This place is super awesome. The staff is so very friendly and polite. This is my second time flying and brought a friend with me for her first flight. It is such a rush. The staff is very attentive while you are doing your flight. I just love doing this. I never would jump from an airplane so this is enough of a thrill for me. Thanks IFLY!!!

Make sure you call ahead to schedule. Fill waiver out online to move things along. When you schedule a time. I.e. 7pm. You show up there but then be aware you will be waiting. They actually call you 25 min later and then the flyers will take a 20 min class. Then everyone in the class waits their turn. Instructors are inside the tunnel with the flyer. We chose the later flights made an evening. We enjoyed the company of the other parents. All of holding our phones taking videos and laughing with each other...

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the biggest rip off. We arrived in the time frame we were told. But upon arrival were told they started the class early and would not let a 10 and 11 year old (who we paid for to fly) to join the class. Then we were told since already paid, just reschedule. We figured out a new date to go and when I called to move the reservation, I was told they cancelled my reservation. The cancelled without my authorization and stole my money. They dont reply or provide customer service or satisfaction. They are thieves and I do not recommend this business at all unless you want to robbed of your hard earned money.

Staff is AWESOME. Had both Alex and Spencer as instructors (two flights). Both were super-helpful and friendly. Both spent time in-between jump segments watching video and talking thru what Id done.This was a better experience than Id even hoped for, and it was totally the people that made it rock. Id encourage ANYONE to try this place.

This place is amazing!! If youre nervous at all, dont worry, the instructors are funny and make you feel completely comfortable right away. Theyre amazing, theyre masters inside the flight chamber! My first experience was incredible! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!! Prices are VERY reasonable!! DO IT!!

I hear nothing but good things. Friends attended but for the outrageous price you can go REAL SKYDIVING jump alone with 2 instructors unattached for the same price as 10 minutes here. Tandem not much more and experience the real thing if you want an instructor attached.I was going to try it but the experienced skydiver prices are more than a real skydive without equipment that lasts 5 min in the sky 45 sec freefall with nature. But if thats not your thing or have kids go for it. Seems like a heck of a lot for near 200 at 15 seconds.

Alex Cardigan (hope I got the last name right, he was the tall guy with long hair) was the instructor for my kids flight experience. He was phenomenal. He told me he is also a flight instructor. My kid totally loved the experience. Alex patiently taught him new skills as this was his 3rd time. I feel that some of the other staff must learn from Alex on how to deal with customers as a couple of the staff were a bit off.

I cannot recommend this enough. This is an experience you have to do at least once if you havent been skydiving or are too afraid to. The staff is wonderful and extremely capable. Not only do you get the chance to experience skydiving but the instructor will put on a show for everyone at the end of each session. Both worth the time and the money. As a side note I recommend spending the extra money for a helmet with a visor to reduce the wind on your face.

It’s a fun experience for adults but it is not for all children. My son got frightened due to the noise so we wasted our money and time. The instructor had him sit down and didn’t bother to communicate with me what was happening whether they were going to have him try again or if it was over. Personnel needs to be trained on communicating better. We did receive a credit to come back because they couldn’t give me a refund.

OMG!!! This was amazing. We took our 12 year old niece for her birthday and she loved it too. The staff was all fantastic and friendly. They have a couple rooms you can reserve for parties. We will definitely be going again. I wish it was closer so I could go more often.

I really enjoyed the experience - we had a great instructor, Duke, and I felt very comfortable during the flight. I have to admit I was a little nervous not knowing how it would feel and wasnt really willing to give it a shot until the opportunity presented itself. Im now excited to go back, I even bought a repeat pass and cant wait to being my family or team. Careful, once you go once you may be hooked!

First time coming here and it was fun. I believe Chris was our instructor and he was very nice and informative. Would definitely want to try the VR experience next time I come. Very fun for the family.

Theres no such thing as a bad day at iFly. Because of surgeries and having moved further away from the tunnel, it had been many months since Id made it in to fly, but last night I reserved 30 minutes and brought two first-timer friends. We worked with Alex as our instructor, and hes always great, super easy-going and encouraging. He helped me refresh some skills, and helped my friends start to learn belly flying techniques - it was a great night.

Not only did they honor our 7 year old gift certificates, but when we didn’t realize what was included in the package, they went back and gave us vouchers for two more flights. And the media. And the instructor (Tyler) was great - fun and knowledgeable. Very much aware of what everyone needed. I can’t wait for my daughter to turn three and we can take her!!!!

Horrible experience! 1) The website doesnt work proper. 2) very long check in process. 3) they do not stick the scheduled time frame, they were half an hour late. 4) the machines downstairs for checking out videos are falling off the wall. 5) They charged me twice as much as usually and said it is my fault. All this and you are only flying, with someone holding you the entire time, for one minute! Just jump out of a plane, it costs the same and you get a much longer ride.

IFLY is an amazing experience. The instructor was awesome. He made sure I felt safe in the wind tunnel and was there with me to ensure a fun experience. Highly recommend people to give it try.

Spencer was incredible. He was so patient with my 6 year old and so professional with the group. He really made the experience something me and my son will remember forever. I definitely recommend the high fly!

It was fun to fly, but 60-seconds per flight is a bit short to actually practice proper technique. There was also a lot of waiting between arriving and actually getting my turn in the wind tunnel.

It was amazing !!!! Awesome people, differently going back . My husband and I had great time and we took our three years old and she cant stop talking about it. It was definitely scary for her but she loved it!!!

As a first-timer, I will never return to iFly. The staff (aside from our diving instructor) were very inconsiderate. We were charged way more than what we were supposed to be charged. After calling to have the fee adjusted, the employee dismissed my concerns and refused to adjust our payment. Also, on the day of our flight, we arrived on time and ready to get started. We had to wait a half hour before our class began. Overall, this is way overpriced considering you only get one actual minute flying. I encourage any smart consumer to seek an alternative.

This place is amazing so way cool . You can go there for lessons or you can go there just to watch . Its very sweet . I love this place . After each class the instructor does a quick demonstration . Thats amazing . I live very close to this place and like to watch them fly . I did jump out of a plane on my first plane ride at 8,000 feet with a 35 second free fall just for fun . My second plane ride i jumped out at 10,000 feet to get over being scared .

I first went to iFly with my fiancée for fun. Since then, I have started getting my skydiving license and frequently go to iFly for fun and to improve my skills. I’d recommend everyone to try it at least once. It could potentially lead you to a new fun hobby.

Great place for our kids birthday. The instructors were super knowledgeable and patient.

The people at iFly couldnt have been better helping us when we went. We have a young 6 month old baby, but both my husband and I wanted to fly. What we did was called a baby swap, where my husband was able to make his two initial jumps and then come out of the airlock and then I was able to go in and make my two jumps with the same group. It worked really well and the staff was fantastic about informing us of what we could do and helping us out.What to say other than the stuff all really seem to be passionate about their work and helping people to have the best time that they can have. Our instructor was awesome and at the end of our groups flights, he gave a short skydiving show (for lack of a better term). It was amazing!I know it seems a little pricey, but consider buying the photos that they take of you there. I feel like they were reasonably priced and great quality.Also, I forgot my closed toe shoes, but they have some there that you can borrow if you need them at no extra cost. There are also lockers to lock up your belongings and no extra cost. It was great.

If you have a free afternoon this is a great place for a family adventure. The whole experience was exciting and something you dont want to miss out on. Great one on one instruction

Went for the first time. The staff were really friendly, professional and super talented. Didnt realize the staff held you the entire time youre in the tube. They might let you go for a bit but they basically just let you float. They should probably offer extended trips so that you can try things like flips or going higher. I wouldve paid more for a longer/more in depth experience.

Ifly has been one of the funniest days of my life, I can not recommend it enough. The instructors are amazingly friendly and wonderful to be around. And the fights are breathtaking that first second your feet lift off the ground is magic, and its perfectly safe the instructors wont let anything happen to you. So please if you can you really should try it.

It was SO much fun. My husband surprised me and brought me here for my birthday ^-^ Our flight instructor James was great, I was super nervous and he made it fun and east going to calm the nerves. Was definitely a blast.

They were amazing, Tyler was the flight instructor was the flight instructor and this guy rocked it. Extremely energetic up beat and flexible to change. My daughter had her 8th birthday party there and I couldnt have asked for more. Everyone had a blast throughout their experience, instructions were clearly outlined, and well detailed. The environment was clean and very open so that you can see everything going on around you. All of the staff was helpful and courteous. By far a day to remember

Loved it!!! last night was my second time, my instructors name was Sophia. i would highly recommend Sophia if you are trying out for the first time.. she is really confident and lets you fly by yourself without holding you all the time.

Recently went here with my family. After paying 100$ for two minutes, they keep vharging more money for upgrades. Haley W is incompetent rude no customer service after i fly makes mistakes.this place is not worth it. They keep having negative reviews deleted, base it on technicality. This place is by no means a 4 star.Go to Defy, etc.Your money is wasted here.

I had a great experience at iFly! Easy check-in, Alex(our instructor) was awesome, and getting ready to skydive was simple. But I wish their time management was more on time. We got there for our 530pm appt and we started to get in the tunnel around 630pm. We were lucky that our dinner reservations were flexible. Overall, pretty cool experience!

My brother had a great time flying and the customer service from the staff at reception was amazing. However, the only problem was that we bought a 3 flies package with high flies and paid the price for those 3 flies BUT my brother didnt get to fly 3 times. He went only TWO. When he asked the instructor, the instructor said you stayed longer than everyone else (since the others bought 2 flies) so the time adds up to 3 flies. I find staying longer for 2 flies helps the student control better and grasp flying better.The thing I noticed was that all the other people in the group flew for about the same length of time. Also, since we paid for the high fly for 2 of the flies, because my brother didnt go up the third time, he only did the high fly once. Thats the same as the people who paid for 2 flies. How is that fair and how does that make the experience better? I believe when anyone buys 3 flies it means they get to go up 3 times! Not stay longer for ONE fly!I dont believe anyone would say that doing anything longer and getting to do that same thing a different number of times are the same thing and worth the same price.I understand that each instructor has their own style of teaching; HOWEVER, that does not mean they can make the decision to extend a fly longer when the learner paid the price for something else.No consumer wants to walk away feeling theyve been ripped off.

Purchased Costco vouchers and took the whole family to experience the Skydiving. We had a lot of fun and the fly didnt trigger any sudden drop, which is important cause people like me dont like such feeling. The kids love this as well and already begging for the next fly.The only con is the overpricing. It can easily cost over $100 per person for two 1 min flight with picture/video/High Flight add-ons. Remember to leverage Costco iFly voucher + iFly Gift Card. I wish I knew that before my first flight.

Great fun, with really nice and cool instructors

Very fun. There is a lot of waiting, training, and then two 1 minute sessions that are very fun. Its challenging to balance yourself, the wind is intense, but what surprised me was the pressure, when you first go in your ears pop. Then the instructor helps you balance, if you do well they will be hands off. If youre still learning they will keep you under control. For a little extra, they will do a tandem flight with you way up high, which I thought was the best part, although some of my party didnt like it as much. A bit expensive, a lot of waiting but we all enjoyed ourselves. Maybe well even come back and see if we can do more advanced flying.

Have you ever considered jumping out of a plane to try out skydiving? If so, come here first and youll get a similar experience before you go do the real thing. Ive never done it before and I definitely liked it. Didnt realize how difficult it was to maintain control. you definitely need practice to get good. Not cheap though. Wish it was longer.

Took a 7 and 10 year old for the first time and the staff was great...it was a wonderful experience for the boys and they cant wait to do it again. Very impressed with the staffs knowledge, enthusiasm and care they took with children. Highly recommend! Thank you, I Fly for a memorable day!

Pretty fun, but this place is kind of a sham. They constantly try to upsell you on a bunch of silly things - fly higher for $20, full facemask for $20. It feels like they are kind of nickel-and-diming their customers.It is also REALLY annoying that they ask you to be there thirty minutes before your flight starts. Completely unnecessary. I sat around for thirty minutes doing nothing. Feel free to arrive just a few minutes before your scheduled time, just so you can sign your waiver and stuff.The instructors are great though, very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and family-friendly.

So much fun! My buddy and I did a two flight plus Virtual Reality package. We were incredibly nervous going in, because, well, flying is intimidating, but the staff was chill in a way that put us at ease. And the VR was RAD! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to try something new but might not want to jump from a plane.

I went to Ifly with my mom and her boyfriend. I did not fly but the staff was GREAT. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the flights and making everyone feel comfortable but they did so well helping to orchesrate the proposal between my mom and her now fiance! She said yes!

Great looking place. Just went in to watch some and look around. Theres one turbine that props people in the air 1 by 1 with and instructor. You suit up and wait in a flight deck looking area, so its fun. Great for group events, and theirs large conference room areas with big tables for eating and stuff if you do have a group party go, for a kids birthday for instance. Ill take my kids here when they are a little older for sure!! Great idea. I give 4 and not 5 because they should have more turbines to allow more experiencers and longer times once in the dive.... Most of what I saw looked like 15-30 second runs before being done for the next jumper. So I think more turbines could allow that while not hurting waiting times that much in the process?? Anyway... For those looking to go... Its a great location with all the accommodations you need for a fun party. Great staff as well!
