Great place for kids with lots of energy to burn it off! So much to do! My 20 months has so much fun! Theres enough room so no one is hogging up one stop! I love that fact because he can jump without having to fight the older kids. I was very surprised got well mannered all the kids there was. They let my son cross over the trampoline without fussing and was very Careful when he was around! So impressed! There are lots of activities for kids of all age! There is a rock wall that was pretty awesome that my husband liked!
Great place to take the family. The kids (of all ages) get a chance to enjoy themselves as they jump, swing, fall, flip and run all over the indoor park. If you dont want to participate there are open spaced waiting areas with televisions, so you can watch your loved ones play from a distance or take turns in shifts watching the sporting event on tv.
Great place, even for adults. We met a bunch of family here for the first time, no real planning or reservations, and it went great. Prices are pretty good and folks do a well at staying friendly even when it gets busy. There are plenty of different mini-activities for all the different preferences. Bounce in!
This is great place all and all. We went early in the morning because we have smaller kids. I would recommend showing up with plenty of time before your start time because the line moves slowly. We were there around 1015 and by 11 the lines were very long. The jump socks were actually pretty cute!It was a great experience for the kids and gave them an experience to try something new. It is also fun for parents so be ready to play with your kids!
Miss this place so much. I’d rather go here than to a gym. The ninja course alone is enough for a good workout! A little overpriced, but the experience is worth it. Can’t wait until DEFY is open again.
Great place, awesome people, stingy accounting office. Cheap and grimy. Went to cancel at the front desk and my subscription was never cancelled.I reached out months later after I had noticed Im still getting charged. I paid for months without showing up. After I asked for a refund, they practically said F@#$# off.I emailed [email protected] and Phillip responded. He was too unreasonable to even refund the current month paid for (which was entirely unused).I had to dispute the payment with my bank, and I was nice for only doing that month.Aside for my experience with Phillip, it was nice while it lasted. Ive lost trust for them and wont be returning.
Overall, an excellent place for kids to get active and jump and climb. We hosted a birthday there, and it was easy to work with the team at DEFY to get things set up. There are plenty of options in the area to bring in food and snacks, and the staff was very helpful getting things set up. Typical birthday parties are 1 hr jump time and 45 min party room. I feel like 45 min cuts things a little close for a hungry crowd after an hour of jumping, and would probably like to have a bit more time.
Great place and so much fun for kids and adults.A little harder when its packed, just makes you a little anxious and tense as a parent when they are running around full speed that theyll run into each other for long. The staff is pretty helpful, although its a bummer when the zip line is closed. My kids and I love the trapeze swing and the climbing wall. Love that we can bring our socks from last time and not have to buy new ones every time. Although they are pretty are affordable surprisingly.Been to a few birthday parties there for other friends kids and they were super fun. The party rooms are great.
Great place to take the kids. A little on the pricey side at $18 per child, but adults are free if they want to participate as well. But everyone needs to shell out the $3 per pair of socks. Otherwise there are plenty of seats, couches and spaces for parents to observe or wait. Keep in mind alot of the activities are for older kids since some of the younger children are not tall enough to reach (i.e. zip line) the equipment. There are alot of coaches/employees overseeing everything so its pretty safe as well. There are also plenty of spaces to store items and free lockers for valuables.
5 stars for staff. Very helpful, my kid rolled his ankle jumping and we had at least 4 different employees come help/offer/bring ice packs.1 star for parking! Saturday afternoon and it was a drive around in circles waiting for a spot type thing. WORSE than Christmas parking at the mall.
An excellent way to get out of the house (rain or shine), the kiddos get to have lots of fun while burning off energy. They even have monthly plans where you could go everyday if you would like, and no matter the age, everyone can enjoy themselves. I will look into the monthly specials when we get our vehicle running again. AWESOME PLACE!!!
Awesome place to have you kids and the kid in you to have fun. Bouncing! Eating your birthday or celebration meals.
American Ninja Warrior for kids literally. This is something new considering myself and my children have probably visited every aquarium and Zoo there is between Seattle and Tacoma. Its expensive and I dont know if the website let you know that you have to purchase their $3 socks for your child to play. I happened to catch them on like a black Friday so I got buy one get one half off but I still had to pay $3 for each pair of socks there was no discount on that on top of the $17 dollar hour sessions. do the math, thats $20 per person. Wait times werent too bad I assume because it was later on in the evening so there werent as many kids inside and this place is fairly new so I dont think everybody knows about it yet. Pretty big, lots of different things here to entertain the kids. Caught myself wanting to go jump in the foam pit a couple of times but I stopped myself. wanted to hang off of the bars and fling myself into the foam pit also but stopped myself. I would say there are at least 20 different stations including some sort of dodge ball, A rock climbing wall,a parcour section,a balancing beam you can battle another person on over a foam pit, aerial fun, something similar to a Ninja Warrior obstacle course. Lots of things to definitely keep the kids busy for a while. .expensive considering its only 1 hour for $20 /person. Rainy day fun for sure
They open doors at 9am but youd be lucky to even be jumping by 10. We were the 4th party in line.We have the mid tier membership. We were in line for an hour. Were limited to 1.5 hours of jumping. We were there for 3 but given 1.5 to jump.My son loves this place but there needs to be a better system for checking in. Especially for members who have a card.
What fun! A little pricey but well worth it! 1hr and a half was just enough for me and my wife at 41 and my kids at 5 and 7 years old!A must do!!! Wish they had this when I was a kid!
This was my first time here...and it was EPIC. My 8 and 4 year old daughters had so much fun, there are so many things to do and play on I just wish you could stay longer then an hour, I guess thats as long as you can stay without the membership. When I checked in the kid told me nothing about the sale they had for the winter pass (which I would have bought)
Very cool place for the kids to let some energy out and have lots of fun for a hour and a half . Great whole body work out
Very fun! Lots of different things to try out! Staff are also very knowledgeable and kind. Places smells like kids feet tho no cap lol...despite all the kids the staff actually stays pretty on top of the rules so its still safe even with little kids crawling around
Mixed feeling about this place. ...It looks big and new. However, it smalls! The whole space filled with chemical smell. I would describe the smell like bug repellent(not the herbal kind you spray on ones body). It made me fell a bit sick to my stomach and dizzy, I had to get out of the building every so often because of it. And the new slick looking bath room smell like urin!?Another thing is you HAVE TO buy their grip socks($3/pair) in order to use their space. Even if you bring a perfectly good pair in, they tell you at the counter No, those wont work. It has to be OUR grip socks. This policy was NOT indicated anyway on their (mobile) website. Its a big space, but still could get really busy during weekends and holidays. My kid had fun here, but I am not sure I will come back again.
Had a great time here with family. Staff did a great job of keeping the facility super clean. They changed out the blocks several times and kept the retrooms tidy.
This is a great indoor activity for kids of all ages. Options for bouncing, flipping, climbing, balancing, and people watching abound! I love that there are so many couches for spectating parents to relax. All they need is a coffee bar!
My kids and I love going there. It can be a lot of fun., but Fox news is garbage. I dont need that political BS while Im having fun with my kids. And if the owner loves Fox news so much I can imagine the money I do spend there ends in Trumps vacation funds. Jump fun! Politics not!
This place is a blast for kids and adults who are looking to just bounce around, jump off a 15 ft platform onto a giant cushion, or partake in a little parkour. Highly recommend.
My family and my Girlfriends family went here on 1/4/2020. We put our valuables I’m my vehicle, not visible, because when your bouncing around you can’t really guard your stuff. My suburban was slim jimmed, her purse was stolen along with my checkbook and some old credit cards. Her car showed evidence someone had try to get into it.While she was going into shock and trying to wrap her head around her life being stolen from her, I reentered DEFY to see about security cameras. They told me they’ve had a lot of break-ins in the parking lot this past month.... no warnings of this anywhere. No extra security walking the premises or standing in the parking lot as a preventative. The parking lot is a shopping mall for thieves and they don’t warn you or attempt to protect you in any way. Oh but hey, they’ll refund most of the money you spent there! I won’t go there again.
Be prepared for the smells that sweaty kids can create...but it was packed and the sounds of kids having fun made it all worth while. They have a lot of employees on staff and they are very helpful and attentive. There is an area up high with televisions for those opting out of the fun. It also makes a great vantage point to get pictures of your kids. There are a few vending machines for soda and water but no snack bar... everything would probably taste like sweaty feet anyway!!
+ Many more features than most Skyzones+ indoor parking+ we got 20 minutes extra+ very clean+ zip lines+ super bouncy trampoline+ jump tower+ check in was fast and friendly- dodge ball was out of control: no real referee, people misbehaving
Good place to celebrate birthday, there are a lot of people there so there might be so kind of disease which will cause it to close down. I gave 4 stars because it stinks a little bit there when there are to much different people that you don’t know what they have.
I really enjoyed my time spent here at this trampoline park. Even though Im a plus size woman, I was able to enjoy all of the activities that were there. I was kind of nervous that some of the activities there, such as the rock climbing wall, would not be able to hold my weight and the crew members assured me that I would be perfectly fine. Im happy I got a chance to go here.
Awesome experience, will go back again and again
Great place to hang out for your young family bday parties
I had my birthday here and I had the time of my life
This place is amazing, the prices are amazing when you decide to get a member ship. Depending on what you get, youll have unlimited jump time on certain days. I love it so much here, I come really often because of the cheap membership. They have a rock wall, dodgeball, zip line, gymnast tramp, and a super tramp with a foam pit.
Birthday party for 21 kids = $876! That included $50 gratuity and $50 “fine” for confetti. Also they complained that I parked in a spot by the door in the indoor lot (that didn’t say no parking) but then they allow a-holes to park in the handicapped spots by the doors with no placard. Parking is atrocious. Was not a carefree birthday party experience. It’s run by a bunch of teens.
Its amazing there are a bunch of cool unique things that you can do there. They have jousting, rock climbing, Dodge ball, obstical courses, and so much more! Its also fairly inexpensive. But done overestimate your endurance, you only need about an hour and a half or two if your constantly bouncing.
Germ fest for sure! This place is not for a germaphobe. Even with the place being packed and a line just to check in, the floor space is still pretty open, there are a lot of activities to choose from and plenty of foam pits to jump into. There are trampolines set to jump right into pits, a zip line, boxes to jump off and plenty more. There is a rock climbing wall, a ninja warrior style obstacle course, plain trampolines to jump on if you like, there are swings, jousting area, slack lines and plenty more. There even is a dodge ball area. Parking lot fills up quick. I would definitely suggest this place with kids or just for fun. You will get sweaty, messy and have plenty of fun.
Great birthday spot for elementary school aged kids. My 7 and 5 year old love it here but try to come at off-hours (right at opening or before closing during the weekends, or weekday mornings) if you have little ones. It gets very busy during the weekends and its easy to collide with that many kids around. Also, Id size up in the non-slip socks as they seem to run small.
This place is huge and has a massive amount of things to do for kids. The reason I gave this only 3 stars is for two reasons:1. It really isnt a place for kids below age 6 or 7. There was too little to do for my 4 year old. He had fun, but then comes my second reason.2. The PRICE! For just my 4 year old and myself it was $60 for 90 minutes! Thats insane to me. This is the reason that Im not going to come back very often, if at all.
The jumping and climbing are fun. The line at busy times is absolutely ridiculous! There should be a fast pass line for people who purchase tickets online. We arrived the suggested 30 minutes early and will miss half of our jump time by the time we get to the front.
So fun when it isnt super crowded. But dont get cocky and fall like a drunk flamingo on those ground level, long trampolines. Lesson learned.
Fun but SO expensive. We came on a Saturday and was very surprised at the price. It was busy so maybe that’s why the higher prices. But the facilities are great!
Flying Circus is definitely an amazing family friendly park that my kids absolutely love! I signed my kids up for the Flying Circus Summer Camp and everyday they can not stop talking about how much fun they had! Especially because of their camp counselors Martey and Rachel! Can’t wait for the next years camp! Love this place!!
Fun! Felt like a big kid there! All the kids were very mindful of my daughter who is only 2.
Kids love it but they have the worst service Ive seen in a long time. The teen who checked us in looked like he absolutely hated his job. We were not expecting the royal treatment t but you are in a customer service roll. You should be friendly & engaging to some extent. He kept rolling his eyes at other customers as he was getting my kids set up with bracelets.I was going to purchase a Groupon but they told me it takes 1hr to process then I would need to get back on long (which was a mile long). I felt they were trying to deter me from getting the Groupon. I did it anyway and it processed in seconds! We will be finding a new place to go. Hope they find better folks to employ. The service is what heightens the overall experience.
My daughters favorite place EVER. And as a parent it’s one of the best trampoline establishments I’ve ever been to.
It was my son’s 9th birthday and we did a drop in with some of his friends. I called a couple of weeks earlier just to see how the crowd was on the weekends. I spoke with Junior who was absolutely helpful. On the day of my son’s birthday Junior was there and was very helpful. This place can get busy, but thankfully it wasn’t too bad when we were there. We had a great time! The kids enjoyed themselves. With staff like Junior and others who were smiling and helpful we will be back again to have a great time.
My experience at defy was outstanding .i just had a birthday party there. I can tell how much our party host worked really hard.i think her name was nidda but I don’t recall. She was excellent at everything. She asked if I needed anything every 10 minutes. She was so sweet to the birthday boy and helped a lot. She offer to cut the cake into slices and also offered to bring our stuff into the car. It was an amazing day for me and really easy. I say I recommend throwing your child birthday party at defy because it’s 10/10 from me. Thank you nidda if you ever read this you are such an amazing person.
This is a bitter sweet review as I think the park is awesome and the kids loved it... but unfortunately I broke both my big toes. My brain thinks Im 20 and my body knows Im 45. Otherwise, this park has all the cool stuff.
Flying circus a amazing place to have birthday parties hang out with friends celebrate with your friends or just over all have the greatest time of your life usually Im not very impressed with places like this because most places ate small and crowded but walking into flying circus I was amazed it was huge it was well organized the first time you get free trampoline socks for kids and the BEST thing is you cant get bored they constantly change their courses and have large ranges of fun activities from rock walls to basketball ball from super bouncy amazing quality trampolines to huge comfy foam pits and you can be on the big screen to show of your skills for a good fit price to this place constantly has deals going on left and right from free socks to discounts and the socks change frequently so you dont have to have the same design either you can change it up once in a while whenever you would like I reccomend bringing the socks you first bought over and over so you dont have to keep paying for new sock everytime for me personally I have the old sock from about a year ago but they changed their socks and I got the new ones to their sock are cool fun and so incredibly comfy Im impressed Ill leave it to you to see all the other wonderful things flying circus has in store my friends love this place I love this place my parents my cousin my sister my brother my grandmother my grandfather ALL love this place its amazing and a great family friendly activity I highly recommend flying circus for any occasion, celebration and many more but thats just my opinion its up to you to make your opinion Im sure it will be great because noone can resist the amazing, incredible, reliable, fun, family friendly, place we all love Flying circus
Super excited to try this place out but was disappointed in how kiddie it is. Also, prices seem high for a glorified gym where you are obligated to buy their special socks at $3/pair. My exs socks ripped the moment he tried to get on the rock wall... after being on the floor 5 minutes. While I watched from a distance, it did seem like the kids were having fun and had plenty to do. I like that they really try to accomodate birthday parties and have plenty of party rooms to do so. They also have staff around monitoring the kids for safety, which was great.
In my personal opinion it makes for extremely bad business flow, when you take the time to buy your tickets online, and fill the online waivers, and yet are forced to wait over an hour just to check in. If you are going to have online ticket sales, then have a separate line for online ticket sales check ins. Having online check ins and the regular purchase line together is extremely frustrating. If you can do a separate line for group/party check and membership check in. Then it shouldnt be that difficult to have a separate line for online check Ins.It was extremly off putting to take the extra step to purchase online tickets and sign the waivers, to be prepared. To get there and have to wait over an hour. Bad business flow!!!
DEFY is the best trampoline park in Seattle. Although it may seem a bit pricey, the experience makes the money worth every penny. There are endless attractions and testing your physical abilities is always exciting. The buildings interior design is absolutely breathtaking, especially with the black lights and 3D paintings. My only advice is to put safety a priority--some folks forget this and try too many risky stunts only to get injured. Otherwise, DEFY is the place to go if you are looking for a thrilling trampoline experience.
My kiddos LOVED it here but my only complaint is that it was dirty. Not only inside but outside too. They need to keep up with the place during the day
Perfect place to let the kids get some energy out while parents can socialize or get some time to themselves.
Flying Circus is the best trampoline center Ive ever Been to in my life. They have a big jumping area,a popular dodge ball area(my personal favorite),and they have a swing which you can jump off into a pit full of foam squares! They also host parties and have camps! You can listen to music while you jump and do flips on trampolines or one of the square rooms they have. It is definitely my favorite trampoline place
Great activities for the young and old alike (not just kids). It is not cheap, but it is worth it. Fun for the whole family.
A lot of fun, even for the adults! Went mid morning on Sunday, surprisingly pretty busy. Still a lot of fun, looking forward to going back!
Look for Groupon deals. Staff didnt seem to really police people there. Not enough spaces for shoes, have to buy their socks. Overall it was fun.
Kids have so much fun. Nice place for kids activity.
I called for my son lost wallet and the manger is in charge today she say they can’t look if it’s there because they busy what customer service is she did it’s very bad and she should not be a manger her name Emily I received bad customer service very poor
It was amazing, good priced my sons have an amazing time every time. Excellent work out
This is my third time coming here and my kids love this place. Its a good place to release your energy and just hop around. Will be throwing one of my teens birthday party here soon.
Had lots of fun with my kid definitely going to come back with the whole. Family and friends
Awesome the kids loved it, only problem was people were cutting in line, need to have a better plan for the line, and getting checked in, we were in line for over 30 minutes, but it still was awesome
Tried going here, but it was too crowded. Would really like to try another time, but it seems like it’s always crowded. The activities inside look fun though!
Pretty top notch. A bit pricey but Im sure thats for a good reason. My only suggestion is to bring some bottled water, however there are even water fountains for use.
Terrible customer service. Wasted half my time having to purchase there required socks to play and werent told when paying and had to waste my time to get back in line to purchase their socks even though there were plenty of other guests that did not have defy socks. Will not be coming back. Money grab.
No denying that this place is fun. They have some more innovative stuff than your standard trampoline place, like the hanging fabric (Cirque du Soleil style) to twirl from. However, its always super busy and packed with small kids. This is only a problem for bigger kids who might want a bit more space to try a big jump. There are no good lounge areas for the parents, but you can leave and do some shopping - theres a Costco down the street.
Its so fun I been going a year with out a day off.I even know all the referees
Both time staff at the counter were rude. Once in the play area the staff are awesome. Maybe there to busy there
Kinda pricey day to day but the monthly pass is great my kids love it and Ill pay just about anything to get them off the games these days!
We had a blast! Something well definitely do again. Be prepared to pay not only the hourly fee per person plus $3 extra for a pair of their grip socks, which are required. Once you own them you can reuse them the next time. Also, save the time and fill out the waiver online.
This place is awesome to run around with the kids and be active. Tons of space which is great.I would recommend changing the style of ropes you have up though to something with more texture and grip than those black ropes. I know those things are attractive because they last a long time, but theyre near impossible to climb and I have tons of experience climbing ropes.Bottom line....awesome place.
This place is great! It’s suitable for adults, teens and children. It’s a work out and a fun time all at once.
100 percent unorganized. They recommend 20-30 mins early for check in. It was over an hour. Not enough staff to handle check in or staff was just incompetent allowing folks who didn’t follow directions to finish the waiver prior to check in. The gym floor was packed with kids, it was not this way before the change of name or company. Safety of participants seems to have been downgraded because staff was allowing multiple kids to jump on the large trampoline floor area where they did not before. Company seems to be more money driven than safety. I won’t be going back again. Totally disappointed!
So much fun! My 4 year old had such a good time. Ill be back for sure.
Me and my siblings went here once and it was an amazing experience! Lots of trampolines, dodgeball, and more!
My kids love it. it s a lot of fun and well worth it. I do not know why a person would complain about what news channel they play. if it was the sad CNN they would probably not complain They obviously do not own their own business. sad.
Awesome and fun place! Very well organized, clean and monitored. My kids refused to leave. Definitely coming back soo
Got a groupon here and it was such a good time! Very high quality trampolines and nice staff. 5/5
Very cool place. Any age can enjoy it. Conveniently online waiver form.
Super Crowded but well organized. My daughter loved it and I was reminded why Im to old to jump on trampolines
Super fun and wasn’t crowded. This may sound bad but We loved the socks!!! Personnel didn’t really bother you and my kids had a ball and I did too. Definitely fun for the family.
Great time with my kids and family and the staff are very friendly and helpful, Ill definitely go back.
Awesomeness!! Will be sure to be back very soon!
Such a great time at flying circus! The kids and adults had a blast!
More than Id like to spend, and more crowded than I expected, but great opportunity for exercise for kids 4 and older. I brought 3 teenagers and they had a blast. Recommend the 90 minute session for older kids. Long enough to tire then out but not too long to get bored.
First couple visit was great. But my kids wont repeat after 2 visiting, if you want to buy monthly subscription let your kids try out for at least 3 visits
Staff are young virbret and so nice
Went for the Kids Jump, loved that only little kids are allowed during the first hour (my son gets overwhelmed sometimes if it’s too crowded). Place is well maintained, clean and the employees were very nice. Overall a great experience.
So much fun! I went with a large group from church. I am by no means a small person and I was able to utilize every portion of the gym. If you’re looking for a place to tire out your children, or a fun place to entertain a group, I highly recommend the Flying Circus!
Really cool place for the kiddos. Let the little ball of energy go and by the time youre ready to leave, theyll be prepped for a night of deep sleep. Climbing walls, foam pits, ninja warrior course designed, basketball hoops with trampoline *dunk*, and many other cool features.
The jumping area was awesome but the group check in process was horrendous. Took us 30 minutes to get 25 people checked in despite the fact that I already had waivers printed and ready to go. Apparently everyone has to be there to get checked in. Why? Still no idea. Good luck getting 25 people to show up at the same time. If they fix the group check in process, I’d easily make this 5 stars but that definitely put a damper on the experience and severely cut into our jumping time.
Great place and very fun for family. Has alot to adventure and jump into. I wish the entrance part was a bit more clear such as having a greeter or something. We were waiting in line just to be told that we need to sign the waiver first. We did that and had to wait in line all over again.
