Just went in here for the first time and I’ve been to patricias many times in the past I soon as me and my husband walk in clerk demands our IDs ok fine, I said mines in the car, so I will have to get it my husband would’ve went to go get it while we waited did I mention I’m 7 months pregnant and wasn’t walking back out to the car, the clerk rudely said “you have to it to be in here!” Even gave me and my husband a very dirty look. Said well we were going to spend money on here but not now and I told the clerk he didn’t have to be so rude. Owner needs to be informed poor customer service will get you no where. Or maybe have sign saying we check ID at the door!

It would be nice if clerks were at the counter when you walk in. I have had to wait for them to come out of the theatres for them to take my money. Blowing a guy must be more important

Absolutely insanely over priced. Most stuff online was 1/4 the price if not more. They wanted $150.00 bucks for something that even Amazon carries for $24. I get paying a few extra bucks to get in the store that day and go home with it but everything was so much more than anywhere Ive ever seen online or in store.

We spent almost $200 in this store for ONE TOY and the thing never worked! They did not test the toy before we left and were extremely unhelpful. We called about the item and were met with no solution and unable to speak with management. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Was really nervous at first, but the guy at the register was very helpful in helping us find what we needed. The theater was pretty clean. No trash or anything laying around. The people there were really cool. They sat and talked with you like they knew you. Made you feel welcome. Everyone was very very polite. I wouldve rated a 5 star but the older worker after 4am was kindof rude at first, but did evenually warm up some. I definitely recommend going!

Wish we could give this place a better rating, but theyre simply too overpriced on all items - not a little...to the point of gouging customers 2-3x more than suggested retail...compare prices online and other stores before buying anything there. Otherwise shop is nice and well thought out, great staff.

Love this place. It is expensive. But I can only imagine how expensive the rent it for the location. That being said people have to make a living.

This place is pretty cool. The staff is helpful. They do have excellent items for personal use & magazines.Also they do have stock of XXX films on DVD & Blu-ray.But if your looking for a specific movie you have seen.Note: This is the the only place that sales XXX movies in the city.They dont keep up with any of the movie names in their inventory.They just unboxed new stuff they get on delivery.

Would not go there again! The supervisor there was an ass to all the customers in the morning! And price was way to much for the toys! They also have movie theaters that i heard that hade alot of guys descent exposure there! I did not feel safe going in there!!!

It was incredible!!!! It was back in the late 1990s, when the movie theater was open. I had the time of my life.

You can go into one theater suite for $10 or go between all three for $20 (I think). Not a bad place to relieve some stress.
