Solid escape room setups for a reasonable price. The rooms seem to be more challenging than some other places. You really have to work at the puzzles, but its more rewarding!
This was my first time in an escape room and it was a great experience!!! We did the asylum room which had a lot of locks and things to reference to get out. It was fun and makes me want to go to more. The place was clean and was well pit together. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The intro video was super super cheesey and might need to be remade but other than that everything was great!!
We went to The Safehouse on a Saturday night. Our party of 3 made a reservation for 10 PM. The place is in an inconspicuous office building, and it was very clean. There were several themes to choose from and each had a different level of difficulty. We did the murder themed room. The back story was good, the clues were good, and the whole experience was great. We will definitely be back to try another room. The only reason I didnt give the place 5 stars is the cost is a little out of line. It cost $78 for our party of 3, which is pricey for an hour of entertainment.
Took our 13 year old for his birthday. It was a lot of fun. He and his friend said they had a blast.
It was our first time to an escape room. The ladies working the front desk were friendly. We watched a short video setting up our escape room. Acting was semi funny. Once we went into the room the fun began. We got off to an incorrect start. We radioed out and got a clue that got us back on track. After that we ran the Gambit and got out of the room.It took us 35 minutes on a medium room with 4 of us. It was fun, but wish it was a little more challenging.Well go back and try the advanced room. I would recommend going here it is laid out well and clues are decipherable. There is help when you need it from a friendly staff, dont be afraid to ask. You cant take pictures inside the room for obvious reasons.
We went through the safe house in 15 minutes. We paid $100 and were very disappointed. We told the staff we were disappointed but they did not do anything about it. There was no storyline, no decorations, and the whole thing was too easy. I do not suggest going here.
Had a fun first time with the family. We did not make through the catacombs but still had fun. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
It was really good except for when we got there, there was one employee and we felt bad for her cause she had to do everything. But by the time we left there were more employees. So I definitely recommend going there it was an amazing room and we escaped.
This is a great place to spend your time and money! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gladly answered all of our questions. The facility and rooms were very clean. Great entertainment and fun at a great price!
There are certainly higher quality escape rooms out there. We did the Abandoned room. The storyline was underdeveloped and unamusing. Several of the steps to get out were up to complete luck rather than problem solving. When we asked for clues, the game master simply gave us the answer rather than guiding us which took away some of the fun. A few crucial props were smudged and unclear. As someone who has done over 20 escape rooms, this unfortunately sits in my bottom 3.
A little lightly staffed for help getting started or clues, etc. The games were well designed and put together. We had a blast.
Worth the trip. We had a blast
Rooms are hard sometimes. Staff is mostly nice but one girl kinda seemed a little rude but other than its a great place to build a team
Took my daughter and 7 of her friends, they had a blast. Love an activity that forces a group of people to work together towards a goal. Cant wait to go again.
Did the cabin today. Had 3 locks that would not open with the right code entered. Tried the codes several times and they would finally open. Please replace some locks. We love escape rooms and have done several
First: make sure you manually plug the address from your confirmation into the gps app youre using. the default on apple maps is the old address.Super fun! myself and 3 friends (age 24-27) did the Cabin room. Great team building experience.Friendly staff and well thought-out room challenges. We finished in ~50 minutes. The first puzzle will likely take the longest but they can all be completed with proper communication. They allow up to 8 people in a room. I would recommend doing them with 4-5 (adults). Otherwise some may have trouble finding something to do as most of the steps are sequential.Great way to test your attention to detail
Very kind and sweet staff, had a lot of fun was amazing
It was our first one and pretty difficult but we loved it.Will certainly be back!
They do not allow photos to be taken - so this review is just boring and unillustrated. I actually visited twice in three days - totally unrelated. My family and I went for my birthday and experienced The Cabin and then I went with a group of co-workers and experienced Asylum. The cabin was definitely challenging and, being our first ever escape room, we needed a couple of hints along the way. It was well thought out and kept us on our toes - and we escaped with only 30 seconds to spare. The Asylum was not as interesting to me - and a couple of their clues simply did not make any sense. We got a lot further along before asking for a hint, but when we received one the employee gave us the wrong information and we wasted about ten minutes chasing down a false lead. Still had fun - but glad I did the Cabin first or I might not have returned. One frustration - I booked a group and one member fell ill. I called early the morning of and was told no refund allowed (I had paid in advance) but that I would get a voucher to return. One month later, 2 requests later and no voucher or refund. When I went with the 2nd group I learned that payment upfront was not even required.... so I feel doubly cheated
It was super difficult to do with my kides with me.
We have escaped all of the rooms they currently have and enjoyed all of them! My favorite is Asylum and my least favorite was either the halloween room or Swan Song both of which I think are being replaced. The staff is very professional! The puzzles were challenging and the rooms were well thought out. I look forward to playing their new rooms and highly recommend Safehouse!
We came, we saw.. we didnt conquer. We came SO close. This was the MOST fun date Ive ever had with my spouse. And since they price per person, a two person date only cost $50. The staff was super awesome as well. Everything about this place rocks. Will TOTALLY visit again, and again.
Fun escape room with amazing staff. Done 3 of the rooms so far and failed once! Difficultly is good and challenging.
Really cool place! We did the Halloween one which was kinda cool for the season, but I would recommend the other rooms instead. Overall a great experience!
Framing awesome experience. Would have been better if we would have won!
It was so much fun! Very clean, well kept facility. Friendly staff and they really go the extra mile with their puzzle rooms.
It was awful .I would never have waisted the money if I knew more about this place .. total waste !!
Visited on more than one occasion. They are always very nice and easy to work with. The rooms are challenging but if you get stuck they are ready with a clue. I even brought a school group. They worked with our schedule and were very patient with my students. Even accommodated our schools payment method.
The workers were 15min late for our appointment. Other than that it was a great experience.
The escape room was fun but the clues were a bit harder than any other room Ive done. It got really hot in the room too, almost unbearable.
We did their new room last night it was fun and pretty tough going to try the other rooms soon
GREAT EXPIERENCE! I went with co-workers and was not excited about this experience but it was great. I cant wait to go with a group of friends!!! Definately will be going back.
Great experience for my first time doing escape room. Staff was friendly and fun!!
Very fun and the staff was very nice and welcoming. Had a small group with me and even while we were loud and goofing around they were still nice. Would highly recommend.
Wow,,family fun night,,good TiMes
Fun, although for $25/person I expected a lot more. The Escape Room Tulsa or Laser Quests escape rooms are much higher quality for the same price. The Safehouse room we tried, Asylum, had decorations that looked mostly like they had come from the dollar store. There was no consistent style in the room and seemed haphazard. The clues were fairly basic and not very clever. A couple clues were interesting & the staff was friendly, although this was not enough to justify the huge price -- maybe $5-10/person would make sense.
Awesome place throughly immersive great family fun
Fun experience with my family. We did the murder mystery and it was really fun. You have a walkie talkie so you get 2 or 3 hints if needed. It was a lot of fun and would definitely like to try some of the harder rooms they have available.
My 13 yr old daughter and her fellow pom captains had a great time!! The young lady working there was very friendly and personable!
Lots of fun
Havent even been here yet but after everything theyve done to accommodate me and my friends, they deserve it!!! Cant wait to actually do the room!
Groupon had a great deal for a group of five for 66 dollars. My daughter, her best friend, little sister, and her best friend’s mom joined us for a girls day. We went to the homicide room and were surprised to find that there was no movie direction on a back story. We started our adventure and the first clue we got wasn’t used until the end. The clues gave no direction and and nothing was in any particular order. Two of the locks didn’t function even after being done correctly several times. After 15 minutes of being stuck we asked for a clue and found that the code we were using in the box was correct, but the lock wasn’t working properly. This was not the only lock in the room that didn’t work. When the worker came into the room as time was up we got the code and the boxes unlocked. For the amount of money you have to pay to do this the equipment should work, and when it doesn’t there should be some compensation other than the words I am sorry. I will not be returning to the safe house, and I will never recommend anyone use this particular escape room.
Very fun experience! Highly recommend!!
Really fun escape rooms. No wow factors, but the rooms were plain, simple, and well made. Feels like playing a real life video game.
Had a blast
This was our first experience with an escape room and we had a great time. It was date night so it was just my husband and I, and we managed to figure it out with some time left over.
Going to the SafeHouse was part of our office holiday party. It was the highlight of our event. The staff was great!
I have been here several times now and loved it each time. They are very creative with the clues and hints. I like that the rooms are a challenge and not designed in a way that every wins. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. You can also get a tshirt with the logo on it which I liked.
Very fun. We had 8 people in our group. I recommend taking the maximum number of people (8) because when you get stumped there is someone else to take off on a clue. It was also fun to see how different people solved problems. Just good, clean fun.
Fun way to spend a Friday night! Challenging rooms that are a lot of fun. The staff was helpful and kind as well.
It was great fun and we had a blast. A lot cleaner and more organized than the other Escape rooms weve been too. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because for a family of 5 its over $100. Thats pretty expensive for an hour of fun. We would go a lot more often if they had discounts for larger groups of four or more.
Fun makes ya mad when u work so hard for the clue u had first few seconds then way later u find out that was it lol but awesome place there nice and had great time will be back!!!
Went with my family and we had great time! The rooms were awesome and challenging and the staff was really great. One of our favorite escape room places.
This was such a great team building activity for myself and coworkers! It gave us all an opportunity to really try and think outside the box! We will definitely be back!
These guys are awesome! They are very nice and our group of 6 had a wonderful time. It definitely helps build some good teamwork skills.Already planning another trip!
Not as advertised. Asked to speak to the owner about the issues we had a woman named Autumn called us back claiming to be the owner. She was very rude and offered no solution to our problem.
Our escape room was one of the hardest ones (the crypt) and I think it was set up pretty well. I think the puzzles could have been a bit more challenging. We managed to escape just in the Knick of time, but if that’s their hardest one I think the easier ones would be just too easy to even be fun.
Safehouse always provides the most amount of fun you can have in an hour. How often can you forget about everything in life and absorb a mystery?!Raven is a fabulous guide and you wont be sorry you came.
Good family experience!! Not too tough not to easy! Enjoyed ourselves, will be back.
Was definitely a fun time. This visit was my first, it was a fun team building exercise for our company.
Fun time! We didnt know what to expect going in, but still had a good time. Watch out the time flies!
This place is too expensive for the quality they are serving. Why go here when you can go to Lasalles and get a bigger, more meat, better quality sandwich for four dollars less?
So much fun. I highly recommend getting a small group together and trying this place out. I cant wait to go back again myself.
Awesome experience. Must check it out
This was the most fun Ive had in a really long time. Brought my wife and her sister from San Francisco, and they had a great time as well. If you like suspenseful thriller movies, this is for you. I felt like I was in one. We will definitely come back to try all of the other rooms. I wish I could give this more stars.
This was one hour of pure fun. We had a group of four and each of us solved different parts of the clues. Great way to spend time with good friends or family.
A Great Family/Work(group building) /Friends get together. My group was comprised of three couples and we had a wonderful experience working together as a group to escape the cabin. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Facilities and the thought that went into the room and the clues were done with precision. It was a wonderful time and I highly recommend this place for a great after dinner group activity or just a great way to get out and do something to enjoy with the family.
Had a really great experience here. The people were extremely friendly, they are open to help you if you get stuck, and the rooms were very fun, and the puzzles were very creative and challenging to solve. We have done 2 of the rooms already, and we will definitely be returning to do the rest.
Best escape rooms in Tulsa, they nail the atmosphere, story, puzzles, and intensity that is expected of a safe room.
Neat place and excellent for team building. The mysteries are more of a game rather than real life clues, but all in all it was fun.
Lots of fun
This place is fantastic. Went for the first time last night and I will be revisiting without a doubt. This was vey fun and entertaining and I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for entertainment for the evening. The lady up front is very courteous and helpful. Great experience and I am looking forward to cracking other rooms.
Great experience. My kids loved it. The hostess helped my kids and very friendly.
Ive been to the Safehouse Twice it is great for a family or friends. Has lots of options for different safehouses and some have a secret room attached. You get locked in the room for an hour and try to find clues to find the code to get the door unlocked. Had a wonderful experience there and I made it out of the second room but not the first. Wonderful service and overall an adequate setup
Fun and challenging experience with the family. We definitely enjoyed the room, even though we didnt get out in time. Best advice is to take notes and keep track of the order of the clues! I anticipate another visit soon.
So much fun! Will go again.
Good escape room. Puzzles were well thought out. We enjoyed it and will be back.
I have done all the rooms in Tulsa and surrounding areas and this place has wonderfully thought out puzzles and a friendly staff. The themes and decor is fairly cheesy but is on my par with the current rooms in the Tulsa area but behind when compared to rooms in other cities. I would suggest anyone to give them a shot and save the crypt for last, it is a difficult room and in my opinion the best one in Tulsa.
Did the Cabin room with 7 friends. We beat in within 40 minutes and it wasnt too hard. Want to go back and do the hard ones.
We had so much fun here. I took my friend for the first time and they really liked it. Will go back
So much fun! We had never been to an escape house before and Autumn was so helpful setting us up. We will definitely be going back!
It was an awesome time! Everyone was very helpful and it was a lot of fun! Gets ya thinkin. Just do it!
Cabin was great!
Great fun here with my kids we really enjoyed it and cant wait to try another room
It was very entertaining I loved it even though it was difficult inside of the games it was still fun to do with other people
Had a fantastic time!!!!! 6 of us. Got a hint. And we figured it out. So much fun
Lots of fun with some never seen before elements.
