I love the energy and good vibes in this store. Adam is knowledgeable and really goes the extra mile in serving the customers.

A fine little gem in the city of Twin Falls. This place is reminiscent of similar costume shops that used to be open in Boise, that unfortunately no longer exist. The atmosphere is that of a locally owned shop with a non corporate feel. I love the mask selection and any time I have been in there they have been friendly and wanted to assist. It is becoming a rarity to see shops like this and I would encourage to spend some time and money to support your local shops such as this. Winter is coming and your population is growing, keep your gems. :)

Oh my .They got so many costumes novelty items and i like their accessories items i love pointdexters their friendly and helpful .I find it to be a wonderful place

Honestly this place has almost anything you need when it comes to costumes Robert is very helpful and knowledgable!

Super cool store but the employee would let us look around for more than 2 minutes without asking if we needed any help which was more like spying and then was a jerk when I bought something for under five dollars and paid with a card but I didnt see anything posted about card not being ran for under 5 bucks so I will not be back

Decent selection, costumes are kind of cheap and limited in accessories. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THE GLASS. every single item ive ever picked up here (4 total) has been an overpriced piece of trash that broke immediately or was unbalanced and spilled all the time. They claim to be the only place around with the pieces they have but youre far better off just ordering cheap Chinese glass online

My go to place for dragons!! I love Poindexters their customer service is amazing always so friendly and helpful. Although I do not understand the whole no return policy this is not the only place that has no return policy. Buy wisely then you dont have an issue, I never do, I never regret anything I purchase from this store.

I had a horrible experience with the owner of Poindexters. After kindly offering the suggestion to post their no return or exchange policy in a more seen area, I was very poorly treated. I will never go to Poindexters again because of this. I was not allowed to try on any clothes and had to make the most accurate size and fit guess to a skirt that was on a hanger. When I went home and tried it on, it didnt fit. I went to return the item and was unaware of their store policy as the cashier never informed me and their posted sign on the register was hidden from the cluttered decor. The owner, herself, rudely pointed out that the policy is noted on the receipt (of the already purchased item) and the door (on the way out of the store) as well. She asked me to take my business suggestion elsewhere. I dont wish this terrible encounter with the owner on any future customers!

My name is Cecelia Urrabazo. I have been a faithful employee to Poindexters Costume and Novelty for a little over 3 years now. Our EXCHANGE POLICY is posted in at least 3 different places in the shop, Front counter, Dressing rooms and Front Door among other places including the receipt you get with your purchase. We do our best to be understanding about returns and exchanges, But we only accept them in a curtain time frame. A month later is just too long! In the Previous review she states that we did not allow her to try on the Merchandise...we ALWAYS encourage people to try on, and never refuse them a fitting room. We have 3 fitting rooms in store. We are really sorry that anyone has had a bad experience with us. We do our best to keep all our customers happy! Thank You!
