When I tried booking an hour session for my boyfriends birthday a couple months ago they werent open on Wednesdays (which of course is the day his birthday was on) but the owner personally emailed me and made it happen for us. We live more than a couple hours away but will return to support a business willing to go above and beyond. Nowadays treatment like that is scarce. Staff working there that night were great, very helpful to me who is far from the gamer type, which helped me get the most I could from the experience. Cant say enough good things from the whole experience!

This place was amazing! I had such a fun time with my friends and it was unlike anything I have ever done before. The game selection is huge and I was shocked at how clean everything was. The staff really makes sure to keep the social distance guidelines and clean everything after every single use! I don’t think it can get much safer and still be as fun as this. Definitely going back!

This was an amazing experience for our family! If youve never tried VR, now is the time to try it! The facility was great. The owner was very patient and helped us figure out the controls in the different games we tried.I really appreciated the excellent cleaning before and after our visit. Everyone was wearing a mask and I felt safe despite pandemic.I will be back for sure! This was seriously the most fun Ive had since the pandemic started!

Currently here with my clients watching them have a blast. They’re making me want to hop out of my chair and join them! The guys running the facility are polite and curteous and everything is clean and well organized. We’ll definitely be back!

This place i very neat and clean. All the equipment and interior is well maintained. The first time we went there to try with our son, we got the membership and that was a great decision. They have different games for every age. It is a great experience for family, friends or even coworkers. We highly recommend.

For incredible experience for you and the family hed on over to be amazed by virtual reality. There’s something for everybody they’re my kids played virtual reality retail experience while my wife played virtual reality roaming through different cities around the world and I raced A formula 1 race car on the track which put me right at the wheel of reality. Between all the options of different games to play you could spend a whole day there and the friendly staff help you with the basics of setting up for your experience.

My wife and I decided to try out a VR experience and thought it was fantastic. Igor was really helpful and the experiences we had were terrific. The undersea experience and google earth were amazing. It was great to go to places you had been and fly above them!

My wife and I went there and had a great time. The games are great, especially the driving simulator and the zombie game. The owner was there and he was super helpful in explaining how the games worked. We cannot wait to go again.

Had a great time, I don’t know anything about video games never mind VR but the staff was super patient and helpful and set our whole group up with whichever game we requested (after having changed our minds several times) you could tell they enjoy working there as they stayed late to let us finish playing. Even though it’s a bit of a drive, I’d definitely go again!

Me and two of my daughters came to Xperiment VR to try their free demo and at the end spent there almost 2 hours. Its a great family atmosphere and they had lots of experiences and games to chose from for all ages. We tried 7 or 8 different ones.Since it was our first experience with virtual reality equipment we were in need of attendants to tell us what and how to do. Staff was very helpful, patient and polite, though my kids learn the ropes quickly. They also have a party room, so we will definitely will be scheduling one of our daughters upcoming BD party with these guys.Highly recommended!

A totally ‘must explore’ experience for gamers and non-gamers alike. For someone like me who’s not into gaming, the VR experience at Xperience Virtual Reality was really cool. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing, great for those new to VR and want to try it. Great selection of games thats always growing, very laid back atmosphere. Super friendly staff who you can tell love their job and want to be there, even after scheduled hours! Will be going back soon.

I had the fortunate opportunity to get a sneak peek of Xperiment VRs new Virtual Reality Arcade inside of the Hawley Lane Mall in Trumbull today. It was absolutely amazing!! They have so many different games and experiences, there is truly something for everyone. The owner, Igor and his team are super nice and very down to earth. They will walk you through everything from start to finish so whether you have played VR before or have never touched a headset in your life, they will be there every step of the way. They also have beverages and plenty of seating for observers to watch others play on huge high definition TVs. If you are looking for something fun to do with your friends/family or just want to check out what all the VR hype is about on your own, this is the place to go! You can also have private parties or events there as well! I cant recommend this place enough!

Brand new facility, clean, neat with all of the latest VR equipment, single and Co-op games. Reasonably priced considering the access and playtimes! Highly recommend it.
