I have a good time every time I visited this place. My kids had a Blast, and I cant lie us grownups had a Blast too playing arcade games. The pizza was soo good, and the fruit punch was my favorite drink. Highly recommended its Fun for the Whole Family!!!

My oldest is 14 and youngest is 10 they all picked here instead of bowling. I dont get it but that must say something. Great pizza

This one was a little bit better, I got a gift card that way I can go to a different one but it had tokens but we got almost 5,000 tickets there within like 250 tokens, That is the score we have to beat

This was my sons and I first time going here. I always turned down the opportunity to go but we finally went. He was so excited. We both enjoyed ourselves. The food was good and customer service was great. I would go back 100 times.

This location is very clean and well maintained but they dont offer the playcards so you have to try to keep up with the tokens along with your toddler lol. It bothers me that they no longer send the coupons in the Sunday paper so it could be more affordable for families as they are very expensive otherwise.

This is one of the best Chuck E. Cheeses we have been to. Well organized, very clean and the service is EXCELLENT! We took our children here to eat lunch after watching Disney On Ice and they had a wonderful time. A preschool was there during our visit and it was still very enjoyable. They had everything sat up really nice for the preschoolers in the party area and the wait for our order was not long at all.

We had a blast! Did my daughters birthday party there the kids had to much fun! The employees has coupons that we could use towards food, drinks, and tokens.

It was a great experience thanks to all the awesome workers in there especially the girl named Kacie. She went above her way to help us told us the best deal to get. She needs to be a manager that is for sure. Me and my wife brought our daughter their for her first birthday. She loved it especially the barney. Me and my wife had fun to we played the coin dozer machine. I would recommend this place to anybody from 1 year old to 99 years old. Keep up the excellent work Chuck E Cheeses crew members and staff!!!

Never will I ever darken the door of this place again. Our party hostess took away all plates before we could have cake. We go ask for more plates and yet again our hostess comes back to our table and is very rude to us for asking for more plates. I ask for a manager and as I am speaking to the manager our hostess tell me I need to shut the f**k up and needless to say that didn’t go over well. They take 40$ off my party and says it will be handled whether it will or not who knows. Very unprofessional and if my child would have been standing beside me during this event I would have done like she asked and jumped behind the counter and took care of it myself! My son didn’t even get to blow out the candles on his cake. She never brought out goodie bags for the kids. Nor did they bring dippin dots like I paid for. Absolutely sickening behavior and ruined my sons birthday party. Yet still cost me 190.00! I will continue to keep a check on this and make sure this person does not get away with this!

It was extremely packed, but expected for a Saturday. Kids enjoyed themselves and the pizza. Salad bar was a mess and kids were reaching over into it for fruit. Toys/prizes stuck out from under table and were easy for kids to grab and go. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Its only one place to bring your kid to blow off steam. Its ok. Its not the most hygienic and I wonder how their food is handled. I expected better for entertainment for kids. Really below expectations.

The employees are great. They always have a smile on there face no matter what. One of the cashiers that was taking my order was dancing, at someones birthday party. The only thing i didnt like was the amount of games at the place. They need more.

Save your time and money. Games were not working properly. Almost every game my child wanted to play was not working. No out of order signs. We found out after it took our tokens. On the plus side the tokens were refunded.

Kids heaven on earth. My great nephew love to go here and play basketball. So we go. But I hate that not all the games work. And you have to find somebody to help you every time the game malfunction. But I do love the security of Chuck E. Cheese, it makes me feel safe...

Very very helpful staff. Our party hosts name was Laprecious and she was fantastic. Chuck E. Cheese definitely makes having a party an ease and fun for people of all ages, including the parents. The prices are reasonable as well.

The kids had a good time, but some of the games were broken or out of order. The floor didnt look like it had been swept in a long time. The staff seemed bored. The salad bar looked good, and the pizza is usually fresh. Its an okay experience, but could be better.

Great place to blow a lot of money on tokens and mediocre pizza. The kids love it though. When we went, the employee that was supposed to wear the Chuck E. Cheese costume didnt show for work and nobody else wanted to wear it. Finally, after many complaints from angry parents, one of the employees finally made it happen. All the skill machines that dispense tickets are rigged and the others pay out so few tickets that your child will be very disappointed when they find out what their meager handful of tickets gets them. Play a little then take your kid to pick out their prize at Wally World because even a talented kid too old for this place needs $50 in tokens to get a prize worth $5 lol.

Great if its early in the morning or you have the whole building rented!! I wouldnt recommend going during peak hours. Your children will be much happier.

More games than usual not accepting tokens, but we still had a good time

Took my children to Chuck E Cheese last week and it was a disappointment. I mean dont get me wrong most the time I really enjoy Chuck E Cheese, but only about half the games worked and of those only about half had tickets in them. It was sad having to see my children want to play games and me having to say, sorry honey that game doesnt work either. We didnt even use all the coins we bought, because we got so disgusted. I will go back to Chuck E Cheese in the near future and update my review.

Took my grand daughter here recently and she had a blast. I think its over priced especially the tickets u have to use to win cheap toys. But enjoyed my grand baby having fun.

We have been here for 2 hours and havent seen one person clean up. We had to clean our own table to sit down. There are more broken games then working games. And lets add to the over half hour wait for pizza and no plates brought to us after we asked twice. What has happened?? Absolutely horrible for a while lot of money.

My family and I went to this location for an early Christmas surprise for our children. The announcement was made that Chuck E was coming out they all got excited as all kids did. Chuck E never made his appearance. I spoke with a manager who told me he was not sure if Chuck E was coming or not. I explained that our children were upset that Chuck E never showed after the announcement. My remark was ignored. The group here with a reserved party did not get to see Chuck E as well. Please do not announce somthhing for children if it is not going to happen. Very disappointed.

The kids had a great time.Downside, every time we go they have multiple things out of order. .. this time even the play area with the slide was out of order. .

A large majority of the games do not work and although a few say that they are not in service, most just take your token. Kids love it, i dont. Wish it was more up to date...needs a remodel.

Very poor quality service! The young manager stood around tapping on the counter looking at us for 10 minutes till one of the employees finally came from the back to open up the velvet ropes n Stamp us. Then recieving the food, the order was messed up. They attempted to bring out the rest of the order of wings and still was off. Checking out the management doing nothing and not instructing the employees to help us, we waiting another 10 min till someone from my family spoke up. No one offered any discounts even acknowledged our poor service. I will take my business else where in tupleo next time.

Booked 6 kids and they seated for 12 and 4 pizzas instead of 2 were served and tried to charge us for their screw up.. but manager finally seen it was a staff screw up and not ours

The absolute worst one Ive ever been to. Everything either takes your coins or doesnt give you your tickets. Absolutely filthy. None of the ticket counters even worked. Dont even get me started on the workers. Youre WAY better off driving to Memphis and going to the Incredible Pizza Co.

This place is the worst. Booked a party for 3 kids and had to pay for 4. Okay..no problem. The hostess came by our table and confirmed everything before the party started. FOUR kids....FOUR. She came back by and asked if we were ready for them to cook the pizza. Four GUEST kids hadnt arrived yet so we said give us 10 more minutes.They brought 2 pizzas out and a stale cake. Kids couldnt play the games because if they werent broken they were occupied by adults. They brought the bill before presents were even opened. They had charged for the four GUEST kids. Their mistake....guess who had to pay for it anyway? Yep....me. There was no reasoning with the manager at all. I would have paid for the extra pizza but that was not an option. One greasy, mediocre pizza and 4 paper cups cost me 60.00. Never again will make the mistake of goung there nor will I recommend it to anyone else...quite the contrary. They should also change their name. Suck E Cheese would be more appropriate.

I love Chuck E Cheese. We use to go 3-4 times a month in EP. Upgrade and fix these machines. I was not impressed, the young lady was very nice and she made up for the lack of everything I found wrong with this place.

They need more help, when they know parties are going on. CHUCKIE NEED TO BE MORE BETTER WITH THE CHILDREN.

There was a bug in my drink and it seemed as though the pieces of pizza were from different pizzas they didn’t line up.
