They never return calls. Office is never open. Water gets shut off without notice. Not a safe neighborhood.

I called september 2019 about 3 times i scheduled a tour, the lady never showed up to give me the tour of the trailer. I went in on the following saturday and no one was there and it was during office hours i went again after work on a Monday during business hours and no one was there i went again on a saturday that followed and 2 girls were there at the front i turned in my application and necessary documentation required and never received a call back so i gave up. I recently saw a home i saw online that i liked i have called 8 times in 2 weeks the answering service says they will send messages to the office, the managet and corporate for me still no call back, i requested a tour on the website i recieved the email confirmation but no call back. How the hell do people live here if no one works there obviously!!! I am super upset and disappointed this is the WORST costumer service i have ever experienced

They are horrible crooks! Dont expect your deposit back or good customer service. Arguements and excuses for poor management for 4 yrs.

Such a bad place to live. Water and power always going out and they dont even have the audacity to give notice about it. No security guard and they should really fix the gate. It is necessary. Very unsafe. Also the people that live there dont even stop for the stupid STOP SIGN its annoying and dangerous! Someone could be crossing and they wont even notice cause they dont make the stop which is illegal to do. They should really take care of the place theyre living in. Careless and disrespectful.

I am not a resident. My husband and I live in Desert Pueblo, right behind your park. The last house east of the pool is I believe #67. I have had to make many calls to the police as the 4 to up to 10 young men who apparently come and go at this house will begin partying on Sat or Sun nights about 6pm. They play music so loud at times that my floors vibrate. I of course call the police but they simply do not have time to go and explain to these men that by midnight, they need to turn it down or off so that the seniors living in Desert Pueblo behind them can sleep. About 2 months ago, it went on to 5 am. I did, at that time find numbers which were answered by someone in your home office and the manager did email me. For a short time there was a courtesy patrol driving around but havent seen that car for a month. I see now that the only numbers are the toll free one and the local number, neither of which is answered on the weekend. Tonight. Nov. 17, it has started again. It is now 7:10 pm. Most likely it will continue into the wee hours but there is no one at your park to intervene. We will not go over there as we dont care to risk being shot. The music is so loud that it is competing with our TV! I will again report to the police via 911 tonight and then find out how I can file a formal complaint against them.

The WORST property management I have ever seen!! More like slumlords. These people are trash!! They dont maintain anything. They raise property rent yearly but do less with the income. Promised a pool thats always closed. Promised a playground, and now kids can stand around. Promised security and now the gate is inoperable, with no guard. The management still is using generators for power after a year. Promises, promises, you people are an embarrassment!

I am posting this because I am very upset and maybe corporate can do something! I have been calling the office for about 3 weeks to get information and schedule an appointment to see 2 homes I am interested in and it seems I get the run around ALL the time, some guy answers and says let me get information fron the boss and I will call you back. Never have I received a call back or email. I Ive been to the office on Saturdays between the hours of 10am to 2pm and nobody is ever their. Ive seen a few people waitingnto get helped out just like me but unfortunately never get the customer service. If you want to sell your inventory my advice would be for someone to be in the office on Saturdays and not lie about office hours. Some of us do work all week and only have weekends off and can only do business on those days. I guess my business will go to anothe mobile park maybe Plaza del Sol they have better customer service and are always available to show homes and provide info and their park os much cleaner a their homes are pricier but I guess you pay what you receive. Horrible experience!!!Once again I was here 3 times today June 1st 2019 and NOBODY available!!! A resident that came to pay her bill even said Good Luck you will NEVER find anybody here especially on weekends, Dont rent or buy here Ive done the worst mistake in purchasing a home here and its only been about 3 months!!!!

Always doing some type of construction, hello its messing our cars up. Also our peace of mind your support to have when your home and dont get me started on all these damn dogs that are ALWAYS lose no owner ever has them on a leash always barking at my kids smh my kids should be able to play outside in peace but no smh security sits in the front (mostly only at night_some nights) and doesnt even patrol he lets any and everyone in for ur Job and make this place SECURE. mess ridge lacks Peace Safety and roads

So the, posts, from, real, people that love this place and Johanna being such an amazing manager are ALL staged. The truth of the matter is that everything has broke down in this park, and wheres Johanna?! Nowhere to be found... When you finally get in touch with her she makes hollow promises that she has NEVER kept. There is not 1 person that lives here that is happy to be here. Guaranteed!

Johanna has been such a huge helping hand. I have been living here for years now and Johanna has made me feel like I have a real friend supporting me with the issues I have had with getting my rent in on time. She is a awesome landlord

I have been living at this trailer park since 2017 harly ever had issues.. but just like about two weeks ago feb 13 2019 a gas pipe line was broken by the congratulations thats going on my trailer is a GAS water heater GAS STOVE ANd GAS DRYER 2 notifications were sent out that the gas was going back on on feb 19. gas was not on no notifications either i was calling all day the next day no answer the office is was closed very unprofessional. I was able to talk to one of the maintenance and he had said that we weren’t going to have gas for awhile.. they did offer the clubhouse showers pointless i can shower any were. I live here with my husband and 3 kids ages 6 4 a d 10 month my kids got sick because its so cold i cant do anything cook wash or even shower at my own house.. it will be about 2 weeks amd still no GAS... i have to go out of my way to get things done wash at a laundromat spending money that i shouldn’t even be spending... so inconvenient very disappointing my lease will be up and im looking for something better more reliable.

Because the management sucks balls. Theyre always turning off the electricity and then charging you triple because you have to get your house heated up again. And their turnover ratio on their rentals is horrendous! Ive lived here since 1998 I understand now that these places are made to trap you into leaving your mobile home there so they can sell it later. To all my Mexican American Brethren by yourself a house f*** all this dumb s***

Should be zero stars..i came to this place a month ago looking to purchase a mobile home, spoke to lady in back office, she talked to me about a resident that was sent to an assisted living home, and she has left a mobile with backed rent due. i asked how much is due it was reasonable amount, so i said i was interested, she gave me an application and all paperwork i needed, she asked for my phone number to keep in contact about progress on trailer. i left. a week later i call she said that the ladys care taker was only available on sundays and she would talk to her then. a week past i called her again and said she couldnt get a hold of the care taker. so waited another week by this time i would call during business hours almost every hour on the clock never ans my calls last finally November 20 this lady casandra answered and at first didnt know what i was talking about then she asked me for my phone number and said she would call me back with more info,.. i dnt know what info she was going to get but she was going to call me back by the end of the day, No call.. that figures, i called the next day no anwear, i was sitting in the parking lot there was 2 ladys in the office, i made a few calls within 20 minutes, it was funny hering the phone ring but they didnt want to answer me... so then i walked in and the lady tells me ..oh the owner is here bl bla bla, so i took a ride with the new owner of the trailer finding out hes an employee there and he had paid the backed up rent, and kept the trailer and is now renting it for 850. something that ived beed waiting suppose for almost a month. just want the owner to know if this is how you will treat future residents!? then count me out..that was F..up what this property managers did.they did an inside job is what they did, and probably pocketing something there.

I started living there since January/February it looks like a quiet place compared to other places especially trailer parks i am loving it

My sister lived there, not a place I would recommend. The pool is only open during months when public pools are open & even then closed a lot cause people living there did not respect what they had. So much of the summer its locked so you cant even get in with your key. Trashy place.

I love living here my kids know alot of the kids here. Its quite its a good place to start if u r looking to buy or rent.

Trailer home park. One of the nicer ones.

Power constantly drops, no one ever answers the phone at the office, no 24 hour help service line. Would not recommend this place.

Power went out and TEP fixed their part hours ago. Still sitting in the dark, in the heat, and the parks been called several times. They dont care enough to reset the breakers so people can sleep in peace. Even with little babies they dont care. This place is terrible!!!

Well. 10+ years of living here, seen all there is to see from this place. Seems to never get the right people for the job. Crime is always happening, as well as the guard shack never being manned. Its really not a place for raising a family.
