This museum is run on volunteer work and money donations and membership fees from the community. It is free to walk through the museum. All the items in the various exhibits have been donated or acquired from people in the community through the years and they represent Turlock and its history. Currently the Historical Society is working to rotate exhibits quarterly. Please come to beautiful downtown Turlock and see a piece of a wonderful Californian history!

Staffed by docents, the Turlock Historical societys museum has lots of cool stuff theyve collected over the years that you can walk around and see. They also sell booklets about Turlock, including one thats called Historic Walking Tour that you can use to identify a lot of the historic buildings downtown.
