places to go. Theres not much to do here in Twin, especially in the winter. They could go here every week and love it. Its pretty safe and lots of space to jump and play. The only downside is the bathrooms are not great, they could use a face lift, but Ive seen worse.

Great customer service! We took 10 boys and they had a great time. Dodge ball area, foam pit and all. They even had a smaller then 48in area for the little ones. The gentleman at the counter was very accommodating. However, remember to bring water! They dont have a drinking fountain, but you can buy overpriced bottled water and other drinks and treats.

Service was really bad and workers were very picky. They where also very rude to my children and made them cry.Would not recomend next time I would like to speak to the manager the next time very, disappointed to have gone there.

This unique place is great for all ages of kids. Their snack bar could be better and price of a bottle of plain ole water is outragous @ $2,75.But our boys and neighborhood friends love it......

Great place to take the kiddos. They are always begging me to go here. I like to take the kids right when they open so we can pretty much have the place to ourselves.

Didnt like refilling out information was just there 6 months ago. Plus their computer wouldnt let me do it without putting in email account and phone number!

So this review is actually for both Jump Time and Soccer Time. Yesterday I realized last minute that I hadnt made a reservation for my boys youth group to play soccer for our activity last night. I called Jump Time and left a message to see if we could play. I was told that they arent normally open but they would arrange a guy to come in for a couple hours for us to go and play! They didnt have to do that, but it was greatly appreciated and ALL of our boys said how much fun they had! Thank you again for taking care of us last minute!! Your manager at Jump Time should be commended!

Has a menu but can’t sell to the public what is that about. And you can’t bring food so what’s town point of your menu then. Twin falls.

My daughter really enjoys this place, but whoever runs it, must not be present a lot of times given I come here every weekend and there’s always poop smeared on the stalls, garbages overflowing, and the music IS NOT KID FRIENDLY. I don’t think a lot of parents appreciate songs that talk about “thots and codeine.” Last weekend, it was 1.5 to closing and the only kid working put in headphones and started to vacuum. I also think it’s very unprofessional how the kids working here have their hoods on?? They need better selection of FRESH snacks and not 8 hour old popcorn. Did this place even have management that isn’t in their 20’s????

Great place to expend some energy. Music was a bit loud. Supervise your kids as the employees are not stationed in the play areas. Although you can purchase drinks, bring water.

This is one of the funnest places to go play for a few hours in Twin Falls! An absolute blast for both kids and for the young at heart! Its an excellent choice for birthday parties or for young people looking to practice their tricks!

I loved the concept of the place, its a fun environment. Their customer service couldnt be WORSE!!!! My family and I visited today and I seriously wont ever come back again. My kids had fun, but the fact that the employees were lying to me telling me that the pizza I was trying to order wasnt going to ready until one hour later. Then I came back to order anyway and a different employee told me it would only take 15-20 minutes. So I was lied to, and on top of that they had no staff watching ANY of the play areas! NONE!!! All of the staff was at the front and no one was watching or frequently checking any of the trampoline areas. Before I left I also asked for a box to take the leftover pizza home and the person who looked like the manager told me he had none and handed me 2 ziplock bags lol. The facility also looks like a danger pit! The ceiling has many holes on it right above the trampolines with fiberglass hanging right out of it!!!! Its pretty unsafe. I wouldnt recommend it. I only gave them 1 star because its the lowest that it goes, they deserve zero stars for being such a crappy business.

The kids love it of course. Its dirty. Horrible lighting. Over priced in my opinion. Nothing for adults to do while kids play. Concessions are over priced too so keep water in your car.

Its always fun to play there, but during the winter time I want to take my kids somewhere indoors, and warm. They dont use heat or something because my kids were freezing and could barely stand the cold. Thats a little rediculous since its an indoor play area. I guess we will be taking my daughters February birthday party elsewhere. Too bad.
