Perfect for my granddaughters birthday party. Not real clean or kept up, all in all we had fun.

This place is outdated and needs to be relooked into and more money put into as well. Water slides could use an update/renovation. Very pricey for what it is. Adventure park would be better option in Visalia.

The customer service here is the worst Ive ever experienced anywhere I personally will never support again.aside from the fact this place has the oldest games in the world . What happened exactly is an air hockey table and the puck got stuck the guy comes over to fix it wedge sandal with machine fills at The Heirs off open to the coin slot coin Hopper and then closes didnt walks away well for one the machine was off because it took him so long to come fix it bottom line I dont appreciate being chastised over a dollar on a air hockey table these people do bad business I would not go there I wasnt there in the first place on my own anyways on my own Merit it was because my niece had a birthday party there bad choice but in any event you guys go there and see for yourself

Waterslides great place to cool off locally

Had my daughters birthday party here today and I will definitely be having my other daughters party here in August. My only complaint is some of the female life guards seem to be more into talking to each other rather than actually paying attention. Other than that the owner was super nice and the price is reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Been coming here for years and it was always good. now the batting cages have been broken all summer with no time line to fix. no matter what time of day you call, you always get a machine picking up. half the games are broken and it always hot inside. they really need to get things back on track.

The owner of Time Out Pizza & Fun Center might need a time-out herself. This was the first and only bad experience Ive had there; I payed good money (about $70) just to be disrespected and harassed by someone, whom we later found out to be the owner. One would expect hospitality from the business owner of a family fun center to encourage repeat customers, but there was nothing professional about this encounter. There was not one enjoyable aspect, from the noticeable need of maintenance and lack of upkeep to the unhappy employees, and we left soon after we had arrived. As a consumer who works hard for their money, I cannot condone such behavior, and I will never go back. I was refunded, but that experience will never be undone.

Fun place! Great for kids. Food isnt too great, thats why I didnt give a 5 star rating. Other than that, its a great place to have family fun!

I called this establishment on a Thursday to confirm that they would be open. I was told they had 4 water slides and all of them are running. We show up on Friday after school after telling my kids and we are told that they dont run their water slides during the week only on weekends. I had called Time Out Pizza and also checked the website neither of which said anything about that. All the manager would say is that she was sorry. I drove 30 minutes from Porterville and they didnt offer to compensate me in anyway. Would never recommend this place to anyone, it is dirty and run down and their people skills are pitiful. Shaking my head, driving home with a crying 5 year old and a disappointed 8 year old. Way to go Time Out Pizza.

I’ve been coming to this park since I was a little girl and now that I have my own child I have been bringing him since he was a little boy. Never had any problems.This year he wanted to do a birthday party here. I called in May to ask about birthday package prices and spoke to a lady named Carolyn. My first impression of her was that I was annoying her with all my pricing questions. She quoted me $105 for a birthday package that included pizza soda tokens and tables. I made my $25 deposit online and invited the kids for June 22.The day of the party I called in the morning to confirm the reservations and the remaining balance. I’m a single mother with one income So just wanted to make sure everything was set. The same Lady Carolyn answered with the same annoyed attitude. I figured that it was pretty hectic over there and got my remaining balance which was $87 for the birthday package. (Now just a sidenote $105 for two extra large pizzas and 40 tokens with soda is extremely overpriced however I was under the impression that also included the slides). Great deal right...I mean Why would we have a birthday party at a waterslide Park and only eat pizza and not go on the slides? As I was ordering a few extra sides I saw that my balance was $300. I freaked out and asked for a price breakdown. That is when they began to tell me that the reservations do not include the slides. After calling twice I was never informed that there would be an additional fee for the slides. Even when I picked up the wristbands the lady asked if I was doing an all day pass for the kids and I said “yeah isn’t that what in the reservation?” She didn’t say yes and she didn’t say no she just gave me 10 wristbands and charge me $20 per kid plus the $105 birthday reservation.After finally understanding the breakdown I was in tears and had to walk out to get my mind right. She was rude she was mean she told me she didn’t want to hear my “ “story”anymore. And she reduce the price to $12 per kid because I basically said that I refuse to pay the full amount. Her reaction to my frustration was so unprofessional.From what I heard, this older lady has a reputation of being rude. I’m sad because I left the counter with a bad vibes. I’ll be sharing my experience with everyone.

I never eat here, too pricey for the quality of food. The batting cages are good. Excellent value especially for parents. The batting cage attendent is courteous, quick and direct.

They were very rude the litterly almost kicked us out on time out pizza says closes at 9 they told us at 8 rude do not recommend

Pizza was good and plenty of shade coverage from the sun. Lines were not bad for the water slides but children 3 & under cannot ride. Heard several family groups complain about this as their kids were already on the slides before being informed they could not.

The owner is incredibly rude and just plain out mean to the bus drivers that bring hundreds of kids. Does not appreciate the business she gets.
