Does anyone know the owner of this place? I just went in to try to play poker and a old lady that works there, she said her name is Donna, called me names and pushed me out the store literally because she wanted to see my ID, I’m 45 years old, she went to the machine and stopped the game and told me she wouldn’t pay my ticket. I went to the car and got my ID and she said it was a fake ID and still wouldn’t pay my ticket, I can’t say all the bad words she told me here but she definitely needs to get sent to a mental hospital or maybe to a drug rehab center.

If i could give ZERO STARS. I would the old broad has a bad attitude personality like a dung beetle.She would rather smoke or sit and talk then do her job Want to buy smokes etc waiting 10 mins so she can hang outside smoking &chatting.

Cheapest place in town to get cigarettes. They have machines to play video lottery that is their claim to fame. Theres cheap deli food and $3 shots of well liquor. The staff is nice and the environment is clean. Very similar to other deli Lotto establishments in Oregon

Love this Dottys. Nice atmosphere, good people. Just had a bad experience once and it wasnt because of the employee(s). Go, enjoy some fun slots with some alcohol or some soda.

The lady at night is as rude as they come. Shes a mean one dont ever go there! They need to replace her with someone that dont hate theyre job and doesnt have a stick up theyre @$$!

If you like overworked and underpaid and you understand how algorithms work then. This is the place for you

Affordable beer prices, well rounded beer selection including local micro-breweries as well as imported ales, sells tea and muffins, there are tables in front of the windows for sitting and meeting people, though in my experience most people play the video lottery machines. Classic-rock and grunge-rock often on the radio station here. It would be cool if they featured in-house live music bands, stand up comedy, or poetry-slams, but I dont think that they do, at least not that I am aware of.

On Sunday, July 24, 2016 my family and I were traveling to attend a family reunion. We unfortunately never made it due to one of our tires exploding. We were stranded in the heat for 5 hours before help arrived. Thanks to the employee of this establishment, I was able to get my elderly father it off the heat and into a cool more comfortable environment. I wish I knew the employees name that gave my dad something to drink and a place to sit and read at no charge to him. This is a great little place I encourage you to visit.

Prices are going up more and more and not the cheapest price anymore....kinda sad...they have a great monthly card holder bonus game a few months a year that helps but used to be at least $4 cheeper for cartons of cigarettes.....not now

Lady was extremely rude and I was shocked at her behaviour and tried to get my phone out and record her so I could show her boss she threatened to call the cops on me and made me leave. she was beyond so rude and she actually did call the cops which I did nothing wrong so I didnt get in trouble. But the lady was totally rude inconsiderate and out of line.

Good customer service and the price I liked

A worker at this establishment named Tracywas beyond rude and extremly unprofessional. If this job makes her that un happy do her a favor and fire her.it was a problem for her to help my husband or I and i will never set foot in there again.she has probably run off more customers than just my husband and i .i hope the owner takes notice.

If I could rate the customer service itself, there would be negative stars. The two cashiers were sitting down on their phones and i walked up and asked about the tuesday taco special (AYCE) and they both stared at me. So i asked if I could order them they then asked to check my ID to order my tacos, had to go back to the car and she then rang me in. I ate my first order then asked for another order then i realized i was running late and i had to be at work in a little while, Id eat them in the car on the way. She refused to let me leave with the tacos i already had! What service!
