Cool building, not up-kept as well as it could be. True gem just needs some some TLC.

This place is so much more than it appears. Not only is it a beautifully preserved historic building, it houses an amazing community of people. Tenants include The Rogue Theatre, The Scoundrel and Scamp Theatre, Tucson CSA, Tucson Audubon Society and Nature Shop, the Paulo Freiré Freedom School, Colibri Center for Human Rights, Bennett TheatreLab Conservatory, ZUZI! Dance and many more. So much talent and dedication in one place!

Tucson needs to work harder to save itself. This is a beautiful historic landmark saved by those previous to you. Nowadays this would be destroyed if the u of a needs more dorms
