The Unscrewed Theater is a laid back place where people can come to at the end of the week and have a good time. The performers are cool and friendly people who enjoy entertaining others. More than that, many of them have become my friends. I would recommend checking it out, it is worth it!

These people really go above and beyond their duties to make everyone comfortable and laughing. I love how they always engage the audience.

Unscrewed put on a wonderful virtual show during COVID-19. I so appreciate being able to tune into something fun and light hearted. Jenny and the Fake Plant commercial is still cracking me up. I so look forward to an in person show when its safe.

This was such fun! Out here from Alabama for a very sad reason, and to cheer us up, my brother-in-law surprised my sister and me with this evening. So much needed. The cast and crew were great! Highly recommend! Enjoy!

Quaint location, wonderful people, and a friendly environment make this a great place to spend a Friday evening! The humor ranges from family friendly to a little risque. Everyone here volunteers to be apart of the magic and its very genuine and quirky. I really enjoyed myself and had no idea a gem like this was even here! I will definitely be spending future Fridays here!Also I wanted to add that this group usually offers free admission but they accept donations for various charities and programs which is so awesome!

The theatre is nice very spacious for the area they had to work with. Good lighting and a big stage. It seems they have live improv, family improv and uncensored comedy as well depending on the day of the week. I saw a one man show called Your alive buddy boy it was entertaining and made me think of my own immortality a bit which I think he was shooting for. I recommend checking out the place if you like improv it is a nice theatre.

This was my first time seeing an improv comedy group in person. There was a visiting group from Mesa. Together they kept me smiling and laughing out loud through the whole performance. Ill be back as often as possible. The cost was $8.00 for one performance at 7:30 pm and for an additional $2.00, we could sit through the next performance. So entertaining and exhilarating!

The comedy and talent here is superb. Its not very often where one stumbled upon something so captivating. Im extremely happy I found this.

Great show for people of all ages. The show is very interactive and gave us some good laughs. The theater was nice and there is a small reception area up front. Would definitely like to come back here at some point.

Family friendly at 7:30pm shows, similar to Whose Line Is It Anyway? I cant remember the last time I laughed so hard. Best part? Its 100% volunteer and all profits are donated to local charities in the area.

I used to go at the old location, and the new location seems even better. Always a good time. Two years ago I took their basic comedy class, and it was so... enlightening! I learned some improv techniques - and learned at lot about myself and communicating with other people in my daily life. Go! See! Then try a class! I guarantee you will not ever be disappointed.

Unscrewed Theater remains one of the best entertainment values in Tucson, at $8/adult and $5/kid. Their new venue has a lot more parking and is between some good restaurants. Its also a 501c3 non-profit, so all the toilet costs and merchandise go to fund it as a community theater for improv comedy.

Fun night out with the kids who had been learning about improv in drama class. The comedians were good but the bar was high as we have seen some of the Whose Line cast in person. For the price, its a good value for families looking for kid friendly entertainment. Plus the hour long show means its not a long commitment compared to other theatre outings.

First time going here and it was a blast. Its important to not be shy and yell out your ideas! We went to the uncensored show but planning on trying the music and free form shows just a heads up the entrance to the building is around the back - and so is parking!

We love Unscrewed! The improv is fun and engaging and hilarious! Family performances are a cheap way to spend a Friday night with kids of all ages. The people are friendly and more than willing to help you embarrrass your 13-yo by bringing her up on stage on her birthday!

The cast is fantastic! Forget going to the movies, this was non-stop laughs. Tickets were only $5 each, and Unscrewed Theater is a nonprofit, which just makes it even better. The family friendly show was great, I cannot recommend this place enough.

We had a great time. We were a bit worried, at first, about going to the family friendly show; we thought it might be too hokey and kiddish. Surprisingly, the improv was great while remaining perfectly appropriate for the kids in the audience. The cast did a good job of keeping the room engaged and the staff was very friendly. We also felt good knowing that we were supporting a local non-profit.

Fall out of your seat funny shows every weekend. This is absolutely the best value entertainment experience in Tucson. Every show is different so you could go every weekend and never get tired of it. The level of talent is just unreal.

This small, black box theater is perfect if you like improv theater. They have a family friendly show, one for adults only, and once a month, they have a musical show. Check the calander on their website for special events. Some of the shows you pay to attend, while others accept donations. They donate their money to a local nonprofit that they choose every month.

Never thought when I won a chair with my nameplate on it at the Unscrewed Fundraiser a few years ago, that Id be taking the Improv 101 class. Mike Vietinghoff is a fantastic, idea- filled instructor! What a blast- the class, and yes, the chair too.

Great, affordable improv with multiple shows on friday and saturdays. Great venue. Sometimes the entertainers can be a bit hit or miss with their scenes. Wish the moderator would cut the scenes when they go too long or stop being funny. Its no upright citizens brigade, but they can still give you a good laugh!
