I will NEVER come back. The staff were wonderful. Very informative and helpful so nothing against them. I get adding a few bucks for convince prices but to MORE than double the price is ridiculous. Waiting two or three days is better than being robbed. If I hadnt broken both of my wrist I would have been able to look this up in store and would have walked out.

Great customer service and friendly and knowledgeable staff. The staff helped me make informed purchases and did not make me feel uncomfortable considering it was the first visit Ive ever made there. The staff let me try out different lubes and gave their own personal opinions and experiences to help. Super fun and clean place. Would recommend and would definitely come back! (:

I’m on vacation and decided to visit this adult store. I was excited to see the selection because they have a great website. The owner really needs work on hiring employees that are capable of selling products. The two young ladies were so rude it matched their awful appearance. The rudeness sent me straight out the door. I didn’t feel comfortable shopping here. In this store one may require assistance. I don’t expect workers like this to be able to help me.

They have some great tasting lube.

The staff on duty was ridiculously unprofessional. Ive never been treated so rudely in all my life. Im a Veteran, and I was completely insulted by your staff. They were talking about politics and how the President should be assasinated. Really? Im all for freedom of speech, howevert the workplace isnt the time or place for such a discussion. People were visibly offended and they just got louder.

Wide variety, most employees know there stuff. This one chic she knew her stuff which I appreciate because with all they have to offer you gone want to ask some questions. New stuff coming in but its gone hit your pockets up real talk. Enjoyed the information giving and allot to see.

Such amazing girls work here they all wanted to help and they made me very comfortable when discussing the things I wanted. Very nice place to shop for these things

High prices, but the customer service is good

I bought some gifts yesterday for my friend who is about to get married. One of the items has a dead bug inside of the item. I called the store and they said to take a picture and send to the manufacturer.
