My intentions weren’t to participate with my son. I originally came here so that my son could enjoy himself but however had to pay just so I could monitor him and make sure he didn’t get in the way of the big kids jumping around. I was told by the owner I had to pay if I wanted to watch my son from a closer distance. The designated sitting area wasn’t great for moms who wants to monitor there little one’s much closer. The place is over priced! I paid full price but my son didn’t get a full experience because one side of the trampoline area was closed. I brought this to the owner attention and was told that due to COVID they weren’t allowed to open it. What doesn’t make sense to me is that they allow the kids to touch all over the balls and throw them at each other so what’s the difference? If I couldn’t get a full experience I shouldn’t have to pay the full price. I also had a problem with the shoes stand. My opinion is the facility makes enough money they should be able to provide lockers so items can be kept safe! The only reason I am rating 2 stars is because my son seemed to enjoy himself over all.

We booked my daughter’s birthday party from 2-4 on Saturday, January 25. I called to confirm that we could come set up at 1:45 the week before. We got there & we’re told we couldn’t get in the room to SET UP until 3:30. Al of our guests are here- standing awkwardly around the carts of our party supplies. NEVER AGAIN will we come here again!!!! Do NOT HAVE A PARTY HERE!!!!

Great place for birthdays,private events or just good family time. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

My daughter loves this place and always has a great time here. I love the waiting/seating area upstairs for parents/adults. You can oversee the entire play area and relax on your phone or watch one of numerous TVs while your kids are playing. The only thing I would suggest is some free WiFi

Nice place. Very crowded and busy hard for little kids to play without getting hurt.

Nice family owned establishment. Smells like feet, but the kiddos love it. My grandson jumps and them hes ready for a nap. Prices are kind of steep for a hour jump, but they know people will pay for what their kids want.

My kids LOVED IT! So much fun! Only thing that could have been better is the sign-in process didnt flow very smoothly. I did it online, then they couldnt find it at the front desk, so I had to start doing another one before they found the one I did online. Still 5 stars, though, staff was friendly even with the hiccup, place was clean, and my kids had zero complaints.

This is a great place to take your kids and just wear them out. Highly suggest if you want a good nights sleep,or to get them to nap during the day. Place was clean and the staff was beyond helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!

Took the grandkids great place for them play and let out a lot of energy

So much fun. I was worried my 2 year old was too small to play here but since friend wanted to go so we tried it out. The staff was amazing. They made sure bigger kids stayed out of the area we were jumping in and my little guy had a blast. The basketball goal even lowers down low enough for him to play which was great since hes obsessed and must play anytime he sees a goal!The price seems a little high at $15 an hour but we try to go on Tuesdays now since you get 2 hours for the price of one!Just a warning, the form pit is really hard to get out of so dont jump too far out unless you want a real workout!

Our church Zion Assembly Church of God had a back to school bash at this facility for our youth before school started back. What can I say other than absolutely perfect. First of all, it was very organized from the first call setting this event up with great information and ability to answer all questions. When we arrived, it was right on point, jump time started 2 minutes before and we had 33 people. As the kids and adults got geared up, everything was in order with private rooms and even them supplying socks. What I noticed the most about all of this is how the staff was very professional and passionate about their job. You could tell they were trained and that management had a very tight ship. The staff that helped the kids with the obstacle course went above and beyond to be sure the kids had a great time. They were the best of all even though no one was bad. This was probly one of the best ran businesses Ive seen in a long time as I do a lot of business so know the field. I thank you upsurge for a job well done. Zion Assembly will be BACK.

Very Nice And Worth Spending Time With the Kids

I can’t say enough about the staff. The cashier was very pleasant and ALL the guys in the back were awesome. They had all 7 boys in my group laughing before they even jumped. Then, they spent time playing with them, throwing them in the foam and one even offered to take a group picture of the boys for me bc he knew he could get a better shot. They are all smiling and laughing with my boys and made it so much more fun! #givethemraises #kudos #thankyou

The staff here is A-mazing! They are so kind and welcoming to my kiddos. The facility is clean and bright and my kids always have a wonderful time burning lots of energy!

Was not bad the girls had a good time at the upsurge after dark. They do need to put a rule in place that your pants have to be pulled up around your waist, and it needs to be enforced.

Very fun experience. The staff have always been kind and helpful at sign in. I’ve always gone in a large group for a scheduled time period and the way UpSurge handles those is great! I think it’s very smart that they try to have you sign the waiver before you even arrive.

Upsurge is so fun! they are so organized! their jumping space is very large and they have long tramps where you can tumble! the dodgeball is very fun too!

My teen boys had a good time

We have had several birthday parties here and the kids love it. The staff is always very nice. We bring our own cake and pizzas, they supply the drinks, cups and plates. The party rooms are very small, good thing the kids dont want to stay in there long, they want to jump as long as possible :)

Great place for kids. But it could get expensive if you have more than 1 child. They charge $15 per hr!

This is the closest trampoline park my family has access to, and although we have to drive an hour there, it was worth it. Our children had a blast here and didnt want to leave when our time was up. Staff was friendly and helpful, and prices were right.

Super fun but watch out for the kids! Youll be midair and a tiny-human will bolt across the room and stand beneath you like an insurance scam artist!The facility is awesome, though. The staff are really nice and understanding. The obstacle course was my favorite!Its a great date night!

Horrible experience.... owner was rude and disrespectful. My 7 month old was not paid for, a 7 month old who can’t walk! And she basically told us to leave because he wasn’t paid for... after paying excess of $50 for my other two kids for an hour with refreshments and socks.... will never come back. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE BETTER!!!

Young teenagers working it and act more like they are there hanging out with there friends rather than working and were quite rude. While we were there a pair of shoes were stolen and they acted like they could care less. The building could have definitely been cleaner. Will definitely drive to Birmingham to go to airwalk before going back here.

We have brought the kids here a few times already. Never a bad experience. I like that I can jump or I can walk around the areas to watch.

Too many kids it was packed. And they make you buy the socks. And dont expect them to answer the phone to ask questions. They might as well not have a phone, and the web site is horrid. No details on anything, you have to get all the way through the pay process to see how much it costs.

Very good choice for a childs birthday party. Maybe a bit expensive, but the party rooms are great and they provide drinks. Kids leave happy and tired, even as old as 14!

One of the employees were very rude not friendly at all. Paid 56 dollars for both my boys one got sick immediately after being there he didnt even jump 30 mins out of the 2hours we paid for. Went to front desk and asked about a refund she said they dont do them but she will text owner to see what can be done. We suggested a t-shirt would be fine since he didnt jump she said she would get back with us never heard anything else from her. Attitude was terrible and Im sure shes the one everyone else is talking about on these reviews its very obvious. Not sure if I will be returning wasnt worth the money we spent and one child didnt even jumo

Honestly love this place and its super fun. Although my past experiences could have been better. I go almost every month and everytime there is a little girl (shes the owners kid) she is extremely rude, hogging all the trampolines and yelling at everyone to get out of her way. Upsurge would be much more enjoyable without this little red hed demanding child. Thanks.

One employee in particular was very rude to the parents in our group. I didnt get her name but she was there the 3 times we have gone. All of the employees are teenagers. That in and of itself is great but they were all congregated together hanging out while everything was going on around them. Considering they kicked the parents off the floor since we had small children who were too young to jump because they didnt pay, then they should have been paying better attention to the children. Everything could have been handled much more professionally. Not too mention the drama other parents were dealing with while we were there, including stolen items. It will be a long time before we go back if we do.

First n last time. Some workers wasnt so friendly for this to b a friendly environment. It was my youngest bday, so we take the kids well we did the 2 hours for 25 well about 30 minutes, my oldest who wasnt feeling that f good anyway, got sick so I go ask for some of the money back, its we dont do refunds, well can I at least get a T-shirt, cause Ive honestly dont paid for it if hes sick n not jumping anymore, well supposedly she was going to text n ask owner n get with me, but never heard r saw anything r anyone.... Poor customer service....

First time we went here (5 adults, 2 children) it was amazing! Super fun very relaxed and not over crowded. 5 star loved it!Now, the second time we went (8 adults, 5 children) it was awful! Super strict, no running at all even on the long trampolines meant to run on when no one else is on it. Couldnt jump into the foam pit with my own 3 year old. No wall running at all even on the slanted padded parts. Only one peraon per trampoline, period (which is awful when you have 2 three years olds there and a 4 year old who dont want to jump by themselves) will never go back! And i can understand when there is a lot of people but we were literally the only 13 people there outside of employees.

Very fun and exciting for the kids. There was a ton of ppl when we visited on a Saturday evening but everyone was pretty cool about giving one another space to bounce freely. I like the padding in between trampoline squares. Multiple activities to keep you busy ( gladiator fall pit activity,dodge ball,slam dunk line, mini Ninja warrior obstacle course, foam diving pit) my little one loved it. Parents this a warning to you...It will wear you out!!! Great fun though!!! Expect to purchase dinks if you get thirsty.

First time letting my boys go here was tonight. They charge $25 for 2 hours. Pretty expensive to have poor security for the kids shoes. My sons brand new Jordans that he received for his birthday on yesterday walked clean out the facility and no one knows what happened! Then the security camera points at the back of the cubby that holds the shoes instead of the front. The staff was very nonchalant and said they looked at the cameras but never seen anyone go to the cubby and get the shoes. I was told I couldnt see the video! I asked for the owners contact information and I was told that she was out of town doing a grand opening for another spot in Decatur! I am very disappointed in not only my childs shoes being stolen but the fact that there was a lack of concern! We will not be back, I will not refer this plave to anyone, I will be making every person possible that I know aware of this incident, and I hope you all do something to better your services! Supersjate has better security of the shoes and they only charge $10 for 4 hours! I am disgusted with my experience. If I could rate you all -10 with no stars I would! I work too hard as a parent for you all to be so negligent with your services!

My future nephew had a birthday party here and it was way too small of an area to party in.It was not in fancy trampoline park.

Fun place with lots of things to do. Smaller than a lot of trampoline parks, but a great value for the price.

A little on the high side, no special pricing for young children but it is a lot of fun!

I think the admission price for a place like this is a little steep, but its well maintained, clean, and enjoyable for the kids.Our children really enjoyed the Ninja Warrior obstacle course and could have spent hours on that section alone.
