It was horrific! We drove 2 hours to enjoy the movie in the theatre and they had the air conditioning on air blasting in full force from above when everybody had the extra jacket on because of cold weather! They either dont pay attention on maintenance or they want every customer catch cold and be suspected of contracting corona virus!

Incredibly comfortable reclining seats - perfect for that 3 hour movie (Avengers... ahem). Tuesdays have a discount making the cost right around $7, which to me is a bargain. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the overall experience was enough to make me want to return again.

Theyve stepped up their game in light of this pandemic. Very clean, socially distanced. I feel completely safe seeing a movie here.

Theaters are going above and beyond to provide safe, clean and protected environments during these unprecedented times. AMC still rewards its patrons with amenities, discounts and quality visuals and sound. Better than being home, and just as safe. Thanks, AMC!

Had so much fun. Mother & son night. Had a drink at the bar. Then watched Like a boss in the very comfortable recliner seating. The theater was clean and comfy. Will definitely recommend to other mothers or fathers visiting their young adults attending college in Orange County. Also there is Ben & Jerrys right next door.

This is by far the best movie theater in Orange County. Super comfy seats that allow you to put your feet up, recline as far back as u want, ditch your arm rests and snuggle up to your sweetheart while you enjoy the latest blockbuster. Just when you thought it couldnt get any better, a waitress shows up take your order because they also serve full meals and serve alcoholic beverages! Even if the movie turns out to be awful theres no way you would ever feel like it wasnt a great night .

Post Covid-19 welcome back staff is super helpful! Jovanna and Habib were helping me and others with issues on the app for AMC Stubs A list. The guy in front of me didnt even have the app downloaded. I had to actually update before re-instating my subscription. Thank you for the great support and helping all ensure they get back to movie enjoying as we open up responsibly.

This is my favorite theater in the general area. Great AMC location with the good seats

$5 tuesdays all movies any time of day was awesome! Leather reclining chairs with seat warmers, and you can reserve which seats you want ahead of time online. They also have a bar inside the lobby. I love this place, I cant wait until this stay at home order lifts soon so we can go to the movies again!

Good Movie theater. Better than the AMC in Orange.

The theater was great! It was so clean and spacious. The staff at the ticket counter made the buying experience a joy. The recliners are comfortable and all the seats views are unobstructed.Tuesday is $6 movies for all those rewards members. You can signup in the spot to get the same deal. The he restrooms where clean and fully stocked with supplies. There is nothing more infuriating than going to the restroom and not having any soap or paper towels.

Saw parasite on 2/11! Im so happy I was able to see such an amazing movie at a really nice theater for only $6! The seats are big and recline nicely, the screen is perfect, the doors are perfectly closed and no outside noise was heard.

The theatre is rarely dirty upon my visits and that includes the seats. I really appreciate a clean seat. I love the fact that they have heated seats and recliners. Additionally, the picture quality is the best and I love the Dolby surround sound for some of the movies being featured.

I love their recliner seats and their $6 Tuesdays! Its in a great location to do dinner and a movie for a date night!! Also they have an indoor bar in case you want to grab a beer with your popcorn I like that their concession options have expanded but still have the classics available.

Reserved seating, full recliners, clean and pretty good parking make for great place to go to the movies. Getting told to turn your phone off and then sitting through 25 minutes of trailers (advertising) suggests that they want to have the myth making to start before the feature begins. And there is zero cell phone reception in the building so your phone is just for taking notes.

I really enjoy this theater, as it has great seats. The only downside is that the different theaters have a few different types of seats and I dont always get the preferred seats. I think the ones with heating are superior to the other design. Also they really need to clean there bathrooms more often. They are almost always a mess.

This is currently my gold standard AMC. There is no better location that I know of. Location is very clean, theaters are very comfy. Can get a little crowded, a lot of parking, you may have to walk a bit after you park. Bathrooms are clean. Everything very accessible. Highly recommend. If you arrive early there are shops you can spend some time at, lots of places to eat and drink too.

I choose The District for my viewing experience because theyre always playing the most up to date films. Recliner seating is the standard here, so everyone sits comfortably. Mostly, I choose The District because of its online pre-purchase selection of not only where you sit, but also you can choose what you want for food, snacks and beverages!! Order when you check out and choose the delivery time for your items to arrive!!

Me and the S.O. went during non peak hours (when they opened). It was clean, organized and the floors were not sticky as I remember most theaters being. The chairs are comfortable and allow you to reserve seating which is a plus. We will return to this theater.

Only 1 kids movie that I can just see on disney plus.

Theater is clean. The premium reclining/heating seats are comfortable, but not all of the heaters work. They need better ventilation in the main hall. People want popcorn at the theater because of the smell of popcorn as they walk in, but it smells, terrible at this theater. First theater where I dont have the appetite for popcorn.

This is my favorite movie theater!! I always come here enjoy movies!! Every time!!! Sorry, I didn’t photos, but just imaging, seat with heater, turn your seat into a “bed”;) a lot of people next to you, you can social before movies, and watch movie like at home,... I always bring my blanket;) keep myself warm

Clean, modern, luxurious. These are the words that come to mind when I see a movie here. There’s a bar tucked into the corner of the lobby, a great place to tie one off before catching your film. The screens & sound system are also of excellent quality, I would go for these alone, but the seats are also fully reclining and very comfortable.

You choose the seat when you purchase the ticket. I was little bit worried when only two side seats were available. Turns out they were not too bad at all. I enjoyed the whole movie and wasnt bothered by the angle. Seats in front of you is much lower so you wont be blocked by tall people. Recline and seat warmers are awesome.

Its Great And The Seats Are Even Cooler

New reclining seats with heat if wanted. Full theater when we went front row, great view. They have a cocktail bar for the adults. The Christmas tree was beautiful.

Great seats and movie quality. However, not much to do in the plaza itself. If you really want to see movie, this is the place.

AMC is always a good place to watch the latest movies. We always go to AMC Fullerton bc dine in theatres are so convenient but recently, we have been going to this one and it totally does not disappoint. We always get good service from AMC. Plus, there are lots of good restaurants at the District to check out before or after the movie.

One of the quietest, cleanest and up-to-date theatres Ive been to. Perfect place to see a movie and enjoy it without the disruptions that have deterred myself from opening-weekends.

Very nice AMC theater location. I wish that we had more of them in Orange County, California. This one has heated seats which I never saw before. It also has a Elvis Pinball machine, Mrs Pac man and a bar

Experience movie with dolby technology which is very nice.

This is an upgraded theater where all seats are heated recliners. In addition, they have 2 premium theaters (Dolby Cinema & Prime AMC). These have upgraded sound systems as well as picture quality. Its definitely worth it to see movies in those theaters.

Very nice and relaxing to watch movies they have recliners is very cold inside but you can take a sweater or turn on the heat in the seat, theres a bar inside, the snacks are little overpriced but you can sneak some in your purse I love this place very clean if you get tickets on line you dont have to make a line Tuesday is $5.00 only and theres Costco target and many different restaurants check it out.

Went there for the first time last weekend and loved the place! Wont miss any favorite shows from now on!The morning shows are only $7.3 the matinees are $10.5. Seats are SUPER comfy! Booking online in advance is a good idea because the I found the place quite popular. We watched the Lion King. The hall was full of kids and they were comfortable in the hall.

Great seats plus AMC Stubbs is an amazing deal. Ability to pick seats on app weeks and sometime months ahead virtually guarantee best seats.

Really nice, clean, and elegant theater. Staff and establishment was very nice and accommodating. Definitely love the setup of the concession stand and self serve options. Theater was very clean. Seats are very comfortable as they are powered reclining chairs with optional heating settings. Bathrooms were well maintained and fresh smelling. Theater screen was well sized and speakers were not too much but just the right amount of ample sound. Definitely love the surrounding shops/restaurants nearby plus seating area right outside of theater to enjoy before or after a movie showing. Highly recommend the theater if you want an exceptional experience. Thank You AMC Tustin 14 @ The District.

My favorite place

Great as usual. I love using AMC A-List because I can see a lot of movies for 1 monthly fee.

If you’re looking for a place to relax and watch a movie AMC at the district is perfect, they also offer luxury seating

AMC have great screens and chairs. Our movie theater was a bit cold but they have great standard Shane it comes to maintenance.

Food and drinks served to your seat. Full bar. Heated recliners, clean. Courteous staff and close parking.

Grest place, very clean organized and heat seats are very comfortable, it was my first time, and Ill definitely coming back.I love it and is a plus w all the restaurants around the movie theater AMC.

One of the best OC theaters I’ve been to. Snacks and tickets, however, are pricier than other movie theaters. But with that ticket price you get comfortable reclining and heated seats, which other places don’t offer.

Love seating and proximity to home. Never comfortable with concession pricing!! Cost for food and drinks should be 50% less to enhance movie experience...just not worth it!!!

High prices! Theater is comfy but not a lot of seats means you have to sit right below the screen. Using the stubs site gets you a choice earlier but they charge you for using theor app . Why bother?

Best movie hall in Irvine, recliners, heated seats, food delivery at seat. Love this place!!

As you see from my other reviews Im kind of picky. This theater earns the five star because lots of parking, they have enough people working to keep the line moving, staff is very friendly to me thats what makes it 5* star instead of 4 the theater is very clean and well-maintained. Great quality In every aspect.

Customer Service #1I want to give a shout out to Ryan Mendoza! Ryan not only answered my questions, He gave me a tour of the theaters so I could make an informed decision when I was considering buying the A-List Pass. Thanks, Ryan, for your great customer service. I am now an A-List pass holder.

I have posted about this movie theater in the past, and I really like the AMC theater because of its closed caption device. It seems to work better than the one that you will find cinemas. This is a very large theater, and has multiple screens, so you can find the movie want to see at various times. the staff is young, but they are trying to be responsive to the needs of the customers. This is my favorite theater.

My favorite theater in town. They have lost of show times for the big movies so I’m always to get tickets even last minute. It can get crowded at times but they have reserved seating so find good seats is pretty easy if you buy your tickets ahead of time. A big plus is that there is many restaurants in the same shopping center so it’s nice when you want to grab some food after. 5 stars for this theater.

As per usual the overall experience was very nice. I enjoy this theater because as an A-List member it is easy to reserve seats in advance which helps make it a more relaeffed venture. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. The restrooms are always clean and neat. Parking can be an issue for those of us who are physically challenged so Saturday evening is best avoided if possible, still the experience may make the extra effort worth it.

The theatre is great, clean, and the service service is efficient. No complaints. Additionally, generally speaking, the company of your fellow movie goers is good, and what I mean by that is, theres no riff raff and what I mean by that is, Its not Orange, its Tustin, enjoy your movie!

Is a good theater very clean was there with my family watching movie sonic and have fun.

Very clean and calm theater. I highly recommend it.

Great seats, they recline and warm you up if youre cold. Good location near restaurants and shops.

Nice to chill out and kick your feet up to watch movies

Hi, I was there watching “The Fast & Furious “and happened that I lost my phone not sure if left in my car or in the theater.... I was about to drive away without my phone but I decided to comeback to ask help from any staffs. So, I went back in ask for help and that one of your honest & trusted staff “ Karen” struggling to find it.... fortunately done a very good job! Thanks you very much Cinema 14 Tustin!

Wow. I love this theater. It had the reclining seats and walls in between so you cant even see the person in front of you or behind you. Very comfortable. I saw Ad Astra which was an extra stellar movie.

All I can say is their heated recliner seats are the best. I drive 20 mins to come here just for those!!

I enjoy seeing movies at The AMC Tustin because the theaters are clean with comfortable reclining seats. The projection and sound quality were both excellent. I saw They Shall Never Grow Old, a documentary film directed by Peter Jackson. Its an interesting film that uses 100 year-old World War I movies. A great deal of technology, creativity and care had give into making this movie.

TLDR; AMC has the best theaters because of their superior projector and audio technology. Always see your movies here. This is by far thee best theater Ive ever been to. AMCs newer theaters are for the people who love going to see movies frequently. The Dolby Atmos audio is a game changer. Even their projector technology is better since it shines less light and keeps the room darker as well as a better contrast ratio. Darks are darker and colours are brighter and more detailed on the screen. Lets not forget to mention their comfortable recliner seats... That are also heated (depending on which theater). If you havent gone here yet, please do. I signed up for the AMC A-lister subscription because of how good this theater is. Also, take advantage of the AMC app. It makes the experience even better. As for the staff, havent had any problems and they have always been friendly. Bathrooms are always clean as well. Good job, guys. You get me in the door three times a week

I really enjoy going to the movies here! I sometimes forget how lovely the easy chairs feel. ️ Dont forget to have your legs up. The button on the right, inside of the arm will adjust your chair. The chair is quite comfortable. Customers are very respectful at this theater, no talking or phones ringing. Employees are very helpful. I appreciate this theater!

Great place...great prices...love the seating

Tiny but gets the job done. They might want to consider convert their prime to Dolby though. So they will have two Dolby to make up for not having an IMAX, which frankly is inferior to the Dolby at this point.

Great selection of restaurants, nice outdoor seating areas.

Whoa. The owner spent a lot of time and money on the theaters here and it shows. Nice, reclining seats in the two theaters I went to; DOLBY theater availability and a bar as well. This AMC really took to heart all the updates needed and it shows in spades. The movie quality is great along with the sound. The seats are super comfy. Even the crowds so far have been all good. Movie theater competition marches on!

My first time at a special event at the AMC Theater chain. I saw the live HD performance of Turandot from the MET in New York! It was wonderful! My first time at the Opera! Well worth it! Now I want to see it Live at the MET!

Clean, very well maintained theatre, one of the best AMCs Ive been too

Great movie theater experience with no complaints. The reclining heated seats are awesome.

This movie theater is my go to for the movies. Love the atmosphere and all screens have recline seats. Very clean and helpful staff. I highly recommend.

These movie theathers are so clean and the sound system is so crisp. And the reclining seats are heated!! I am sold.

Love the bar and the reclining chairs with the heat setting.

Love this place seats are very nice and quality of movies are also great, the only thing is that it is more expensive than most places. But if you are looking for comfort then this is the place to go to!

Snubs members and a great deal @ 3 movies per week (we’re heavy movie goers) nice leather reclining seats and greeters always have a good attitude. Good movie selection (watch out for 60th Anniversary Twilight Zone Thursday 14th October @ 7:00pm ) it’s our local now or AMC Fullerton if you prefer seated Dining whilst watching your

Plenty of parking and always clean and comfortable seating. Safe area even late at night.

If you like to go to the movies you will love this place. Heated reclining seats. Im an A-lister..lines for food very fast..Popcorn I find to be pretty fresh. Buy the kids pack small popcorn drink and fruit snack 7.09...A a-lister reward 5 bucks off comes to like 2.14 with tax. I go by myself alot. So I enjoy the extra comforts.

Seats are really modern but Im too fat for the buttons. My hips turned the heat on and was putting the seat up and down until I sat on one hip. Please change the design and put the buttons back on the top. Maybe waterproof so if someone spills their drink it wont mess up the chair. Other than that it was enjoying.

Nice place to visit (shopping area) and the theater was very nice and clean.

Nice n Clean!

Quick service and friendly staff; theater is kept very organized and clean

Superb as always!

Purchased my tickets online wasnt to happy about the last minute $8 convince few but glad I didnt have to wait in line got 2 large sodas a reg popcorn and pretzel cinnamon bites and spent $42 loved the reclining hair which happens to be heated lots of leg room could have been colder

Very friendly staff and very comfortable reclining chairs with heat but first couple minutes of heat very comfortable but then it gets too hot to the point to turn it off not to burn and did try the lower temperature but it was same hi heat. Paid for small bottle of water almost $5.00 Parking was easy to find the spot and was free. There was live music in front playing and was very nice family friendly atmosphere with comfortable chairs and fireplace and variety of restaurants around to sit and dine or grab bite all withing few steps from theater.Totally recommend it will make your weekend a fun day trip to shop and dine and watch movie or to just play @ bowling alley.

All reclining seats. Love that all the drinks are self serve. Dont have to stand in line for refills.

Clean theater. Lounge seats with heaters!! I can’t help but fall asleep when I watch a movie here. All the seats recline. The parking can get bad near the theater, but I tend to avoid peak times and days. Probably my favorite theater because it’s not particularly crowded on the weekday

Love this theater! Lots of screens and if you come early the crowds are smaller. The theaters are clean and comfy. The Dolby and Prime theaters are amazing! Youve gotta try them out on the next big Blockbuster release.

Love the lounge chairs here!!! Dolby is pretty good too!

This theater is great! All seats are power recliner. Dolby sound from Dolby Premier awesome that rumbles the seats. If your watch action movies with a lot of boom you can actually feels the impacts. Also around the theater they have many restaurants and shops.

Good theater, seating and screen size not as big as Orange, but still worth going if youre close by. Facilities and seats are clean and well maintained. Parking varies on how busy the mall is.

A good quality Cinema. The location is perfect for dinner and movie. The only major issue is parking. It is equipped with Dolby Cinema experience.

Easy park access if you know where to park. So you dont have to walk through as many stores to get to the theater.

Such a NICE, CLEAN, MODERN theater... beautiful comfy recliners, clean concessions and bar. It makes me realize even more how CRAPPPPPY our AMC Houston at hwy 45/Beltway 8 is!!! AMC seriously you have not updated this massive theater for at least 20 years.

Screens look great. Sound system is excellent

Amazing seats cheap prices.

My go to place for Tuesday deals. First one movies but get their early on their deal days as parking is horrible. You can even order your food ahead of time and they will bring it to your seat.

This is my go-to theatre. Always fast getting in and since Im an A-List member I get to go through the priority line so theres almost always no wait time for popcorn. Every theatre has reclining, heated seats and feels like a premium experience no matter which showing Im in.

I used to only go to Regal Cinemas until the A List pass was release. Now Im a huge AMC fan and this is my home AMC theater. I love how all of the screens have reclining seats. It truly makes a better movie watching experience. My only gripe is how the Prime seats dont recline as far back as the standard recliners. I enjoy being in the Prime theater, but am never as comfortable.

Love the recliner seats and being able to reserve seats in advance. As a side note, AMC A-List is totally worth it!

Comfortable Seats and they was respectful of my service dog.

Its a nice clean theater. Very nice staff. Good beer selection at McGuffins.
