UPDATE: was contacted today about the incident. I was assured that if we go back and something of this nature happens again it will be taken care of. That says a lot to me about their customer service and care for their establishment.If your kiddo isn’t at least 15 or 16 don’t let him go alone. Older kids bully the smaller kids on the rink and not enough refs to take care of issues. When asked about the ref situation one of them got a complete attitude. Actually said he was scheduled to be on the floor but wasn’t and called my kid a liar. Not a good way to keep people coming back.

I attended the 1-4pm skate session with my son this past Saturday, 02/16th. It was his first time ever being on skates and we absolutely loved it. The staff there were SO incredibly nice to us both. The boys that work the floor there even made my sons day by letting him win the race. He bragged to everyone that he beat the big boys and won a lollipop ring. That meant so much to me. Our first time going a different definitely not out last. Them 5 stars are for the staff!

First time skating in almost 40 years. Had a blast here. So much fun, music was great, lights were great, very sociable people that work here and friendly people skating as well. Me and my family really enjoyed it. We cant wait until next Sunday to go again.

Its a fun place to hang out with your friends buuuttt... it is more for older kids and their is a lot of inappropriate things that happen. The floor has some patches that need work and the skates fall apart a lot. You should probably go watch a movie or something rather than going skating here.

The rink is awesome!! We are working daily to make your experience the best it can be! We will be adding NERF bow and arrow soon! Anxiously awaiting its arrival! Come down and check it out!! Games, great food and music..check out Tennessees largest skating rink!!

Great place! The people are kind and helpful! Especially Katie in the concessions stand, who makes wonderful brownies.

This place is absolute garbage. The owner is some old woman and is extremely rude and hateful. The employees arent helpful at all. It doesnt look like any of these people ever clean either. Theres always trash on the floor. I dont think theyve ever heard of a vacuum. I mean its disgusting.The games are fun which I guess is positive, but when the people and the place are this awful you cant really enjoy anything.

Love this place, everything is pretty cool. Only complaint being is the manager doesn’t need to stoop really low to enforce rules. She needs to be upfront with rules instead of stating personal opinions, we get it.

Well run skating rink...large urethane floor well taken care of...kids are well behaved and controlled and games to keep them occupied and happy are fun for all..very nice rink.

Every one is nice here I would go every weekend if I could. Friday is usually older kids and Sunday is usually younger kids.

I love it i really like how it has a pot for beginners and i also love how u can suggest a song and thy will play it its totally alwsom when you first walk in thers music playing and light going everywhere and its dark and really love how they play games and have a couple skating if u havent gone yet u need to go its really cool u will have the time of your life there try it out if u havent been i know that some of yall havent ever skated before but thats why u got friends and parents and theres a beginners spot to practise theres even walls at the side of the rank where u can push off u will love it i sure did and i hope u will to go there and ave fun.

It looks fun instead of the glow room they should make the ring longer put arcade back to left in glow room more games claws etc

Had a birthday party here,they were nice and the price for a bday party was reasonable.However it was very hot in there.A/C was lacking.So warm the kids were all flushed and complaining they were hot and wanted to go home.

Nice family friendly atmosphere. Associates were helpful and courteous.

The people was nice,but the prizes were cheep.

I love it here! They are super friendly, fun games and also great food! The music are kid friendly on some days. I would definitely recommend people to go skating here.

My son had his 8th birthday there in the glow room. We had an absolute wonderful time. They had trainers to help my son and his friends with skating issues. They were very attentive and made the stress of a birthday party go away and made the process easy, all I had to do was bring cake and ice cream . Rilee had a wonderful time and the football fans loved the game being on to. All of our guest say they had a good day.and great time We will definitely be back.

People were very rude and pushed little girls down .

Very nice, clean and safe . Even have a smaller floor for begginer skaters and their parents.

Our family loves it here! The owners and staff are friendly and helpful, and they really look out for the smaller kids and those new to skating. They do special holiday events--including a lock-in on New Years Eve--and party packages are available if you call in advance. There are also video games and a bounce house if skatings not your thing.Concession prices are reasonable, and they even sell socks if you or a family member forgot yours! (Never take a 3 yr olds word for Did you put your socks on?) If you have a large family or group, whole pizzas and pitchers will save you some $$, and going on Tuesday night will save even more since its currently only $2 per person plus $1 skate rental.I definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Super expensive with the exception on Tuesday night. We and other family members have thrown our kids private birthdays and the experience was horrible. Not worth the money and you have to pay an extra 50.00 on top of the 370.00 for a party if you want to use the 1 bounce house they have. BTW that is only for a 1.5 hr party.
