Inconsiderate about tenants

I like the people who live there and its location!

Its kind of crazy but I like it

Bad park. People that run it are not above board and many of the homes do not have heats but do have faulty wiring. There seniors in the park are nice, but there is a lot of questionable activity in the area.

Lower grade mobile home park. The number of the mobile home is not in any order, the road going through this place will bottom out your vehicle and very hard to manuever through. Not much space at all.

Its very quiet but the owner was kind of a douche

Poorly taken care of needs wealthy benefactor.

No heaters in the cabins one water heater share among several dwellings. And they think that a mandatory 10 pm no visitors rule will stop the supposed drug problem . Its too bad that they cant understand that running a ghetto rundown excuse for a living space is the cause of the problem .

People here are really Friendly and watch out for each other.

EVERY TENANT HERE AT CREEK SIDE TRAILER PARK IN TWIN FALLS IDAHO FEEL LIKE WE ARE ONE HUGE. FAMILY. CUZ THE MANAGEMENT MANAGER ALWAYS STAYS IF ANY ARISES & THEY PUT THE TENANTS AND ANYONE THAT NEEDS ASSISTANCE ANY TIME N.O.M.A T.T.E.R WHAT DAY OR TIME IT IS. THERE REALLY HELP ON ANY THING IF ITS OUTTA OR THERE REACH THEY FIND SOMEBODY OR SOMETHING THEY W.I.L.L. NOT LEAVE YOU ALONE BY YOURSELF UNLESS TENANTS ASK THEM NOT TO SO I JUST. WANTED TO HALLA OUT TO CREEK SIDE TRAILER PARK IN TWIN FALLS IDAHO

It is a trailer park and not a good place for a family looking for a good place to live
