Caleb is great with customers. They have great wings, much better than pizza places. Superb social distancing and mask practices throughout the establishment. When games have issues employees assist quickly.

Had my granddaughters birthday here, we all had a blast!! They provide everything but the cake, ice cream and guests! The kids really enjoyed the pizza and game time. Kyleigh had a blast in the ticket booth!!

The wings were excellent!! The pizza was alright. Other then that the party great and great service. I will recommend any kidsnor adults to go to Chuck E. Cheese.

The girl at the register needed to A. Get off her phone while in front of customers and B. Be retained on her job. Zainya however was very helpful despite having to do her job and the girl at the registers

I took my 2 year old for his birthday and will not be returning. The staff at the counter were rude. There were no tickets in some of the machines. Multiple ski ball games were missing all balls. Some of the machines didnt even work but would take your tokens. There were kids crawling on the game machines and no staff on the floor to monitor or enforce the rules. It was chaotic and clearly no one working there cared. The pizza was the only thing that was good.

It was awesome. My daughter had a blast playing and the pizza we ordered was really good. I appreciated that they marked us when we came in, and then double checked that we all had matching marks when we left. It gave me piece of mind to know they were looking out for the safety of the kids.

Grandson (3) had lots of fun. Chuck E. made an appearance for photos. Pizza pretty tasty. Front entrance staff member pleasant, helpful. Employee at check-in for food & games dutifully did her job. Smile sweetie it doesnt cost you anything. Overall a good visit, the grandchild was happy..thats what counts.

We have always liked Chuck E Cheese, even back when I was younger and now our kids love it. The last few times we went to the Tuscaloosa location many of the machines simply dont work or they dont despense tickets. We went today and several of the machines were still broken that were broken several weeks ago. It wasnt just one or two machines. Many of them either dont work at all or have something wrong with them. If they would keep the machines working it would be a good place.

So crowded with driving age teenagers who I assume are friends with employees that its uncomfortable to be there with your 3 yr old. Employees act like they shouldnt have to help you, unless youre a friend then you get the machines rigged to spit out 100s of tickets for a single game... witnessed this myself. Petty, I know but aggravating when it seems like a great injustice for me to ask for some red pepper. But the pizza was decent and the games that worked, my daughter enjoyed.

So frustrated. We have to drive an hour and a half to reach a chuckecheese in two different locations. This chuckecheese is not honoring the tokens that we got from the other chuckecheese. After explaining to the manager that we drove an hour and a half there was still no compensation. The children are here and are very excited, but cannot play. I guess the weekly chuckecheese trips are gone for us. It would have been nice to have at least one comp. But no, not here.

Recently visited this location with my children and nephews. We had a ton of fun. An employee named Jasmine introduced herself to us as we sat down. She handled any questions we had and was great to help the kids figure out the games and answer any questions.

Food is way over priced. Plenty of games, but no play ground area.Being from St. Louis, our Chuck E. Cheeses had actual play areas, like fast food places. It was great as a kid! This one has plenty of games for kids ages 5-10 can enjoy, just no playground. Keep this in mind when you walk in and see 30+ sugar grazed children running around from one game to another.Also, keep track of your kids play cards. If another kid takes your little ones card, tell a staff member immediately and theyll get your child a new one.

My daughter had her first birthday party here, and we’ve come several other times. Despite the fact that there are kids running around everywhere, it’s always clean. Prices are reasonable. No matter what day/time you come the food is amazing and customer service is always awesome.

My 2 year old daughter is addicted to this place!!! She wants to visit every single day, lol!!! The service is extraordinary, the food is sooooo good, and the atmosphere is exciting!!!! My family and I love Chuck E. Cheeses!!!!!!

Great place to take the kids for a family event! Lots of new updated arcade games, although a little over crowded at times.

Weve been here many times for birthday parties. The pizza, while not the best in town, is fine, especially for kids, but, lets face it, you come here for the games. Im glad they changed from a credit system to a time system where, instead of placing credits on a game card, they place a certain amount of time, which can be paused once during your visit.

Only one person at front selling food and passes. Long lines. Two pass machines were not working as usual. Will NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Its a great place to take your kids to. Clean, safe, kid friendly language and almost impossible to loose sight of your child. On the negative side of things its really expensive but hey what isnt expensive now a days. Overall a great place.

It was on a Saturday and it was really crowded but t was still fun for the kids and games didnt have long wait lines. But the weekday its slower paced perfect for toddlers to get arpund
